Abstract

This study aims to determine how fiscal policy procedures from an Islamic point of view can support economic development in Indonesian. This research uses descriptive qualitative methodology and secondary data collection techniques from books, journals, and other sources. The effect of this research shows that fiscal strategy has a significant role in supporting the economic development of the Indonesian state. Fiscal policy refers to the behavior of the government to control revenues and expenditures and regulate taxes and public spending. Therefore, the government needs to pursue strategies through fiscal policy in an Islamic perspective in overcoming various problems and supporting economic growth in Indonesian.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of mergers on the financial performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 - 2021. Financial performance in this research is measured using liquidity ratios (CR), leverage (DER), profitability (ROE), and activity (TATO ). This research uses quantitative methods, the samples used are 6 companies that have merged and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 - 2021. The parametric test used is the paired sample t test to answer the hypothesis. The results of this research show that there are no significant differences in the financial ratios CR, DER, ROE and TATO after the company merged. So the merger process carried out by the company does not show significant changes because post-merger synergies have not been achieved.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan kebijakan moneter yaitu untuk mencapai dan memelihara kestabilan nilai rupiah. Adapun tujuan jurnal ini yaitu mengetahui kebijakan moneter dalam perspektif Islam. Hal ini menarik untuk dibahas karena ada perbedaan mendasar antara kebijakan moneter konvensional dengan kebijakan moneter dalam perpektif ekonomi Islam. Mekanisme transmisi kebijakan moneter konvensional dapat dilihat dari total kredit bank konvensional, tingkat suku bunga Sertifikat Bank Indonesia, dan rata-rata imbal hasil Surat Utang Negara. Sedangkan kebijakan moneter syariah dilihat dari tingkat imbal hasil Sertifikat Bank Indonesia Syariah, total pembiayaan bank syariah dan rata-rata imbal hasil Surat Berharga Syariah Negara. Berbeda halnya dengan efektivitas sebagai diukur dengan Impulse Response Function dan Forecast Error Variance Decomposition, dimana kebijakan moneter konvensional lebih cepat dalam mengendalikan laju inflasi dibandingkan dengan kebijakan moneter syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research. Penelitian ilmiah ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh dan bagaimana efektivitas kebijakan moneter mekanisme transmisi baik dari perspektif konvensional maupun syariah untuk mengatasi inflasi tahun 2013-2020. Kata Kunci: Inflasi; Kebijakan Moneter; Kebijakan Moneter Konvensional; Kebijakan Moneter Syariah.

Abstract

Research Method This research uses qualitative methods so that researchers are able to think and build their own knowledge. This research raises a deep phenomenon, until it finds logical answers from the research results and questions in the research. Based on the results of interviews conducted with the Go-Kart Lembang Speedway Owner and Lembang Speedway Go-Kart Supervisor as follows: Customer Complaints, Types of Customer Complaints, Causes of Customer Complaints, Customer Complaint Handling System, Benefits of Handling Complaints. So the researcher can draw the conclusion: Complaint handling at Go-Kart Lembang Speedway has been effective. Complaints submitted by customers at Go-Kart Lembang Speedway are regarding height and weight, queue line problems, customers who do not comply with regulations, expensive prices, In handling complaints at Go-Kart Lembang Speedway which acts as a media for customer complaints. Steps taken: receiving complaints, following up on complaints.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengaruh antara praktik manajemen laba dengan harga saham. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni industri properti dan real estate. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 44 perusahaan yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015 - 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan alat bnatu Eviews 12 untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen (manajemen laba) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependent (harga saham). Kata Kunci: Manajemen Laba, Harga Saham

