Jurnal El-Hadhary: Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan Multidisiplin diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat Asosiasi Masyarakat Madani Indonesia (AMMI) di Takengon, Aceh, Indonesia. Jurnal El-Hadhary juga merupakan Jurnal Open Access yang diterbitkan untuk mempublikasikan hasil penelitian para dosen, guru, mahasiswa dan praktisi pendidikan. Ciri khas dari jurnal ini adalah artikel-artikel yang dimuatnya merupakan hasil penelitian dan pengembangan di dunia pendidikan dan pengajaran yang berbasis penelitian. Jurnal El-Hadhary diterbitkan dua kali dalam satu tahun yaitu pada bulan April dan Oktober. Abstract

Teachers play a strategic role in education as their presence greatly determines the quality and success of the learning process. Their duties cover professional, humanitarian, and social aspects which are manifested in various forms of dedication. In the professional domain, teachers act as educators, instructors, and trainers. This study aims to examine the role of teachers in improving students’ learning motivation during, to identify the obstacles they face, and to analyze the efforts made to overcome these challenges. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method conducted at MIN 06 Aceh Tengah. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that the role of teachers in enhancing the learning motivation of fifth-grade students (Class V/A) has been implemented effectively. These roles include teachers as facilitators, directors, transmitters, and motivators. Therefore, teachers’ roles are not only limited to delivering knowledge but also to fostering students’ motivation to be more active and enthusiastic in learning. Abstract

Abstract The philosophy of science from an Islamic perspective is a critical inquiry into knowledge that situates science within the framework of tawhid by integrating revelation, reason, and empirical experience. Unlike the Western scientific paradigm, which tends to be secular and value-neutral, Islamic philosophy of science views knowledge as ethically grounded and oriented toward devotion to Allah and human well-being. This paper aims to examine the concept of Islamic philosophy of science, its ontological, epistemological, and axiological foundations, its differences from the Western paradigm, and its relevance to modern science, particularly in early childhood education. This study employs a library research method through the analysis of relevant scholarly literature. The findings indicate that Islamic philosophy of science offers an integrative, humanistic, and transcendental paradigm capable of addressing ethical and spiritual crises in modern science. In early childhood education, this philosophy provides a foundation for holistic education that balances cognitive development with moral and spiritual formation, contributing to the development of insān kāmil. Abstract

This research aims to analyze academic burnout among students at SMP Negeri 6 Takengon and the role of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers in reducing learning saturation. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Research subjects consist of students experiencing academic burnout, BK teachers, and homeroom teachers selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Results show that academic burnout is characterized by emotional exhaustion, decreased learning motivation, and apathetic attitude towards learning. Causal factors include high task load, academic pressure, and lack of variation in learning methods. The role of BK teachers is carried out through individual counseling services, group guidance, and provision of learning motivation. Abstract

ABSTRAKPendidikan karakter kebangsaan merupakan pondasi penting dalam membentuk generasi muda yang baik, berakhlak, berintegritas, dan memiliki kecintaan terhadap bangsa. Latar belakang penelitian yang saya lakukan berangkat dari fenomena menurunnya nilai moral, disiplin, dan sikap kebangsaan pada anak, terutama di tengah pengaruh globalisasi dan media digital. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran orang tua dalam membina karakter kebangsaan anak di Desa Negara Batin Kecamatan Sungkai Utara. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan karakter dilakukan melalui keteladanan, pembiasaan, komunikasi yang efektif, serta pengawasan orang tua. Kendala yang ditemukan meliputi pengaruh lingkungan pergaulan dan minimnya waktu interaksi. Secara keseluruhan, peran orang tua terbukti menjadi faktor utama dalam memperkuat karakter kebangsaan anak.Kata Kunci: Peran orang tua; karakter kebangsaan; pembinaan keluarga; pendidikan karakter; nilai moral.

Abstract

This study aims to describe a parenting-based inclusive early childhood learning model in families in Metro City. The study used a qualitative approach with field research, with parents of children with special needs such as ADHD, dyslexia, and speech delay as subjects. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, while data analysis used the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the parenting-based inclusive learning model was implemented through five main stages: identification and assessment of children's needs, adjustment of learning materials and activities, implementation of educational play activities, active involvement of parents as companions, and periodic evaluation and adjustment. The learning process takes place flexibly, naturally, and is based on daily experiences within the family, with parents as the primary educators who adjust learning strategies based on the child's conditions and needs. Educational play activities are the main medium in stimulating children's cognitive, social, and language development. Active parental involvement in ongoing mentoring and evaluation is a determining factor in learning success. The research findings indicate that this model is effective in supporting the development of children with special needs, although it still requires strengthening in terms of systematization and professional support for optimal implementation.
