The study was inspired by the phenomenon of the low performance of MTs teachers. which is reflected in the low ability to meet the standards set. Aims to analyze and find out: a) teacher competence; b) teacher performance; and c) the magnitude of the influence of teacher competence on MTs Sumedang District teachers. The research approach used is quantitative research with survey methods. Types of data consist of primary and secondary data, data collection tools using a questionnaire that is distributed to respondents who are taken proportionally. The data were processed using parametric statistics. Hypothesis testing using t-test and F-test. The results of data processing and analysis show that pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance with an influence of 00%. In conclusion, teacher competence with its four dimensions has a significant effect on MTs teacher performance.

The research was motivated by the low quality of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Karangampel District, Indramayu Regency, one of the causes is thought to be due to the lack of role of the school committee. The research aims to determine: a) The role of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah school committee, b) The quality of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah; c) The magnitude of the influence of the role of the school committee on the quality of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The approach used in this research is quantitative research with primary and secondary data collected through questionnaires. The data were processed and analyzed using a parametric statistical approach with descriptive analysis design and verification. The research results show that descriptively the role of the school committee and the quality of education are in good condition but there are still weaknesses in certain aspects. The results of the verification analysis show that the role of the school committee has a significant effect on the quality of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah with a magnitude of the effect of 00%, in the sense that the better the role of the school committee, the better the quality of education

This research is motivated by the declining quality possessed by MTs 7 Majalengka, one of which is the decline in students who are accepted at the secondary education level which is supported by quite a favorite. Therefore, researchers learn how to improve the quality of education by planning strategies and policies made by MTs Negeri 7 Majalengka to maintain excellence and supportive names. This analysis uses analysis of strengths, opportunities, and threats which are strategic planning methods used to overcome strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the school. This type of research is a qualitative study with one variable, this research is field research by raising data in the field about the things that will be discussed. The results of this study show that the strategy carried out by MTs Negeri 7 Majalengka is to focus on the Vision and Mission to be a superior, Islamic and quality madrasa. Academic and non-academic activities are carried out optimally to produce a quality generation. The program is made of superior classes (Excelent classes), then special classes and regular classes.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of low teacher performance, marked by the unfulfilled all the elements forming professional teacher standards. This is thought to be the result of low levels of teacher professionalism and work ethic. The research aims to find out; a) teacher professional competence, work ethic, and teacher performance; b) the magnitude of the professional influence of teachers on teacher performance; c) the magnitude of the influence of work ethic on teacher performance; and d) the magnitude of the influence of teacher professional competence and work ethic on teacher performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data collection tool used a questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents consisting of vocational school teachers. The data obtained were analyzed using a parametric statistical approach. Descriptively, the results showed that the professional competence of teachers, work ethic, and teacher performance were in good condition, but there were still weaknesses in certain aspects. From the results of the verification analysis: a) teacher professional competence partially affects teacher performance; b) work ethic partially affects teacher performance; c) teacher professional competence and work ethic simultaneously influence teacher performance with a magnitude of influence of 75,50%, the remaining 29,50% is influenced by other factors. In conclusion, teacher professional competence and work ethic both partially and simultaneously affect teacher performance.

The phenomenon of the low quality of SMK graduates is the background of this research. The low quality of graduates is indicated by the fact that there are still aspects of graduate competency standards that have not been fulfilled. The causes include the inadequate implementation of the internship program. The purpose of this study is to determine: a) Implementation of Internship Program; b) Quality of SMK graduates; c) The magnitude of the influence of the implementation of the Prakerin program on the quality of SMK graduates. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to examine a generalized sample. The data collection tool used a questionnaire, the data obtained were analyzed statistically. The design of the analysis is descriptive and subjective. The results showed that descriptively the implementation of the internship program was good, but there were still weaknesses in terms of provide feedback; The quality of graduates is also good, but there are still weaknesses in terms of application of values in life.. Perivikatively, the implementation of the apprenticeship program has a positive and significant effect on the quality of vocational graduates with a magnitude of influence of 40,70%, the remaining 59,30% is influenced by other factors. In conclusion, the implementation of the apprenticeship program has an effect on the quality of SMK graduates.