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out (1) whether empathy has a significant effect on zakat compliance of Muslim employees who distribute zakat to Basnaz, Tebo Regency, (2) whether religiosity has a significant effect on zakat compliance among Muslim employees. Tebo Regency and (3) whether empathy and religiosity simultaneously influence Muslim employees' zakat compliance with Muslim employees who distribute zakat to Basnaz in Tebo Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive research type. The data sources in this research are Muslim employees who distribute zakat to Basnaz, Tebo Regency. The data collection methods that researchers use are questionnaires, documentation and observation. The analytical method used in processing the data is multiple linear regression analysis, using the SPSS (Statistical Packade For Social Science) application. Based on the results of the research and discussion carried out in the previous chapter, the conclusions were drawn: (1) Empathy has a significant effect on zakat compliance among Muslim employees who distribute zakat to Basnaz, Tebo Regency, (2) Religiosity has a significant effect on zakat compliance among Muslim employees who distribute zakat to Basnaz Regency. Tebo and (3) Empathy and religiosity simultaneously have a significant effect on compliance with zakat among Muslim employees who distribute zakat to Basnaz, Tebo Regency.

Abstract

This research is based on the role of cooperatives in increasing micro-enterprises in Bukit Harapan village, Merlung District. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of cooperatives in developing micro businesses in Bukit Harapan village, Merlung sub-district and to determine the role of cooperatives in empowering the community's economy, especially micro entrepreneurs in terms of income. The type of research method used is qualitative research. The results of this study show that cooperatives have a very important role in developing micro businesses in Bukit Harapan Village, as evidenced by the results of research to 15 resource persons. All micro business actors agreed that cooperatives are very helpful for them in opening and developing their businesses. In addition to cooperatives playing a role in developing micro businesses, cooperatives also play a role in growing the community's economy so that people's income increases. This is in line with the findings of research to 15 interviewees who said that, after they increased capital for the business they had, their income also increased.

Abstract

Indonesia hanya memiliki dua musim saja, yaitu musim kemarau dan musim hujan. Musim yang ada di bumi juga memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar bagi keberlangsungan hidup manusia dan makhluk hidup lainnya. Pembagian waktu musim yang stabil akan membuat siklus kehidupan berjalan dengan baik. Track Offroad di cikole yang sangat berdebu karena tanah yang kering dan penyebab utama pada musim kemarau yang Panjang. Semenjak terjadinya musim kemarau, dimanapun keberadaannya tentunya ada hal yang mengakibatkan kekurangannya air. Fenomena ini sedikit merugikan bagi para pihak pemilik Vendor Event Organizer (EO). Dikarenakan Track offroad itu dilambangkan para client yang berwisata pasti berekspetasi dengan kotor kotoran atau berlumpur, sedangkan untuk musim kemarau yang didapatkan view track yaitu tanah kering yang halus hingga mengakibatkan debu pasir. Pada musim hujan track offroad di cikole sangat aduhai untuk melaksanakan kegitan. Jadi rekomendasi pada kegiatan offroad yaitu di musim hujan. Tapi ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan pada saat musim hujan

Abstract

Recently, people's lives have several lifestyles. Various lifestyles are chosen by individuals to spend time and do activities they enjoy. Besides that, the social environment increasingly supports the formation of an individual's lifestyle. One of the lifestyles that will be discussed in this research is the hedonic lifestyle. Determining each individual's lifestyle is based on the behavior and attitudes of the individual himself. Whether a decision taken by an individual is correct or not is based on the morals of each individual. Good morals will produce good decisions in life. The hedonic style arises from a feeling of wanting to duplicate what other people do to gain recognition from the social environment or as proof of the individual's social status. Other triggering factors that exist outside the individual are parents' parenting patterns towards children, the rapid flow of globalization faced by teenagers, peer interactions, and booming trends.

Abstract

This report discusses company financial management and recording financial transactions. The primary focus covers general accounting systems, including credit sales, purchases, inventory, payroll, and cash receipts. It explains how the accounting system works, from recording transactions to making financial reports, helping to understand how to make company financial records. Credit sales and purchase systems are outlined, making it easier for companies to record and manage transactions where customers pay later. Purchasing system discussions help companies manage bills and make efficient purchasing decisions. Inventory is considered to maintain order and count goods accurately. Accounting systems also help companies pay salaries, including calculating taxes and other deductions. Recording the receipt of money, whether via cash, check, or electronic transfer, helps a company track its liquidity. With an understanding of how these systems operate, this report provides a clear and concise picture of a company's financial management and smart financial decision making
