Abstract

Monopoly is a commonly used market mechanism in developing countries. The practice of monopoly harms small businesses and provides a great opportunity to gain as much profit as possible. The approach is library research or literature study. This literature research method collects the necessary information by reading relevant sources. To synthesize and present the data found, it is necessary to collect information and data from various sources such as articles, magazines, and books. The results show that, given the values of Islamic economics, monopolies that harm society and cause inequality are considered to deviate from the basic principles of Islamic economics. The realization of an economic system that is in line with Islamic teachings requires efforts to prevent and overcome monopoly. To overcome these problems, various efforts are needed, including encouraging healthy market competition, avoiding monopolistic behavior, maintaining Islamic economic values, and increasing public awareness about the negative impact of monopoly from an Islamic economic perspective.

Abstract

This study is entitled Analysis of the Factors Influencing Interest in Islamic Capital Market Investment in FEBI Students at UIN STS Jambi. The aims of this study are: 1) To explain the effect of motivation on the interest in investing in the Islamic capital market in students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN STS Jambi. 2) To explain the effect of Return on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market in students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN STS Jambi. 3) To explain the effect of Capital Market Literacy on the interest in investing in the Islamic capital market in students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN STS Jambi. 4) To explain the effect of Capital Market Motivation, Return and Literacy on the interest in investing in the Islamic capital market in students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN STS Jambi. The research method used by researchers is a quantitative approach. The results of this study are: 1) From the results of the regression test it is found that partially motivation has a significant effect on the interest in investing in the Islamic capital market in students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN STS Jambi. 2) From the results of the regression test it was found that partially Return had a significant effect on the Interest in Investing in the Islamic capital market in students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN STS Jambi. 3) From the results of the regression test it was found that partially Capital Market Literacy has a significant effect on the Interest in Investing in the Islamic capital market in students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN STS Jambi. 4) Simultaneously, Motivation, Return and Capital Market Literacy have a significant effect on the Interest in Investing in the Islamic capital market in students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN STS Jambi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the cleanliness of the study room environment at the Daarul Haliim Bandung Islamic Boarding School and to determine the role of students in maintaining the cleanliness of the study room environment and to determine the effect of classroom cleanliness on students' learning concentration abilities. This research is descriptive in nature, namely studies resulting from natural or man-made phenomena. Completion of this scientific work was assisted by several mass media, namely electronic (Internet), case studies (methods for collecting the necessary information, drawing samples into certain related sampling units and studying more in-depth interviews with samples). The results of this research show that cleanliness greatly influences the students' learning process because a dirty environment will affect comfort and focus in teaching and learning activities. The benefits of having a clean boarding school environment are avoiding infectious diseases which often occur in students, comfort in teaching and learning, the students' level of focus will increase in absorbing the material provided by the ustadz/ustadzh and the environment will be beautiful and beautiful and have good air quality. for health.

Abstract

A number of issues are a challenge for researchers in carrying out qualitative research, one of the techniques that will be used in this qualitative research is interviews, This study aims to model followership several different processes of followers who are willing to follow leaders who will work together to achieve company goals. This research was conducted to determine the followership model in the process at LPG Gas companies in Bali and the relationship between followership and leaders to achieve company goals. Followership is defined as a willingness to work together to achieve the company’s mission, showing good teamwork. Good followership is the foundation of good followership. Very good for achieving effective leadership and achieving company goals. This research was conducted using qualitative methods that apply existing theories on the board follower to dvelop, we need to define the followership contsuct and place it in the context of the followership model theory through interviews with 20 employees who are included in the company's followrship model This research will identify thw followership model theory as research material in the Corporate leadership process.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the Korean Wave phenomenon and online reviews on interest in purchasing halal Korean industry products among Gen Z Muslims in Jambi City. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that the Fcount value is 95.183, where this value is greater than Ftable = 2.70 (Fcount> Ftable). Furthermore, the results of the partial test show that the Korean Wave phenomenon has a significance value of 0.044 (P<0.05), so that the Korean Wave phenomenon has no effect on buying interest. Meanwhile, online reviews have a significance value of 0.000 (0<0.05). This means that reviews have a real influence on interest in buying halal industrial Korean products among gen Z Muslims in Jambi City. The coefficient of determination (R2) as seen from the Adjusted R Square value is 0.655 or 65.5%. This means that 65.5% of interest in buying halal industrial Korean products among Gen Z Muslims in Jambi City is influenced by the Korean Wave phenomenon and online reviews.

Abstract

The creative economy sector is one of the business fields for local communities, besides that it can also be a job opportunity for women, especially housewives. Merauke City is famous for its various local wisdom so that it can be a business opportunity for creative economy actors. For this reason, this study aims to identify forms of creative economy businesses based on local wisdom and their relevance to gender equality in the community in the city of Merauke. The approach used in this study is qualitative descriptive. While the techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of the research conducted, several forms of creative economy businesses were found carried out by the community in the city of Merauke, including; Noken making, rattan weaving crafts, mebel, making wallets and bags from crocodile skin, and crafts from agarwood. The income generated from creative businesses based on local wisdom varies and greatly helps the family's economy. Meanwhile, women's involvement in the creative economy of the community is still in the business of making noken and crocodile skin craftsmen. However, these can be small steps taken by women in terms of involving themselves in the public sphere, especially in the aspect of earning work.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of income, number of customers and gold price on the distribution of PT's rahn financing. Sharia Pawn UPS Pasar Angso Duo Jambi (Season 2015-2022). The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The independent variables used in this study are income, number of customers and price of gold. The dependent variable is the distribution of stone financing. Data obtained from secondary and primary data. The statistical mode uses multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test and coefficient determination analysis.The results of this study show that income (X1) has a significant effect on the distribution of Rahn funding, as the significance value obtained is 0.002 and 0.05. This means that the income variable affects the distribution of lump sum funding. The number of customers (X2) has a significant impact on the distribution of the amount of funding, because the resulting significance value is 0.000andlt;0.05. And the price of gold (X3) significantly affects the distribution of the funding of the rock, because the resulting significance value is 0.037 andlt; 0.05. Judging by the simultaneous income test, the number of customers and the price of gold together affect the distribution of lump sum financing in PT. sharia pawn shop ups angso duo market jambi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profitability ratios and company value of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. This research is a quantitative descriptive using financial ratio analysis in the form of a general description of the company. And the ratios used to measure profitability are Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM), while company value is analyzed using Price Book To Value (PBV) which shows that the profitability ratio has decreased and in a bad state. And the value of the company continues to increase and is in good condition.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Knowledge Management on employee performance at the Luwu Regency Environmental Service office. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population and sample of this research were 23 employees in the office studied. Data was obtained using a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. From the results of simple regression estimates, it can be seen that knowledge management has a significant effect on employee performance at the Luwu Regency Environmental Service Office (DLH).

Abstract

Non-Bank Financial Institutions (LKBB) Non-Bank Financial Institutions or often referred to as LKBB are organizations engaged in the financial sector whose task is to collect and distribute money to the wider community.This type of research involves field research, which is descriptive qualitative in nature. It involves a research process that produces descriptive data in the form of written narratives from relevant individuals that can be seen in real life. The main objective of non-bank financial institutions is to help entrepreneurs collect financing. LKBB partners offer different credit facilities, both short term and long term. Some individuals believe that bank financial institutions offer more access opportunities than non-bank financial companies. Therefore, honest and fair policies are needed so that individuals can easily get involved in society and understand how non-bank financial institutions work.
