Abstract

In the digital era, data plays a crucial role in the success of business management processes. The integration of Management Information Systems (MIS) enables organizations to efficiently collect, process, and analyze data for better decision-making. This study aims to analyze data processing in MIS, highlighting challenges, such as security issues and system integration, while also exploring solutions involving advanced technologies like Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The findings demonstrate that effective data processing significantly enhances operational efficiency and decision accuracy. Furthermore, the use of AI in MIS allows for predictive analysis, which optimizes decision-making in dynamic business environments. The study concludes that organizations must strategically implement advanced technologies to fully realize the potential of MIS and maintain competitive advantages.

Abstract

Abstrak. Technology has become an integral part of human life, aiming to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Modern businesses also operate within a digital environment that connects individuals and organizations. The digital world is a global phenomenon, fully driven and supported by new technologies. Digitally and fundamentally, the millennial generation must be able to utilize digital technology, have the tools and infrastructure to leverage it, and effectively use social media as a marketing tool for their companies.The approach taken in composing this article involves carefully gathering information from reputable national publications and employing a qualitative research approach. The purpose of this analysis is to identify the challenges and opportunities arising from the rapid innovation in ICT and to explore how future developments are likely to shape global society. The main challenges include the significant digital divide between developed and developing regions, concerns over data security and privacy, and the need to strengthen the workforce’s readiness for digital transformation.On the other hand, ICT advancements present substantial opportunities for the future. Technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain enable the creation of new innovations, accelerate digital transformation processes, and enhance operational efficiency across various industries. Moreover, these technologies have great potential to support the growth of the digital economy, create new job opportunities, and improve people’s quality of life.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation on employee performance at Brawijaya Duren Tiga Hospital, South Jakarta. To determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance at Brawijaya Duren Tiga Hospital, South Jakarta. To determine the influence of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Brawijaya Duren Hospital. Three South Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative description method, data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population is 60 employees, sampling can use saturated sampling, so the sample is all 60 employees. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing, t-test calculation results for the Compensation variable (X1) with a tcount of 9.966 and a significance of 0.000. Because tcount is smaller than ttable (9.966 > 2.002) and significance is smaller than 5% (0.050), H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be stated that Compensation (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Based on the results of the Work Environment t test calculation (X2) with a tcount of 4.670 and a significance of 0.000. Because tcount is greater than ttable (4.670 < 2.002) and the significance is smaller than 5% (0.050), H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be stated that the Work Environment (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Based on the results above, namely the ANOVA test, the Fcount value was 275,473, while the Ftable ( 0.05) for n = 56 was 2.77. So Fcount > from Ftable ( 0.05) or 275,473 > 2.77, with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be said that, Compensation (X1), Work Environment (X2) and together have an effect on Employee Performance (Y)

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and financial factors (profitability, liquidity, and solvency) on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure in Indonesian companies. The results indicate that the implementation of good GCG principles significantly contributes to enhanced CSR disclosure. Additionally, profitability, liquidity, and solvency have been found to positively influence CSR activities. These findings reflect that companies that effectively integrate GCG and maintain positive financial performance are more likely to be active in reporting their social responsibilities. Therefore, it is recommended that companies continue to improve their GCG practices and manage financial factors to support better CSR disclosure. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan faktor-faktor keuangan (profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan solvabilitas) terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) di perusahaan-perusahaan Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip GCG yang baik berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pengungkapan CSR. Selaian itu profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan solvabilitas terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kegiatan CSR. Penemuan ini mencerminkan bahwa perusahaan yang mengintegrasikan GCG dengan baik dan menjaga dan menjaga kinerja keuangan yang positif cenderung lebih aktif dalam melaporkan tanggung jawab sosial mereka. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar perusahaan terus meningkatkan penerapan GCG dan mengelola faktor-faktor keuangan untuk mendukung pengungkapan CSR yang lebih baik. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze ethics and social responsibility in global marketing: building a sustainable reputation, the focus of this research uses a literature study approach by analyzing previous articles and journals related to marketing ethics, corporate social responsibility, and the impact of corporate reputation in the context of global marketing. The findings show that the integration of ethical values and engagement in social initiatives positively affect a company's image, strengthen relationships with customers, and make a positive contribution to business sustainability on a global scale. This research provides valuable insights for marketing practitioners and corporate leaders who seek to build a strong and sustainable reputation in a dynamic global marketing context. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis etika dan tanggung jawab sosial dalam pemasaran global : membangun reputasi yang berkelanjutan, fokus pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka dengan menganalisis artikel dan jurnal terdahulu yang terkait dengan etika pemasaran, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, dan dampak reputasi perusahaan dalam konteks pemasaran global. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, fixed assets intensity, ukuran perusahaan, dan kompensasi manajemen terhadap manajemen pajak. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2021-2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam menguji hipotesis penelitian adalah regresi berganda dengan SPSS versi 26. Variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah manajemen pajak yang diukur dengan Effective Tax Rate (ETR). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap manajemen pajak, leverage berpengaruh negatif terhadap manajemen pajak, fixed assets intensity berpengaruh positif terhadap manajemen pajak, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen pajak, dan kompensasi manajemen tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen pajak. Secara simultan variabel profitabilitas, leverage, fixed assets intensity, ukuran perusahaan, dan kompensasi manajemen berpengaruh terhadap manajemen pajak