This research is motivated by the low teacher performance, which is estimated to be the impact of ineffective supervision and low teacher motivation. In educational units, teacher performance is a determining factor for the quality of graduates so that it becomes a central issue in efforts to improve the quality of education. This study aims to identify and analyze: a) teacher supervision, motivation, and performance; b) the effect of supervision on teacher performance; c) the influence of motivation on teacher performance; and d) the effect of supervision and motivation on teacher performance together. The research method used was a survey with a quantitative approach. Sample of 48 people determined by the formula Slovin, data collected through a questionnaire. The analysis design uses descriptive and subjective analysis. Data analysis used statistics, with the help of a computer-assisted calculation of the SPSS program. The results showed that descriptively, supervision, motivation, and teacher performance were in good condition according to respondents' perceptions. In terms of: a) Supervision affects teacher performance by 52,99%; b) motivation has an effect on teacher performance by 47,05%; c) supervision and motivation together have an effect on teacher performance by 59.60%. Conclusion, both individually and collectively, supervision and motivation have an effect on teacher performance

This research is motivated by the low work effectiveness of SMK teachers, presumably due to the low pedagogical competence and the lack of conducive organizational climate. The research aims to determine: a) Pedagogical competence, school organizational climate, and work effectiveness; b) The contribution of pedagogical competence to the effectiveness of work; c) The contribution of the school organization climate to the effectiveness of work; d) The magnitude of the contribution of pedagogical competence and school organizational climate to work effectiveness. The method used was a survey with a quantitative approach, primary and secondary data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. Processing and data analysis using a statistic, the calculation process uses the SPSS program. The results showed: a) The pedagogical competence of the was good, the school organization climate was conducive, and the vocational work was quite effective, but there were still weaknesses in certain elements; b) Teacher pedagogical competence contributed to the work effectiveness of teachers by 60,99%; c) The organizational climate of the school contributes to the effectiveness of teacher work by 57,91%; d) Teacher pedagogical competence and school organizational climate together contribute to the effectiveness of teacher work by 68,90%, the remaining 31,10% is influenced by other factors not examined. In conclusion, teacher pedagogical competence and school organizational climate both partially and simultaneously contribute to the effectiveness of vocational school teachers.

The research was motivated by the low quality of education was thought of suboptimal human resource development. The research aims to: a) Know the management of human resource development; b) Knowing the strategy for human resource development; c) Supporting factors and obstacles to human resource development; d) The efforts of the principal in overcoming obstacles to human resource development; e) The quality of education. The study used a qualitative approach with analysis methods, techniques and primary data collection tools using in-depth interviews with selected informants purposively. Data were analyzed descriptively interpretive through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was tested through triangulation techniques. The results showed: a) Human resource development has been carried out in accordance with the authority of the school principal; b) Human resource development strategies are planned carefully and accurately; c) The dominant supporting factor is the high enthusiasm of teachers to improve competence, but is hampered by the non-fulfillment of quantitative PNS teachers; d) To overcome obstacles, school principals recruit teachers who are honorary statuses; e) The quality of education has not been optimal, especially in meeting the eight educational standards. In conclusion, the development of human resources has been carried out well, but is hampered by the limitations of quantitative professional educators, so that the quality of education is not optimal.

This research is motivated by the inequality in leadership style behavior between the Head of State MTs. and Head of MTs. Private, presumably due to differences in status. This study aims to determine: a) The types of leadership styles commonly used by the Head of State Madrasah Tsanawiyah; b) Types of leadership styles commonly used by Private Madrasah Heads; and: c) The difference in the quality level of leadership style between the Head of Public Madrasah Tsanawiyah and the Head of Private Tsanawiyah Madrasah in managing their respective madrasah. The study used a qualitative approach, the main data collection techniques and tools used in-depth interviews with purposive selected informants coupled with a questionnaire. Data were analyzed descriptively interpretive through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was tested through triangulation techniques. The results showed: a) The type of leadership style of the head of MTs. The country is more dominant in using a directing leadership style, characterized by always giving specific directions to subordinates; b) The type of leadership style of the Head of MTs. The private sector is more dominant in using the coaching leadership style, which is characterized by being very intense in training subordinates; c) There are differences in the level of quality of the leadership style of the Head of MTs. State and private, according to respondents' perceptions of the leadership style of the Head of MTs. Private sector is better than the head of MTs leadership style. Country.
