Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the learning management functions to increase the quality of learning as a result of learning in SMPN 27 Makassar, as well as to determine the factors that most influence on the improvement of the quality of learning. The research was conducted in SMP Negeri 27 Makassar. The study population numbered 59 teachers, both permanent teachers and teacher aides. Because populations are small, then the entire population sampled (sample of 100 per cent). The analytical tool used is descriptive quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression. The results showed that the application of the management function of a positive and significant effect, either simultaneously or partially to the increase in the quality of learning at SMPN 27 Makassar with the level of prediction (R square) of 0.758 (75.8 percent). With a high level of R square perencenaan shown that variable (X1), organizing (X2), the mobilization / leadership (X3), and monitoring / evaluation (X4) together have a strong influence on the improvement of the quality of learning in SMPN 27 Makassar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the cost of personal selling to sales volume of Toyota cars at PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Urip Sumoharjo in Makassar with the method used is a simple regression analysis method that this method be used as a measuring tool in the statistical results of the discussion, and analyzed so as to provide complete information to the problems faced. Quantitative methods that determine the influence of personal selling variable costs to sales volume of Toyota cars at PT. Hadji Kalla Makassar Branch Urip Sumoharjo. The results showed that the cost of personal selling are having a significant effect on the sales volume, therefore, the company should increase the budget cost of personal selling to increase sales volume. Then the influence of personal selling variable costs to sales volume of Toyota cars at PT. Hadji Kalla Makassar Branch Urip Sumoharjo is at 59.8% while the remaining 40.2% (100 to 59.8%). Caused by other factors including advertisement, publicity, sales promotion and other marketing mix factors, namely price, place, and product.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of GDP per capita, price and exchange rate to the volume of South Sulawesi cocoa exports to Malaysia. Data collection methods used in this research is a method of collecting documentation based on the theory by Riduwan (2006), while the analysis method used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods . The results showed that before the export tax changes in 2010 the volume of exports to Malaysia a positive effect on GDP per capita of Malaysia, on the contrary after the export tax changes in 2010 the volume of exports to Malaysia negative effect on GDP per capita of Malaysia. The volume of exports to Malaysia in 2008 to 2009 negatively affect world cocoa prices, then in 2009 to 2010 the volume of exports to Malaysia a positive effect on the world price of cocoa export tax and after the change in 2010 the volume of exports to Malaysia negatively affect the world price of cocoa. Malaysian ringgit exchange rate from 2008 to 2012 or before and after the 2010 tax changes negatively affect the volume of South Sulawesi to Malaysia about cocoa exports.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the effect of the Promotion cost at PT. Dayaprima Nusawisesa. This research is quantitative research which is explain that highlights the influence between the variables of research with the hypothesis that has been formulated previously. Data collected through observation interview, and documentation, while data analysis using simple linear regression. The results shows that the promotion cost contained in the PT. Dayaprima Nusawisesa Makassar between other banner ads / banners, stickers, billboards, sponsorship, exhibition (rent, stationery), promotional stricken areas, congratulations etc. Proving that the promotional costs incurred by the company influence on home sales, based on the results of the determination coefficient is 0,573 or 57,3% mean changes in house sales (Y), is 57,3% influenced by promotional costs (X), while the remaining 42,7% is influenced by proposed that acceptable