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Promotion and Product Quality both partially and simultaneously on Purchasing Decisions at Kedai Tempe Mendoan Babute Bojongsari Depok with a sample of 98 Respondents. The method used is a quantitative method. Data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, T test and F test. The results of this study are Promotion has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions on the regression Y = 2.676 + 0.936 X1, the correlation value is 0.903 meaning that the two variables have a very strong relationship. Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with the regression equation Y = 3.047 + 0.920 X2, the correlation value is 0.923 meaning that the two variables have a very strong relationship. Promotion and Product Quality simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with the regression equation Y = 1.503 + 0.369 X1 + 0.595 X2. The coefficient of determination value is 87.2%, while the remaining 12.8% is caused by other variables not examined in this study. The results of testing the first hypothesis obtained a calculated tvalue > ttable or (20.596 > 1.660). Based on the results of testing the second hypothesis, the calculated tvalue > ttable or (23.475 > 1.660) was obtained. Based on the results of testing the third hypothesis, the Fcount value was 322.228 > Ftable 3.092. This shows that simultaneously the Promotion and Product Quality variables have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the dynamics of consumer preferences and the economic impact of the Wira Garden Nature Park in Bandar Lampung City using the Travel Cost Method (TCM) approach. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, intended to get an overview or description of tourist preferences for Wira Garden attractions. In the modern era, the tourism sector is growing and becoming one of the important pillars in economic growth, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. The main focus of this study is to understand the demographic and psychological characteristics of tourists visiting Wira Garden and its contribution to the local economy. The results show that the majority of visitors are between 18 to 25 years old, who tend to seek more natural and sustainable tourism experiences. These tourists show a preference for locations that are not only beautiful, but also have environmental conservation programs. In addition, the study revealed that visits to Wira Garden had a positive impact on the economy of the surrounding community, where the average per-visit expenditure ranged from IDR 150,000 to IDR 300,000. This contributed to an increase in the income of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the region. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of innovative management and responsiveness to tourists' preferences to ensure the sustainability of the attraction. It is hoped that Wira Garden can continue to develop as a tourist destination that is not only attractive, but also supports environmental conservation and sustainable improvement of the local economy Keywords: Consumer Preferences, Economic Impact, Nature Tourism, Wira Garden Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika preferensi konsumen dan dampak ekonomi dari Taman Wisata Alam Wira Garden di Kota Bandar Lampung dengan menggunakan pendekatan Travel Cost Method (TCM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan gambaran atau deskripsi tentang preferensi wisatawan terhadap objek wisata Wira Garden. Dalam era modern, sektor pariwisata semakin berkembang dan menjadi salah satu pilar penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi, terutama di negara-negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami karakteristik demografis dan psikologis wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Wira Garden serta kontribusinya terhadap perekonomian lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pengunjung berusia antara 18 hingga 25 tahun, yang cenderung mencari pengalaman wisata yang lebih alami dan berkelanjutan. Wisatawan ini menunjukkan preferensi terhadap lokasi yang tidak hanya indah, tetapi juga memiliki program konservasi lingkungan. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kunjungan ke Wira Garden memberikan dampak positif bagi ekonomi masyarakat sekitar, di mana rata-rata pengeluaran per-kunjungan berkisar antara Rp 150.000 hingga Rp 300.000. Hal ini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di wilayah tersebut. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan yang inovatif dan responsif terhadap preferensi wisatawan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan objek wisata. Diharapkan, Wira Garden dapat terus berkembang sebagai destinasi wisata yang tidak hanya menarik, tetapi juga mendukung pelestarian lingkungan dan peningkatan ekonomi lokal secara berkelanjutan. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and price, both partially and simultaneously, on consumer satisfaction at the Simplyveewee Bintaro Boutique, with a sample of 99 consumers. The method used is a quantitative method. The data analysis used in this research is the classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and F test. The results of this research are that Service Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in the regression Y = 3.045 + 0.908 Price has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 3.464 + 0.897 Service Quality and Price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 2.388 + 0.373 X1 + 0.555 X2. The coefficient of determination value was 88.7%, while the remaining 11.3% was caused by other variables not examined in this research. The test results for the first hypothesis obtained a calculated t value > t table or (23.355 > 1.661). Based on the results of testing the second hypothesis, the t value obtained > t table or (25.591 > 1.661). Based on the results of testing the third hypothesis, the Fcount value was 378.481 > Ftable 3.091. This shows that simultaneously the Service Quality and Price variables have a significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract: Poverty and food inequality are problems that must be minimized because the economic growth of a country can be reflected through the poverty level and food security of its people. Government policies can be reflected in various dimensions of public life, such as the state, society, and the public interest. poverty and food inequality are still problems faced by Indonesia. Poverty is not only an economic problem, but also has an impact on various aspects of life. This research uses library research sourced from books and journals. Poverty alleviation is an effort to lift people out of poverty permanently. These efforts can be done through various actions, both economic and humanitarian. With the role of the government in overcoming poverty, it can greatly impact the economy in Indonesia, besides the government, the community also plays a very important role in poverty alleviation. Keywords: Government Policy, Poverty, Food Security Abstrak: Kemiskinan dan ketimpangan pangan merupakan masalah yang harus diminimalisir karna pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara dapat tercermin melalui tingkat kemiskinan serta ketahanan pangan atas masyarakatnya. Kebijakan pemerintah dapat tercermin dalam berbagai dimensi kehidupan publik, seperti negara, masyarakat, dan kepentingan umum. kemiskinan dan ketimpangan pangan masih menjadi masalah yang dihadapi Indonesia. Kemiskinan tidak hanya menjadi masalah ekonomi, tetapi juga berdampak pada berbagai aspek kehidupan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan yang bersumber dari buku dan jurnal. Pengentasan kemiskinan adalah upaya untuk mengangkat orang keluar dari kemiskinan secara permanen. Upaya tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai tindakan, baik ekonomi maupun kemanusiaan. Dengan adanya peran pemerintah dalam mengatasi kemiskinan dapat sangat berdampak pada perekonomian di Indonesia, selain pemerintah masyarakat juga sangat berperan penting dalam pengetasan kemiskinan.
