Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis postur karyawan CV. SP Alumunium Yogyakarta selama proses pengambilan bahan baku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) untuk menemukan keluhan tubuh pekerja, menemukan penyebabnya, dan menawarkan solusi untuk memperbaiki postur pekerja untuk mengurangi risiko cedera. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa postur kerja saat ini memiliki skor REBA 9, yang menunjukkan bahwa ada kemungkinan besar akan terjadi cedera. Disarankan agar karyawan menggunakan back support dan poster edukasi sebagai perbaikan. Setelah simulasi perbaikan, skor REBA turun menjadi 4, menunjukkan peningkatan, tetapi masih diperlukan perbaikan. Perkiraan biaya untuk melakukan perbaikan ini adalah Rp. 1.200.000. Diharapkan penelitian ini akan membantu CV. SP Aluminium Yogyakarta menciptakan tempat kerja yang lebih aman dan nyaman bagi karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract Leadership not only involves the ability to influence and motivate others but also reflects the philosophy and principles upheld by a leader. The purpose of this research is to examine contemporary theories and case studies on how leadership philosophy can shape an inclusive, innovative, and adaptive work culture. This study employs a literature review method by utilizing various references related to leadership philosophy. The conclusion drawn is the influence of transformational leadership philosophy in building an inclusive and adaptive work culture in modern organizations. In its implementation, this philosophy is applied through employee empowerment, strengthening collaboration, and fostering innovation, which ultimately creates a productive work environment that is relevant to the ever-evolving market needs. Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology encourages innovation in image processing and computer vision, one of which is a real-time facial expression detection system. This research aims to develop a system based on the YOLOv5 method and deep learning algorithms to detect facial expressions, such as neutral and smile, with high accuracy. The system is designed using training data processed through Roboflow, including dataset collection, labeling, and augmentation. The performance evaluation of the model was conducted using confusion matrix with accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-Score values, which showed an average accuracy of up to 99.6% with increasing datasets. The real-time system test results show the success of detecting facial expressions even when faced with variations in environmental conditions. This system has the potential to be applied in various fields, such as human-machine interaction, security, and education, and can be improved by increasing the variety of expressions recognized and integrating expert systems for more complex emotion analysis.

Abstract

Islamic education for Generation Z faces unique challenges arising from technological developments and social change. Generation Z, who were born in the digital era, are often isolated from religious communities, experience academic stress, and lack time for religious worship and learning. This study aims to explore the challenges faced by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at SMPN 1 Sugio in teaching religious values to students. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the main challenges include time constraints, low student interest, differences in cultural backgrounds, and the negative influence of digital media. However, there are also motivating factors such as an organized learning environment and worship routines that support the formation of student character. PAI teachers can implement effective strategies, including technology integration and active learning approaches, to increase student interest and motivation in learning Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Dhuha Prayer habituation in enhancing students' discipline as part of the preparation for the Golden Generation 2045 at MI Islamiyah Attanwir Talun. This research is motivated by the importance of fostering discipline from an early age, particularly in Islamic educational environments that emphasize a balance between academic and spiritual aspects. Discipline is a crucial factor in educational success, and one approach to instilling it is through the habituation of religious practices, such as the Dhuha Prayer. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consist of students and teachers involved in the Dhuha Prayer habituation program at the madrasah. The findings indicate that the habituation of Dhuha Prayer contributes to improving time management, self-control, and adherence to school regulations. Furthermore, this program fosters respect, enhances spiritual motivation, and positively impacts students' discipline in both academic and social aspects. However, several challenges were identified in its implementation, such as maintaining students' consistency in performing the Dhuha Prayer and the role of teachers in providing continuous motivation.Thus, the habituation of Dhuha Prayer at MI Islamiyah Attanwir Talun has proven to be an effective strategy in shaping students' discipline and can serve as a valuable approach to character education in madrasahs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of YouTube as a learning media to improve the learning interest of third-grade students in the subject of Science and Social Studies (IPAS) at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). YouTube was chosen as a learning media due to its ability to present material in a visual and interactive way, which can capture students' attention. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with an experimental design. Data were collected through questionnaires given to students to measure their learning interest before and after the use of YouTube as a media. The results of the study indicate a significant increase in students' learning interest after the implementation of YouTube, as shown by higher questionnaire scores. Therefore, YouTube as a learning media can be considered an effective alternative in enhancing students' learning interest in the subject of IPAS at MI.

