Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the motivation of employee productivity and to know whether there is influence of work discipline on employee productivity at PT PLN (Persero) Area Distribution Manager Sulselrabar Makassar.The research method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the formula Y = a + b1x1 + b2x2 + e. Results of analysis and discussion obtained significant values for the variable X1 of 0.010 <0.05 and for the variable X2 of 0.047 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. there is an influence between motivation and work discipline on work productivity. this explains the purpose of this study. and regression model Y = 1.529 + 0.296 x1 + 0.188 x2.Research limititation/implications : This research is only limited to employees of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Control Area of South Sulawesi, Makassar City.It is suggested for future research to compare also with other regions outside of Makassar so that it will also be known whether there is influence of motivation and discipline on productivity. The research sample was expanded using different parameters and theories.This article gives us an understanding that there is a relationship between motivation and discipline towards employee productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture (honesty, perseverance, creativity, discipline, science and technology) on the ability of civil servants in the district disnakertrans sidrap as well as to analyze the influence of work culture on employee commitment in the office of labor and transmigration service district sidenreng rappang. Collecting data is done through direct observation and survey obtained by way of distribution of questionnaires to the respondents.The population in this study is civil servants who actually carry out their duties and responsibilities, as many as 35 people because the number of employees a little then all the population sampled, using descriptive analysis, validity and rentabilktas analysis, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing analysis (Test T and Test F). The result of the research is obtained about work culture with work ability, which shows that work culture has a significant influence on the work ability of the employees at the Office of Manpower and Trasmigration of Sidenreng Rappang Regency.Then from result of analysis about work culture to employee's commitment indicate that there is significant influence between work culture with employee commitment at office of Manpower and Trasmigration of Regency of Sidenreng Rappang.

Abstract

In the new paradigm will be reflected the new work culture, strategy and role of human resources from within the typology of the new organization. The industrial world is growing. The development of the industry can not be separated from the advancement in the field of technology. Technology almost sets aside the human workforce, however labor is always needed. PT Beton Perkasa Wijaksana Makassar Branch is one of the companies engaged in producing concrete. Although the duties of each employee are very different from each other, but inter depending on each other, must work together and also have to fill each other in order to achieve the individual goals of employees as well as the goals of groups or organizations. To support the ease of achieving these goals, employees both individually and required to continuously make improvements or improve the quality of themselves or their groups.The study aims to identify how influential employees' occupational health and safety is so that it affects their productivity. Sampling in this study was used by 102 respondents, the data collection technique is by questionnaire, research variables are Health (X1), Safety (X2), Productivity (Y). The data was tested for validity using Pearson Product Moment correlation and to test its reliability level using Cronbach Alpha and then the data was processed with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Hypothesis Testing using F and T Tests with a level of 5% significance. Keywords: Occupational Health, Safety and Work Productivity.

Abstract

AbstractsThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and career development on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of the agency, education and training office. The sampling technique uses Stratified Random Sampling and obtained a sample of 36 respondents. This research variable uses two variables, namely the dependent and independent variables. For the dependent variable (y) of this study is employee performance. For independent variables (x) include: competence (x1), and career development (x2). Quantitative data analysis method, using multiple linear regression analysis models. Bring it to process data using the SPSS 23 program. The results of this study indicate that partially positive and significant effect of the competency variable gives an effect of 3,880 on employee performance, and from career development variables has an influence of 2,467 on employee performance. Keywords: Competence, Career Development, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The subject of this research is employees at PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Maros Branch taken as many as 47 employees. Data collected questionnaires. The analysis used is linearity test, simple linear regression analysis, product moment correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and t test. The results of this study show that (1) Employee performance at PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Maros Branch is located in a strong area (K), meaning the performance of employees at PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Maros Branch is 76.7% (2) Organizational Culture at PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Maros Branch is located in a strong area (K), meaning organizational culture in PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Maros Branch is 76.2% (3) Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Maros Branch, this can be seen from the calculation of simple linear regression analysis i.e. Y = 8.4844 + 0.3370X (4) Based on correlation analysis of product moment is rxy = 0.74 (5) Coefficient analysis determination shows that variable X organizational culture positively affects employee performance Y variable and has an influence rate of 55% (6) Significant testing on work culture affects employee performance in PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Maros Branch shows that t count is greater than t table (7,091 1,679) so that the hypothesis is acceptable.  Keywords: Employee Performance, Organizational Culture.  Abstract Subyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Cabang Maros yang diambil sebanyak 47 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji linieritas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis korelasi product moment, analisis koefisien determinasi dan ujit t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kinerja karyawan pada PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Cabang Maros terletak pada daerah kuat (K), artinya kinerja karyawan pada PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Cabang Maros yaitu sebesar 76,7% (2) Budaya Organisasi pada PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Cabang Maros terletak pada daerah kuat (K), artinya budaya organisasi pada PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Cabang Maros yaitu sebesar 76,2% (3) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Cabang Maros, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan analisis regresi linier sederhana yaitu Y = 8,4844 + 0,3370X (4) Berdasarkan analisis korelasi product moment adalah rxy = 0,74 (5) Analisis koofisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel X budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel Y kinerja karyawan dan mempunyai tingkat pengaruh sebesar 55% (6) Pengujian signifikan pada budaya kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT. So Good Food Manufacturing Cabang Maros menunjukkan bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (7,091 1,679) sehingga hipotesis dapat diterima.  Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Budaya Organisasi.

