Abstract

This study discusses the challenges and opportunities faced by Indonesian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in facing international trade in the ASEAN region and the People's Republic of China (PRC). Amidst growing regulatory complexity, MSMEs are faced with barriers such as differences in technical standards, complicated customs procedures, and limited access to market information. However, there are also opportunities from free trade agreements and regional initiatives that can be utilized to expand markets. Through a qualitative approach and literature review, this research identifies key barriers for MSMEs, including limited management capacity, and the importance of collaboration between the government and private sector in developing comprehensive solutions to improve MSME competitiveness in the global market.

Abstract

Climate change events are becoming a global issue affecting the agricultural sector. Climate change can reduce crop productivity, including coffee plants, especially in tropical areas that are sensitive to weather fluctuations. Climate change also affects the prevalence of diseases and pests that attack coffee plants. Increased temperatures can accelerate the life cycle of pests such as the coffee berry borer, which can cause huge losses to farmers. In addition, fungal diseases such as Hemileia vastatrix (the cause of coffee leaf spot) may increase as weather conditions change. Rising temperatures and changing rainfall patterns have a negative impact on robusta coffee productivity, especially due to heat stress, drought and pest attacks. This research emphasizes the need for the development of climate-resilient coffee varieties as well as sustainable agricultural practices to support the sustainability of coffee production in Indonesia..

Abstract

The learning methods applied by teachers have a big influence on their students. Teachers often provide learning methods to students using the lecture method, where students often feel bored in learning, especially mathematics. Given the problems in mathematics learning, teachers must be creative to increase students' enthusiasm for carrying out mathematics learning, using board game-based learning media. The development of game media in learning is very rapid for every teaching staff to follow advances in game-based technology for mathematical problem solving abilities.  This research aims to determine the effectiveness of applying Board Game learning media to improve mathematical problem solving abilities. The method used by researchers is the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. With data collection techniques by documenting and reviewing 10 articles related to Board Game learning media and 10 articles related to mathematical problem solving from articles for 2018-2024. The articles used in this research were 20 national journal articles obtained from Google Scholar. From most of the studies in this article, researchers can conclude that board game learning media can help students improve their mathematical problem solving abilities.

Abstract

Evaluasi pembelajaran sangat penting untuk mengetahui berjalan atau tidaknya suatu sistem pembelajaran oleh pendidik. Dalam merancang evaluasi pembelajaran, pendidik juga harus memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip dasar evaluasi dan persyaratan yang harus diperhatikan. Evaluasi bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan siswa yang berpartisipasi dalam semua program pendidikan yang direncanakan. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep perkembangan, fungsi dan tujuan evaluasi pembelajaran dengan mengambil salah satu data atau bukti yang valid dengan melakukan observasi kepada guru fungsi untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut dan juga di tambah dengan berbagai referensi dari beberapa artikel, penelitian observasi ini dilakukan waktu penelitian pada bulan 2 Januari 2025 di SDN soddara II.

Abstract

This article aims to examine and explain the use of electronic learning resources and the environment to support the learning process. In preparing this article, the author used a literature study research method (library research), where the library literature used was in the form of articles and other relevant scientific works using Google Scholar and selecting several references that were appropriate to the topic of discussion. The results of preparing this article are as follows; (1) the use of electronic and environmental learning resources has several advantages and disadvantages compared to conventional learning resources such as being interesting, interactive and varied, (2) electronic and environmental learning resources can help increase learning effectiveness by increasing students' interest in learning, (3) The main challenge in using electronic learning resources and the environment is limited accessibility.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of modern-era learning media in enhancing student learning motivation. Technology-based learning media, such as educational applications, interactive videos, and online platforms, have proven effective in creating engaging and relevant learning experiences for students. Through a literature review, this research found that the use of learning media not only increases student engagement but also strengthens their intrinsic motivation. Moreover, teachers play a crucial role in optimizing the use of media to create a conducive learning environment, involve students in the evaluation process, and provide constructive feedback. The combination of these strategies has been shown to significantly enhance students' learning motivation. Thus, this study emphasizes the importance of integrating technology into learning to support better educational outcomes in the modern era.

