Abstract

This type of research is observational analytic in the form of a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study were all junior high school students in Bandung Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. The total sample was 30 students taken using Cluster Sampling and Simple Random Sampling. Data was collected by questionnaire. Data processing was carried out computerized and analyzed using the Chi-Square test at α=0.05. Results: 32.30% of students were smokers, 10.4% had low knowledge, and 7.3% had negative attitudes. There is no significant relationship between knowledge (p=1,000) and attitude (1,000) with smoking habits among junior high school students in Bandung Regency. Conclusion: there is no significant relationship between knowledge (p=0.155) and attitudes towards smoking among junior high school students in Bandung Regency. It would be best to educate junior high school students in Bandung Regency about the chemicals in cigarettes and cigarette smoke and their impact on health.

Abstract

Business opportunities in the beauty industry are increasingly wide open. However, based on facts on the ground, Vaseline has sufficiently mastered the existing opportunities, because the brand's position is currently experiencing improvement. This fact was taken based on the results of the 2020 - 2023 Top Brand Awards which showed that Vaseline was included in the Top Brand Awards in 2023. The aim of this research is to find out how online customer reviews, price and brand image influence the purchasing decisions of Solo Raya consumers. This examination strategy uses quantitative techniques. The population in this study is not limited to young people in Solo Raya who use Vaseline Hand and Body Cream. The examination strategy used is non probability sampling with a purposive sampling testing method. The sample obtained was 80 respondents who used Vaseline body lotion. The information used is important information obtained from distributing opinion questionnaires with a Likert scale. The information checking strategy uses data tests, classical instrument tests, multiple regression analysis, and various direct relapse investigations, f tests, t tests, collateral coefficients using the SPSS application. The further impact of this exploration shows that the online customer review variable has no influence on purchasing choices, while price and brand image influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The need for basic materials is an important thing that humans need to fulfill their daily needs. This need increases every year, the economic challenge that arises is the increase in prices, especially the price of basic materials. From this price determination, price problems often occur, one of which is a problem that is very vulnerable to price fluctuations. , from the fluctuating prices of basic commodities which have an impact on society, the increase in prices of basic commodities certainly affects the operational costs of both individual households and has an impact on a business, one of which is the home industry business. The aim of this thesis is:1. To find out what adaptation strategies are used to deal with fluctuations in the price of production materials at UD. Anis potato chips 2. To find out how prices are determined when prices of production materials fluctuate. This thesis uses a qualitative approach, the informants in this research are home industry owners and home industry customers, using data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show:1. Adaptation strategies carried out to maintain business in the UD home industry. Anis’s potato chips include creative change (making changes), customer focus (customer focus), and organizational learning (organizational learning).2. Determining prices when prices fluctuate, namely by paying attention to price affordability, price suitability to product quality, and price suitability to product benefits.It is hoped that the results of this research will be useful for increasing knowledge and insight in how to adapt or survive in the face of fluctuations in the price of production materials.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine whether social media advertising, product design, online customer reviews of Shoope influence interest in repurchasing Maybelline Mascara products. The population is consumers of Maybelline Mascara products. The method used for sampling was nonprobability sampling using purposive sampling technique. A sample of 80 respondents who had purchased Maybelline Mascara products in Solo Raya. This research was carried out using quantitative methods by collecting data using a questionnaire in the form of a Google form. Data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program are the techniques used to analyze the data. The results of this research showthat social media advertising does not significantly influence repurchase interest, product design has a significant influence on repurchase interest, online customer review shops do not significantly influence repurchase interest.

Abstract

The tourism sector is a sector that has many impacts and one of them is in the economic sector. Halal tourism is considered a new breakthrough to introduce and develop Indonesian tourism that upholds cultural and Islamic values. This research aims to analyze halal tourism at the Orang Kayo Hitam Cemetery, the welfare conditions of the community around the Orang Kayo Hitam Cemetery. The method used in this research is qualitative in the form of field research where this research goes directly into the field to obtain accurate and objective data. Research data was obtained by observation, interviews and also documentation of business actors around the Orang Kayo Hitam Cemetery. The results of the research show that the graves of the Black Kayo people have great potential for developing halal tourism. Community welfare is considered very good where the local community can take advantage of existing potential, and this can indirectly make the community's economic condition better than before.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out whether there is an influence of brand trust, product design and fanaticism on customer loyalty for Adidas casual shoes among Gen-Z in Solo Raya. The population in this study is not limited to gen-z in Solo Raya. The sampling method uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The total sample was 80 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods and collects data using a questionnaire in the form of a Google form. The data analysis methods used in this research are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS application program. The results of this research show that the Brand Trust and Product Design variables do not have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, while the Fanaticism variable has a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Beauty is one of the keys for women, it is no longer a woman's desire but a woman's need. Due to this, the level of the cosmetics industry in the world has soared, especially in Indonesia. Many cosmetic brands are competing to market their products and none other than Hanasui, Hanasui is a product from Indonesia which was produced by PT Eka Jaya Internasional from 2016, Hanasui is a brand of beauty products in Indonesian industry which has various brand innovations, one of which is Lipcream Hanasui, Lipcream Hanasui is a halal and BPOM-certified product with high quality and safe for the lips. This research was conducted to determine product quality, brand image, and e-wom influencing interest in repurchasing Lipcream Hanasui products. The population is consumers of Lipcream Hanasui products. The method used for sampling was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling techniques. A sample of 95 respondents who had purchased Hanasui Lipcream products in Solo Raya. This research was carried out using quantitative methods by collecting data using a questionnaire in the form of a Google form. Data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program are the techniques used to analyze the data. The results show that product quality,brand image,e-wom have a significant effect on repurchase interest in Lipcream Hanasui.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of self-healing content on Instagram on the mental health of generation Z in Bandung City. Through surveys and data analysis from generation Z respondents who were exposed to the content, this study concluded that self-healing content on Instagram had a significant positive influence on their mental health. Results show an increase in the level of mental well-being and stress management after exposure to self-healing content. Instagram, as a content delivery medium, proved to be effective in shaping positive perceptions and improving the mental health of Generation Z. These conclusions contribute to the understanding of the positive role of social media in supporting generation Z's mental well-being and provide a basis for further content development to improve their quality of life.

Abstract

Management philosophy is a collection of knowledge and beliefs that provide a broad basis or basis for determining problem solving. The method in this article uses the literature method, is a study that studies various reference books and similar previous research results to obtain a theoretical basis for the problem to be studied. Abstract

Financial statement fraud refers to the deliberate efforts by an organization to deceive or mislead readers of published financial information, particularly creditors and investors, by presenting materially incorrect or misleading financial reports. This research aims to identify the potential for financial statement fraud using the fraud diamond theory. The fraud diamond comprises four elements of fraud risk developed from the fraud triangle theory. This research is quantitative in nature, and it relies on secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id), industry websites, and the Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The population of this study consists of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) from 2019 to 2021. The sample selection is based on purposive sampling techniques. The results of this research indicate that financial targets affect financial statement fraud, ineffective monitoring influences financial statement fraud, changes in auditors impact financial statement fraud, changes in directors affect financial statement fraud. Furthermore, the F-test results show that the F statistic value of 0.55 is smaller than the F-table value (2.48), which leads to the conclusion that there is a significant relationship among the tested variables.