Abstract

Employer branding pada dasarnya adalah sebuah konsep yang bisa diterapkan di dalam sebuah perusahaan untuk membuat para pekerja atau karyawan nyaman dan merasa perusahaan tesebut adalah tempat yang baik untuk bekerja. Dalam hal ini, perusahaan harus memberikan keuntungan lebih kepada karyawan atau fasilitas yang dapat mendorong karyawan agar merasa seperti tinggal dirumah sendiri. Employer branding sendiri sebenarnya memiliki dua tujuan. Pertama, employer branding dilakukan untuk membuat karyawan yang bekerja merasa senang bekerja di perusahan tersebut dan yang kedua bertujuan untuk proses seleksi karyawan baru agar lebih mudah menemukan kandidat terbaik serta mempertahankannya. Jadi dengan memanfaatkan employer branding maka perusahaan menjadi lebih baik dimata karyawan begitu juga akan ada banyak calon karyawan baru yang berminat bekerja di perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian case studi yang bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi branding perusahaan dan efeknya terhadap kinerja organisasi. Keywords : Branding Perusahaan, Kinerja Organisasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sistem Informasi SDM dan Kinerja Pegawai terhadap Efektivitas perusahaani pada PT. Ocean Global Shipping.Maka tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah; 1). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Sistem Informasi SDM terhadap Efektivitas Perusahaan pada PT. Ocean Global Shipping., 2). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kinerja Pegawai terhadap Efektivitas perusahaan pada PT. Ocean Global Shipping. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Sistem Informasi SDM dan Kinerja Pegawai secara simultan terhadap Efektivitas Perusahaan pada PT. Ocean Global Shipping. Jenis data penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis data kuantitatif, melalui teknik pengumpulan data yaitu; Observasi, kuesioner, dan sampel wawancara yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Nonprobability Sampling – Purposive Sampling sehingga diperoleh 37 sampel atau responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta uji normalitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas sebagai prasyarat uji asumsi klasik. Dan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji R2, uji t, dan uji F yang didukung oleh SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Secara t (parsial) variabel Sistem Informasi SDM (X1) dan Kinerja Karyawan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Perusahaan (Y), Sistem Informasi SDM (X1) dan Kinerja Karyawan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap f (simuItan) terhadap Efektivitas perusahaan (Y) pada PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge management on employee performance through job descriptions at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar. So the objectives to be achieved in this study are; 1). To find out and analyze the direct effect of knowledge management on job descriptions at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar, 2). To find out and analyze the direct effect of job descriptions on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar, 3). To find out and analyze the indirect effect of knowledge management on employee performance through job descriptions at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar. The type of research data used in this study is the type of quantitative data, by means of data collection techniques namely; observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The sampling method used in this study was non-probability sampling - purposive sampling to obtain 61 samples or respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is; validity and reliability test, and normality test as a prerequisite for the classical assumption test. And the data analysis method uses path analysis with the r test, t test and f test The results of this study indicate that: partially knowledge management and job description variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and knowledge management has an effect on employee performance through job descriptions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memaparkan tentang upaya pengembangan sumber daya manusia berdasarkan pendekatan total quality management di Politeknik Maritim AMI Makassar. Pendekatan total quality management digunakan sebagai strategi agar lembaga ini dapat bertahan dan unggul dalam kompetisi dengan lembaga lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data hasil penelitian disajikan dalam bentuk naratif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Politeknik Maritim AMI Makassar menerapkan serangkaian langkah dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia, termasuk perencanaan, perekrutan, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia, yang dijalankan secara terencana, sistematis, dan berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas secara berkelanjutan. Implementasi total quality management telah membantu Politeknik Maritim AMI Makassar mendapatkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat, menjadikannya salah satu perguruan tinggi maritim yang diakui.

Abstract

Perkembangan perdagangan saat ini telah mendorong pelabuhan sebagai pintu gerbang perdagangan untuk mengadopsi digitalisasi. Fokus pengembangannya terletak pada peningkatan sarana dan prasarana yang terstandarisasi, dengan tujuan meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi layanan jasa kepelabuhan. Kesiapan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dengan kinerja optimal dan kualitas yang tinggi memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kecepatan pelayanan dan aktivitas yang mendukung perdagangan melalui transportasi laut. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan SDM memiliki peranan penting saat ini. Melalui SDM yang kompeten dan berkualitas, pelabuhan dapat menjadi lebih efektif sebagai pintu gerbang perdagangan. Upaya menjaga kualitas SDM dilakukan melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM di lingkungan pelabuhan. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah peningkatan daya saing SDM di Indonesia, melalui peningkatan kualitas SDM yang lebih baik, merupakan faktor utama yang menentukan keberhasilan transformasi di era digitalisasi.
