Abstract

One of the important aspects of an organization or company is its human resources. Human Resources (HR) are every individual who uses their abilities to work or contribute to an organization or company. A good relationship between workforce (HR) and the company can make the company better, so human resource management (HRM) is needed to be the link between them. This research aims to examine in more depth the role, function and competitive advantage of strategic human resource management (HRM). The type of research carried out is descriptive research using library research data collection techniques. The research results showed that the role of HRM generally includes the role of HRM, including recruiting and placing employees according to job descriptions, developing employee performance, promoting and offering HR requests, monitoring the implementation of labor legislation within the company, and arranging transfers, retirement, dismissal and severance pay. The function of HRM consists of: (1) managerial function, including planning, organizing, directing and controlling (2) operational function, including procurement, development, compensation, integration, maintenance, discipline and termination Competitive advantage of human resource strategic management (HRM ) can be done by being selective in recruitment, providing salaries or wages that are in accordance with employee competence and potential, paying incentives such as guarantees, recognition and fairness as well as providing training and development that is beneficial to the workforce.

Abstract

This research aims to see how strategic management in the competitive advantage of a company. The method used is a qualitative-literature study approach, where data is collected from various sources such as books, journals, and pre-existing research. The results of this study show that success in implementing competitive advantage strategy management depends on the company's ability to select and focus on key elements such as innovation, cost efficiency, product or service quality, customer service, and adaptation to market changes. The importance of continuous performance monitoring and rapid response to market dynamics cannot be ignored. Companies that are able to adapt to change can maintain their competitive advantage. Employee engagement, leader commitment, and building a strong brand image are also decisive factors in creating a successful business environment. In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce competition, companies need to build and maintain their competitive advantage to stay relevant and win the hearts of customers.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is "How is the application and mechanism of the murabaha contract on consumptive multi-purpose financing at PT Bank SUMUT Panyabungan Syariah Sub-Branch Office. This research focuses on the application and mechanism of the murabahah contract on consumptive multipurpose financing at PT Bank SUMUT Syariah Sub-Branch Office Panyabungan and to find out whether the application and mechanism of the murabahah contract on consumptive multipurpose financing are adjusted. This qualitative research uses primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews with staff in the accounting department at the bank. The results show that the application of the murabahah contract in consumptive multipurpose financing at PT Bank SUMUT Syariah Sub-Branch Office Panyabungan has not been fully implemented in accordance with the requirements. There are two points that are not in line, namely "the customer's lack of knowledge about the contract to be made and the lack of incomplete files when making a contract". Because customers do not understand and understand Islamic finance, PT Bank SUMUT Syariah Sub-Branch Office Panyabungan has not fully implemented the provisions of the fatwa.

Abstract

This study discusses the marketing strategy of PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pembantu Syariah Rantau Prapat in increasing the number of multi-purpose financing customers. The bank utilizes product, price, promotion, and distribution strategies to attract customers. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results show that the bank uses sales promotion, personal selling, and advertising to increase the number of customers. The marketing strategy of Bank Syariah includes product, price, promotion, and distribution strategies. PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pembantu Syariah Rantau Prapat uses sales promotion, personal selling, and advertising to increase the number of multi-purpose financing customers. This includes distributing brochures, personal selling by employees, placing banners, and creating company magazines. All information is also posted on the official website and social media

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the management of traditional markets in improving the economy of the Lubuk Ruso Village community and to analyze the Lubuk Ruso traditional market management system from a sharia economic perspective. The method in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The research objects are market managers and traders at the Lubuk Ruso Traditional Market. Research data sources were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis method used is data collection, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that the management of the Lubuk Ruso traditional market is considered to be effective where there are core facilities that meet standards based on applicable regulations