Abstract

Abstract. Cocopeat is an organic material derived from coconut fiber, which is now one of the planting media that is widely used in modern agriculture. Cocopeat has a light texture and consists of fine particles similar to peat. Because it is rich in lignin and cellulose, cocopeat has a high ability to absorb water and good structural stability, even after long-term use. Apart from its superior physical properties, cocopeat can balance the pH in the range of 5.5 to 6.5, making it suitable for various types of plants. Cocopeat can also be used in hydroponic systems to increase aeration and maintain nutrients, so that plant roots can grow well. Research shows that cocopeat has natural antimicrobial characteristics that help prevent the emergence of pathogens in plants. However, there are several obstacles to using cocopeat, one of which is the high levels of salt or sodium and potassium ions that are often present in the raw product, so a washing process is required before it can be used. Cocopeat is the focus of organic waste management studies. In organic farming practices, cocopeat can increase soil fertility by improving its structure and increasing its ability to absorb water. The advantages of cocopeat make it an ideal choice when compared to other planting media that have a greater impact on the environment. However, the use of cocopeat in some areas is still hampered by technological limitations in processing and distribution costs. Therefore, developing technology for processing cocopeat and reducing logistics costs is very important to expand the use of cocopeat. By improving production processes, cocopeat has great potential to support the agricultural sector and protect the environment. Cocopeat merupakan bahan organik yang berasal dari serat kelapa, yang kini menjadi salah satu media tanam yang banyak digunakan di pertanian zaman modern. Cocopeat ini memiliki tekstur ringan dan terdiri dari partikel halus mirip gambut. Karena kaya akan lignin dan selulosa, cocopeat memiliki kemampuan tinggi dalam menyerap air dan stabilitas struktur yang baik, bahkan setelah pemakaian jangka panjang. Selain kelebihan sifat fisiknya, cocopeat dapat menyeimbangkan pH dalam rentang 5,5 hingga 6,5, sehingga cocok untuk berbagai jenis tanaman. Cocopeat juga dapat digunakan dalam sistem hidroponik untuk meningkatkan aerasi serta menjaga nutrisi, sehingga akar tanaman dapat tumbuh dengan baik. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cocopeat memiliki karakteristik antimikroba alami yang membantu mencegah munculnya patogen pada tanaman. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pemakaian cocopeat, salah satunya adalah tingginya kadar garam atau ion natrium dan kalium yang sering ada di produk mentahnya, sehingga diperlukan proses pencucian sebelum bisa digunakan. Cocopeat menjadi fokus dalam studi pengelolaan limbah organik. Dalam praktik pertanian organik, cocopeat dapat meningkatkan kesuburan tanah dengan memperbaiki struktur dan meningkatkan kemampuan untuk menyerap air. Keunggulan cocopeat menjadikannya pilihan ideal ketika dibandingkan dengan media tanam lain yang lebih berdampak pada lingkungan. Meskipun demikian, pemanfaatan cocopeat di beberapa wilayah masih terganjal oleh keterbatasan teknologi dalam pengolahannya dan biaya distribusinya. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan teknologi untuk pengolahan cocopeat dan penurunan biaya logistik sangat penting untuk memperluas pemakaian cocopeat. Dengan meningkatkan proses produksi, cocopeat memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung sektor pertanian dan melindungi lingkungan. Abstract

This research explores the important role of learning interest in increasing students' understanding of mathematical concepts, especially on the topic of Systems of Linear Equations in Two Variables (SPLDV). Using a quantitative approach and correlational survey method, this research analyzes the relationship between students' learning interest and their understanding of concepts. Data was collected from 94 grade 10 students at Al Falah Vocational School, South Jakarta. The research results show that students who have a high interest in learning have better understanding, with a correlation coefficient of 0.70 and a determination coefficient of 49%. These results show that almost half of the variation in students' SPLDV understanding can be explained by their learning interest. This research also emphasizes the need for innovative teaching methods to increase student engagement and understanding. Implications for educational strategies and future research directions are discussed.

Abstract

Mathematical logical intelligence is the ability to calculate and reason in solving mathematical problems. Mathematical logical intelligence is closely related to students' abilities, especially in communicating mathematical solutions. Mathematical communication is a forum for students to obtain information and express mathematical concepts. Someone who has high mathematical logical intelligence will influence students' mathematical communication abilities in solving mathematical problems. The aim of this research is : 1. To find out the level of mathematical logical intelligence of class X students at SMKN 38 JAKARTA Academic Year 2024/2025, 2. To determine the level of mathematical communication skills of class X students at SMKN 38 JAKARTA for the 2024/2025 academic year, 3. To determine the significant influence of mathematical logical intelligence on students' mathematical communication abilities in solving three-variable linear equation systems at SMKN 38 JAKARTA for the 2024/2025 academic year. This research uses associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses Cluster Random Sampling and data analysis uses simple linear regression.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to see how the implementation of e-commerce through the Amazon platform impacts the growth of MSME exports in Indonesia. Contributing more than 61% of GDP and 97% of employment, MSMEs are pillars of the national economy. Despite their great potential, MSMEs often face obstacles such as limited access to international markets, lack of understanding of digital technology, and difficulty meeting global standards. Through Amazon, MSMEs gain direct access to millions of global consumers, efficient logistics infrastructure, and analytical tools to understand market behavior. This research is qualitative in nature and uses a descriptive-analytical approach that relies on literature studies from various sources. The results show that Amazon is able to increase the visibility of MSME products and facilitate international market expansion more effectively than conventional methods. However, significant challenges remain, including high selling costs, intense global competition, and low digital readiness of MSMEs. In addition, government support in the form of training, access to funding, and supportive regulations are necessary for MSMEs to compete in the global market. With the optimization of strategies and collaboration between MSMEs, the government, and Amazon, this platform has the potential to become a catalyst for increasing exports of Indonesian MSMEs in the digital era. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan e-commerce melalui platform Amazon berdampak pada pertumbuhan ekspor UMKM di Indonesia. Dengan kontribusi lebih dari 61% PDB dan 97% lapangan kerja, UMKM adalah pilar ekonomi nasional. Meskipun memiliki potensi besar, UMKM sering kali menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan akses pasar internasional, kurangnya pemahaman teknologi digital, serta kesulitan memenuhi standar global. Melalui Amazon, UMKM mendapatkan akses langsung ke jutaan konsumen global, infrastruktur logistik yang efisien, dan alat analitik untuk memahami perilaku pasar. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis yang bergantung pada studi literatur dari berbagai sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Amazon mampu meningkatkan visibilitas produk UMKM dan memfasilitasi ekspansi pasar internasional dengan lebih efektif dibandingkan metode konvensional. Namun, tantangan signifikan tetap ada, termasuk biaya penjualan yang tinggi, ketatnya persaingan global, dan rendahnya kesiapan digital UMKM. Selain itu, dukungan pemerintah berupa pelatihan, akses pendanaan, dan regulasi yang mendukung sangat diperlukan agar UMKM dapat bersaing di pasar global. Dengan optimalisasi strategi dan kolaborasi antara UMKM, pemerintah, dan Amazon, platform ini memiliki potensi menjadi katalisator peningkatan ekspor UMKM Indonesia di era digital.