Abstract

The dispute over a brand involving MS Glow and PS Glow in 2023 is a trademark dispute that occurs due to similarities in the name of the trademark with another brand, so it is also called a copy of another trademark that has been registered with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, so it can be said violates the first to file principle. In connection with this, this article examines the ongoing dispute between MS Glow and PS Glow in a complex and in-depth manner regarding the dispute resolution process related to the use of trademarks and forms of legal protection for PS Glow which are reviewed using the system followed by the Indonesian state. to files. This research is included in normative juridical research carried out through a statutory regulation approach. The findings of this study indicated that mediation was not a successful resolution method, so efforts continued through an arbitration body. Through arbitration, MS Glow has been proven to have committed brand infringement and paid damages to PS Glow. The first to file principle in trademarks stipulates that the first trademark registration has priority, and the importance of registering a trademark in accordance with the relevant product class is to prevent related legal disputes. The trademark dispute case between MS Glow and PS Glow shows the importance of registering a trademark correctly and in accordance with regulations to guarantee exclusive rights to the trademark.

Abstract

ABSTRACT It cannot be denied that currently, environmental management is still quite often carried out with no regard to laws and regulations and environmental sustainability, which can lead to disputes. In Indonesia, the parties who are impacted by environmental damage can seek a settlement that goes into the civil realm by filing a lawsuit to the court. One of these lawsuits can be filed by environmental organizations based on their legal standing. The legal status of environmental organizations in resolving environmental disputes in Indonesia is a matter of concern in the context of environmental protection in this country. Therefore, this article aims to explore the existence and dynamics of environmental organizations in Indonesia in actively participating in environmental protection efforts by conducting legal standing related to disputes in the existing environmental scope. This article is based on a normative juridical method in which the data collection approach is carried out by examining primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Keywords: Legal Standing, Environmental Organization, Environmental Dispute. ABSTRAK Tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa saat ini pengelolaan lingkungan hidup masih cukup sering dilaksanakan dengan tidak memperhatikan peraturan perundangan dan kelestarian lingkungan sehingga dapat menimbulkan sengketa. Di Indonesia, pihak yang terdampak atas kerusakan lingkungan dapat mengupayakan penyelesaian yang masuk ke ranah keperdataan dengan mengajukan gugatan ke pengadilan. Gugatan tersebut salah satunya dapat diajukan oleh organisasi lingkungan hidup berdasarkan adanya kewengan menggugat atau legal standing yang dimiliki. Status hukum organisasi lingkungan hidup dalam penyelesaian sengketa lingkungan hidup di Indonesia merupakan hal yang mendapat perhatian dalam konteks perlindungan lingkungan hidup di negeri ini. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengupas mengenai bagaimana keberadaan dan dinamika organisasi lingkungan di Indonesia dalam berpartisipasi secara aktif untuk melakukan upaya perlindungan lingkungan dengan melakukan legal standing terkait sengketa di lingkup lingkungan hidup yang ada. Artikel ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif yang pendekatan pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan menelaah bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Abstract

This study examines the application of Location-Based Service (LBS) in the Android-based TIAS application developed to facilitate student learning activities. This study aims to assess how the use of Location-Based Services (LBS) can improve the effectiveness and accuracy of the student attendance system in a university environment. In its implementation, LBS allows the TIAS application to verify the physical location of students when they take attendance so as to prevent attendance made outside the predetermined location. This research adopts both qualitative and quantitative approaches to examine various aspects of LBS implementation, including technological accuracy, impact on data privacy and security, and user experience.