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality in a whether partially or simultaneously way to the utilization of pharmacy hospital installation Ajjappannge Soppeng. This study was conducted at Hospital Ajjappannge Soppeng for two months starting from December 2014 to Januari 2015. The method used was quantitative method using a questionnaire by taking 100 patients and family as samples, making the data as respondents were determined by accidental sampling technique, the data were analyzed by using the validity, reliability, and using product moment correlation was continued using multiple linier regression through the test statistics, t test, and test the model provisions. The results of this study showed that the quality of services that include tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy positive and significant effect whether partially or simultaneously way on the utilization of pharmacy hospital installation Ajjappannge Soppeng.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the determination of the optimum land, labor, consumption and exchange rate rice farmers and analyze the impact of the amount of production, the selling price, the amount of labor and economic aspects of business-to-income rice farmers and analyze the level of prosperity, economic factors and physical factors land in the five district and formulate strategies what is right for improving the welfare of rice farmers in South Sulawesi. This study uses survey data of 400 respondents rice farmers. Analyzer used to calculate the optimum land, labor income families as well as the production capacity is to use the model Z score, while using SWOT strategy formulation. The findings of this study were obtained land is optimum for a decent life is 0:55 ha/person for the technical irrigation (the owner and tenants) and 0.99 ha / person for rainfed (owner and tenants). rainfed amounted to 0.99 ha. For these types of farmers as owners or tenants alone, optimum land area is 1.10 ha/person for technical irrigated rice. As for the types of rainfed rice amounted to 1.97 ha/person. The labor income farm families owners and tenants in average Rp. 1,199,408.33/month, only for farmers or tenants only (revenue sharing system) Rp. 599,704.17/month, while for farm workers is Rp. 198,148.15 per month. Production capacity for technical irrigated rice on average is at 7.1 tonnes/ha persekali for rainfed crops whereas on average be at 5:12 tonnes / ha persekali harvest. For the consumption needs of farmers for a decent life in general on average are in USD. 6.8085 million per year, equivalent to 801 kg of rice. While the strategy suggest that farmers' welfare can be increased is defensive. In this research, the expected policy implications that business activities had pani paddy rice is still heavily influenced by natural factors and little influenced by the availability of technical irrigation, for him it takes concrete steps from the government in the form of special programs and subsidies that prosperous rice farmers

Abstract

This study aims to determine Is the recruitment system affects the quality of employees at PT. Batara Indah in Makassar. As for the method of analysis used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis is an analysis to determine the effect on the quality of the system of recruitment of employees. Based on the analysis and pembahaasn the recruitment effect on the quality of employees, it can be drawn some conclusions from the analysis that is Based on a regression analysis of the obtained value Y = 8941 + 0.833 X, it can be interpreted that the values ​​bo = 8.941, this can be interpreted that without the recruitment of the employees' quality of 8.941%, while the value of value b1 = 0.832 which means that if PT. Batara Indah in Makassar increase rekrukmen it will affect the quality of work of employees. While From the analysis of the obtained values ​​of correlation r Square or determination coefficient of 0.545 means that 54.5% of the variation kkualitas affected by the recruitment of employees, while the remaining 45.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The correlation coefficient R = 0.738 showed that the correlation between recruitment and the quality of employees is positive. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of their own capital and foreign capital to profit at PT. Duta Gemini In Makassar. This study used a multiple regression analysis with data processing using SPSS 16 for Windows. The results obtained by the regression equation y = 7.819 to 0.086 X1 + 0.101 X2. The correlation between the variables of equity capital with profits 0.443 and the correlation between the variables of foreign capital with profits 0.497. The coefficient of determination of 29%, which means equity and foreign capital effect on profit of 29%. The results of the t test and F test showed that equity and foreign capital no significant effect on earnings.

These research applied in surroundings PT Vale Indonesia. A sample of using methods purposive of sampling. A method of data used is live interview to the many involved in the problem under discussion and give a questionnaire for employees according to research conducted. Data analysis was done using multiple linear regression analysis, test T test, test F test and The coefficient of determination (R2). The results of an analysis of shows that the Corporate Social Responsibilty Implementation it has positive infleunced and significant to Public Welfare about PT Vale Indonesia.

Abstract

The main objective of this study was as follows: To view the factors that affect the volume of sales of Yamaha brand motorcycles in PT. Suracojaya Abadi Motor, as well as to determine the variable product, promotion, price and distribution which affects the volume of sales of Yamaha brand motorcycles in PT. Suracojaya Abadi Motor in Makassar. To implement these objectives, the use of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis with multiple regression analysis, the validity and reliability as well as testing hipotesis.Dengan using the techniques of collecting data through observation, documentation and questionnaires. The research found that the factor product, price, distribution and promotion have a positive and significant effect on the increase in the volume of motorcycle sales in PT. Suracojaya Abadi Motor in Makassar.Dari four variables that affect the increased volume of motorcycle sales in PT. Suracojaya Abadi Motor in Makassar, the dominant variable is the promotion, this can be seen from the value that has been distandardized beta coefficient or the largest value of the variable lainnya.Nilai coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.536 means the entire variable X namely product, price, distribution and promotion has contributed 53.6% of the sales volume of motorcycles. The remaining portion of 46.4% is another factor not studied, such as high sales price, the Yamaha brand image as well as the services provided by the company.
