Green building assessment standards and guidelines issued by GBCI is a reference for use by people in Indonesia. The civil engineering and planning faculty building is a building that has been built for a long time. built, has a function as a faculty office on the first floor and a teaching and learning function on the second to fourth floors. teaching and learning functions on the second floor to the fourth floor. In the assessment using GBCI standards against the building, then the acquisition obtained is 42 assessment points, or a percentage of 35.90% and the predicate is bronze. To improve the bronze predicate to gold is the need for procurement and improvement that must be done. The procurement and improvements made to the six assessment categories.

Abstract

Eco-drainage is an environmentally friendly infrastructure solution designed to mitigate flood risks. Flooding issues often arise due to damage or mismatched dimensions of drainage systems in residential areas. This study aims to plan and develop a new drainage system concept in the Very Simple Housing Area, South Sendang Biru Hamlet. The methodology includes a planning approach based on detention system, retention system, and infiltration system concepts. Collected data were analyzed to produce optimal planning concept recommendations. The results of this study are expected to serve as guidelines for the local community and government to improve drainage systems for sustainable flood prevention.

Abstract

The DAGUSIBU (Obtain, Use, Store, Dispose) medication counseling and education program in Donggala Village, Wolo District, Kolaka Regency, aims to enhance community knowledge and awareness of proper medication use. This initiative is motivated by the low level of public understanding regarding medication management, which often negatively impacts individual and environmental health. The program employs a participatory approach, involving lectures, discussions, simulations, and Q&A sessions, supported by a mixed-method research design combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding after the counseling, particularly in obtaining medications from official sources and using medications according to medical guidance. Direct practice simulations proved effective in facilitating behavioral change. Despite challenges such as varying levels of health literacy, the program successfully encouraged positive changes in daily medication use and highlighted the importance of continuous education. The DAGUSIBU education model can be applied in other areas to foster healthier and more responsible medication management practices within communities.

Abstract

Abstract

The Malige traditional house is a cultural heritage with high historical and architectural value for the people of Southeast Sulawesi, especially the Buton tribe. Preserving this traditional house is very important considering its function not only as a physical building but also as a cultural, spiritual, and social symbol for the local community. The urgency of this research is to understand the role of legal frameworks in supporting the preservation of the Malige traditional house to maintain the cultural values it embodies. The issues identified include insufficient socialization, inadequate coordination among institutions, and limited resources in implementing these regulations. The research employs a qualitative method with descriptive analysis techniques, relying on literature reviews and studies of relevant development regulations. The expected outcomes of this research are policy recommendations to strengthen specific regulations, enhance community participation, and ensure the effective and sustainable preservation of the Malige traditional house.

Abstract

WebGIS (Web Geographic Information System) is a web-based geographic information system that allows users to access, display, and analyze spatial data interactively over the internet. This research aims to design and implement a WebGIS system that presents information on administrative areas, regional potential, and strategic infrastructure in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The system was developed using the CodeIgniter 4 framework as the backend, along with Leaflet.js and GeoJSON for dynamic map visualization. The data used in this system includes district/city boundaries, capital city names, population, area, density, and spatial information related to resource potential and infrastructure facilities. Key features developed include region selection based on district/city name, satellite and road basemap displays, click coordinate determination, distance measurement, and area radius determination. The system also features a search panel, layer controls, and GeoJSON-based data visualization that can be customized to suit the needs of user agencies. Implementation results indicate that this WebGIS system is capable of displaying spatial information effectively, accurately, and interactively, and can be used as a supporting tool in the regional development planning process by agencies such as the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA). The system can also be further developed to include real-time data integration, a user login system, and advanced spatial analysis. Thus, this WebGIS development is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of regional data management in Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

Letter administration services at the Pringtulis Village Office currently run conventionally, causing long processing times, queues, and a lack of submission tracking. This activity aims to implement a Digital E-Letter system to solve these bureaucratic problems and improve service efficiency. System development uses the SDLC Waterfall method, where requirements were analyzed using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The implementation results show that this web-based system significantly simplifies the bureaucratic workflow. Residents can apply for letters independently (paperless) through Population Identification Number (NIK) validation without account registration. The implementation of a Digital Signature (TTD) by the Village Head effectively cuts processing time from days to hours. The tracking feature and independent PDF downloads validated with QR Codes provide accessibility, document authenticity, and service transparency. This governance transformation successfully creates faster, more efficient, transparent, and responsive village public services.