Abstract

This article analyzes the concepts of murabahah financing, this is done because there are still deviations in the implementation of murabahah financing, namely differences between the rules underlying murabahah financing and existing practices in the field. In this article, we compare the existing regulations with direct practical situations in the field involving several informants (practitioners and customers concerned) as well as with the support of several other supporting literature. The results of this research state that the application of murabahah in sharia banking practices is divided into three categories: The first type is consistent with muamalah fiqh. The second type is similar to the first type, but transfers ownership directly from the supplier to the customer, while the payment is made by the bank directly to the first seller/supplier and the third type is that the bank enters into a murabahah agreement with the customer, and at the same time represents (wakalah contract) to the customer for buy the things you want to buy yourself. Murabahah financing services for types 2 and 3 still need to be reviewed and re-evaluated because even though the financing is considered valid according to the Criminal Code law, it is still not valid according to Islamic law because the pillars of sale and purchase are still not fulfilled, namely ownership of the murabahah object. For this reason, researchers are developing the existing concept, namely a collaboration system between banks and suppliers.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of maintaining a healthy and sustainable growth momentum. An objective evaluation of MSMEs' contribution to the economy can help generate better policies to optimize their potential. This research uses descriptive and qualitative data analysis, as well as a literature review. MSMEs have several advantages that can make them central in future business development. These advantages include: (a) MSMEs provide opportunities and employment that can be absorbed by up to 50% of the available workforce. (b) The existence of MSMEs can create and stimulate the growth and development of new entrepreneurs. (c) MSMEs have unique market segments and can easily manage changes that may occur in the market. (d) Because of their ability to utilize natural resources, MSMEs can utilize most of the products produced by large industries or other industries. (e) MSMEs have great potential for development. In addition, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) offer benefits to the Indonesian economy by absorbing labor and impacting the country's GDP every year. This shows the potential of MSMEs in helping Indonesia achieve a sustainable economy.

Abstract

Ketimpangan ekonomi di Indonesia menjadi isu kritis dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Meskipun pertumbuhan ekonomi pesat membawa manfaat, dampak ketimpangan semakin meningkat. Jurnal ini mengeksplorasi aspek ketimpangan ekonomi dalam sistem ekonomi Indonesia, mencakup faktor penyebab, upaya penanggulangan pemerintah, dan rekomendasi kebijakan. Melalui kajian teoritis, jurnal ini menjelaskan sistem ekonomi Pancasila yang menekankan keadilan sosial dan pemerataan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan data dari literatur, berita, dan regulasi terkait. Pembahasan menyoroti kompleksitas ketimpangan ekonomi, tantangan, dan solusi dalam konteks ekonomi Pancasila. Analisis mencakup peran sistem ekonomi dalam mencapai tujuan nasional, seperti kekeluargaan, kebersamaan, dan keseimbangan kemajuan. Dengan mempertimbangkan situasi Yogyakarta sebagai studi kasus, temuan menunjukkan ketidaksetaraan yang masih tinggi, terutama di wilayah perkotaan. Data rasio Gini memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan ketimpangan, terutama di perkotaan, dengan Yogyakarta sebagai provinsi dengan tingkat ketimpangan tertinggi.

Abstract

Meningkatnya serangan siber di sektor keuangan menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan nasabah menjadi krusial. Terdapat risiko keamanan seperti phishing, malware, dan gangguan layanan, yang dapat merugikan nasabah dan mengancam kepercayaan terhadap institusi perbankan. Analisis perlindungan nasabah BSI melibatkan pemahaman terhadap kebijakan keamanan, respons terhadap serangan siber, dan kebijakan perlindungan data nasabah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui literatur, berita, wawancara, dan pengamatan langsung. Pembahasan melibatkan analisis layanan digital BSI, risiko keamanan, perlindungan hukum nasabah, dan protokol keamanan yang diterapkan oleh BSI. Hasil penelitian menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan ketangguhan terhadap serangan siber dan infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang handal. Kajian literatur mencakup perlindungan konsumen, digital banking, dan layanan keuangan digital. Perlindungan konsumen diatur oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999, sementara digital banking dan layanan keuangan digital memberikan efisiensi dan aksesibilitas yang luas.

Abstract

Abstract. Investment can simply be defined as an activity of investing capital or assets with the aim of making a profit. More practically, investment is a commitment of a certain amount of funds or other resources made now with the hope of gaining profits in the future. The aim of this research is to find out about the development of sharia mutual funds in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a bibliographic approach sourced from books and scientific journals according to the topic and focus of the research. The results of this research show that the development of sharia mutual funds in Indonesia has been quite significant with the number of sharia mutual funds increasing and many investors already using sharia mutual funds as their investment instruments.
