Abstract

This study aims to identify perceptions of attitudes of cement employees ofBUMN in carrying out work to achieve job success. The method for collecting data inthis study uses questionnaires and interviews and analysis techniques with structuralequation models (SEM). The results of this study indicate that the tendency of internallocus of control owned by most cement employees of BUMN plays an important role asan employee work stimulus to succeed in his job

Abstract

The aim of this research was to uncover how the recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure of accounting practices mudharabah sharia in Islamic finance at PT Sulselbar Bank Syariah Makassar. The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis prefentif. Company data that supports research data collected then analyzed by describing the state of the object or describe real research. The results showed that in general the Bank has applied the accounting practices mudharabah in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in Islamic banking Indonesia and in accordance with Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) Nomor 105 but related to the implementation of the pillars and terms of financing is not fully in accordance with the National Sharia Board Fatwa such differences persentage funds provided to customers. Financing portion by using mudharabah still smaller than murabahah financing. This is influenced by the allocation of financing for working capital only, while the murabahah financing in addition to working capital investment and consumption

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics and attitudes of underprivileged housewives to use LPG 3 kilograms in Gowa in South Sulawesi. Data collection methods are the method of observation , interviews (questionnaire) and a collection of documents related to this study. The type of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. The population is prosperous pre housewife Gowa in South Sulawesi Province kabupeten by taking a sample of 100 people who were selected based on the method of incidental , methods of data analysis in this study is a descriptive analysis , namely to calculate the frequency of respondents by age group, income group, occupational groups, education groups and respondents' attitudes toward various attributes attached to LPG 3 Kg. Respondents attitudes were measured using Multiatribut Fishbein formulation with the aim to help quantify the ordinal be quantitative . The results showed that the characteristics of the pre sejahatera housewife in Gowa regency of South Sulawesi, showed the average age of respondents was 50 years, while 72 percent of respondents were education less than junior high, while the head of the family or the husband's work shows a relatively uniform rate of type respondents work identified in this study , namely farming , laborers , drivers etc. . Family income shows that 86 per cent less than Rp . 1.000.000, - with an average of Rp. 762 000,- is smaller than the local minimum wage (UMR) in 2013 amounted to Rp.1,440,000,- so it does not meet the Living Needs (KHL) . While the average number of dependents per household (HH) ebanyak 4 people . Housewife attitude towards the use of LPG underprivileged 3 Kilograms showed a positive attitude , a positive attitude is interpreted also taste like housewives underprivileged to attribute LPG 3 kilograms, but it also shows that positive attitude affordability housewife underprivileged against LPG price 3 kg. Attributes that most contribute to the positive attitude of underprivileged housewives are the attributes "Safe us ", it also illustrates that the safety factor is much more to be considered by the underprivileged housewives to use LPG 3 kilograms .

Abstract

This research discusses the management of BOS 2012 at SDN 52 Pagang Pangkep in the use of funds, accounting and financial reporting school as a financial liability on the receipt of funds BOS. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results obtained, it can be seen that the use of the funds in SDN 52 Pagang Pangkep in accordance with the components that allowed financing funded by the Juknis BOS 2012. Deficiencies found in the exclusion of evidence code number on the general ledger, cash ledger, bank ledger, subsidiary ledger and tax receipts are not included and does not include the tax bill number. Advice can be given to the object researchers while maintaining the principles of transparency and accountability as well as cooperatively with parties who need the information related to BOS funds in case of BOS fund managers in schools, quickly make changes to the new reporting format in accordance Juknis BOS applicable in the current budget year. In addition, further research is expected to be more thorough and detailed financial management discusses BOS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan, Pelatihan dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Kepala Urusan di Desa Se Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di 14 Desa se Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai Februari 2021. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 124 orang diantaranya 14 orang kepala desa, 14 orang sekretaris desa dan 100 orang dari unsur BPD (Badan Permusyawaratan Desa). Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 orang atau 55% dari populasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tingkat pendidikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pelayanan Kepala Urusan di Desa se Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur (2) Pelatihan, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pelayanan Kepala Urusan di Desa se Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur (3) Tingkat pendidikan, pelatihan, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pelayanan Kepala Urusan di Desa se Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu TImur (4) Variabel pengalaman kerja paling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pelayanan Kepala Urusan di Desa se Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu TImur. This study aims to analyze the effect of the level of education, training and work experience on the service performance of the Head of Affairs in Se Village, Malili District, and East Luwu Regency. This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted in 14 villages in Malili District, East Luwu Regency. When the research was conducted starting February 2021. The population in this study was as many as 124 people including 14 village heads, 14 village secretaries and 100 people from the BPD (Village Consultative Body) element. The sample in this study were 70 people or 55% of the population. The results of this study indicate that (1) the level of education does not have a significant effect on the service performance of the Head of Affairs in villages in Malili District, East Luwu Regency (2) Training and work experience have a partial effect on the service performance of Heads of Affairs in Villages in Malili District, East Luwu Regency (3) The level of education, training, and work experience have a simultaneous effect on the service performance of the Heads of Affairs in villages in Malili District, Luwu TImur Regency (4) The work experience variable has the most significant effect on the service performance of the Head of Affairs in Villages in Malili District, Luwu TImur Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh secara parsial kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat baca pengunjung pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang (2) pengaruh secara simultan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat baca pengunjung pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang (3) kualitas pelayanan yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap minat baca pengunjung pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh pada minat membaca pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang secara parsial dan simultan (2) berdasarkan hasil pengujian, indikator kualitas pelayanan yaitu daya tanggap, keandalan, jaminan, perhatian, dan kemampuan fisik secara keseluruhan berpengaruh terhadap minat baca dengan nilai unstandardized coefficients beta sebesar 0,018 atau 18% yang menunjukkan bahwa hanya 18% pengaruh indikator kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi minat baca dan 82% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian . This study aims to find out (1) the partial effect of service quality on visitors' reading interest at the Library and Archives Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency (2) the simultaneous influence of service quality on visitors' reading interest at the Sidenreng Rappang Regency Library and Archives Service (3) The dominant service quality affects the reading interest of visitors at the Library and Archives Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency Data collection methods used are questionnaires, interviews and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) service quality has no effect on interest in reading at the Library and Archives Service of Sidenreng Rappang Regency partially and simultaneously (2) based on the test results, service quality indicators were responsiveness, reliability, assurance, attention, and physical ability in general. Overall effect on reading interest with unstandardized coefficients beta value of 0.018 or 18% which indicates that only 18% influence of service quality indicators affects reading interest and the remaining 82% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model..

Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan studi dokumen. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, promosi jabatan, pengembangan karir dan penghargaan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di dinas penataan ruang kabupaten pangkep; 2) menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, promosi jabatan, pengembangan karir dan penghargaan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di dinas penataan ruang kabupaten pangkep; dan 3) menganalisis variabel yang paling dom inan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di dinas penataan ruang kabupaten pangkep. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Pangkep. Waktu penelitian telah dilakukan mulai bulan Mei-Juni 2021. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Pangkep yang berjumlah 38 orang. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus) yakni dengan menentukan semua populasi sebagai sampel total sebanyak 38 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pelatihan, promosi jabatan, pengembangan karir dan penghargaan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di dinas penataan ruang kabupaten pangkep; 2) pelatihan, promosi jabatan, pengembangan karir dan penghargaan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di dinas penataan ruang kabupaten pangkep; dan 3) pengembangan karir merupakan variabel yang paling dom inan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di dinas penataan ruang kabupaten pangkep. This study aims to: 1) analyze the effect of training, promotion, career development and rewards partially on the performance of civil servants in the Pangkep district spatial planning service; 2) to analyze the effect of training, promotion, career development and rewards partially on the performance of civil servants in the Pangkep district spatial planning service; and 3) to analyze the variables that most dominantly influence the performance of civil servants in the Pangkep district spatial planning office. This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Pangkep Regency Spatial Planning Office. When the research was conducted from May-June 2021. The study population was all 38 employees of the Pangkep Regency Spatial Planning Office. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling method (census) by determining all populations as a total sample of 38 employees. The results of this study indicate that: 1) training, promotion, career development and rewards have a partial effect on the performance of civil servants in the Pangkep district spatial planning service; 2) training, promotion, career development and awards have a partial effect on the performance of civil servants in the Pangkep district spatial planning service; and 3) carrier development is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of civ il servants in the Pangkep district spatial planning service.

Abstract

The issue of gender equality is an issue that is still often misunderstood as a term that refers only to women and is specific to a particular individual and cultural issues. Gender discrimination can create differences between men and women in accessing and obtaining development benefits. The Government of Indonesia reveals the number of genders as one of the development problems so that it explicitly includes gender as an element in poverty alleviation and ensures commitment to work towards gender by increasing gender-responsive national-level programs and regulations. Pangkep Regency is one of the regions in South Sulawesi that has realized a fairly large gender responsive budget (ARG) in several human resource capacity-building programs. This is an opportunity for the community to take advantage of the potential of the region's superior potential. One of them is through the results of ponds that can be managed into processed products that are innovative and have high selling value so that they can encourage the regional economy. The methods in this service activity are socialization, presentation, and hands-on/tutorial practice. The results of this community empowerment activity were successfully carried out until the processing of pond products became more innovative. Participants have understood the legal framework and government policies for equalizing opportunities in the gender-inclusive economic sector and can take advantage of regional potential for products worthy of sale. --- Persoalan penyetaraan gender menjadi isu yang masih sering disalahartikan sebagai istilah yang merujuk pada perempuan saja dan sifatnya spesifik terhadap persoalan individu serta budaya tertentu. Diskriminasi gender dapat menimbulkan perbedaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam mengakses dan memperoleh manfaat pembangunan. Pemerintah Indonesia mengakui kesetaraan gender sebagai salah satu permasalahan pembangunan sehingga secara eksplisit memasukkan gender sebagai elemen dalam pengentasan kemiskinan dan memastikan adanya komitmen untuk mengupayakan kesetaraan gender dengan meningkatkan jumlah program, peraturan dan anggaran tingkat nasional yang responsif gender. Kabupaten Pangkep merupakan salah satu daerah di Sulawesi Selatan yang merealisasikan anggaran responsif gender (ARG) dalam jumlah yang cukup besar pada beberapa program peningkatan kapasitas sumberdaya manusia. Hal tersebut menjadi peluang bagi masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan potensi sumberdaya unggulan daerah yang potensial. Salah satunya melalui hasil tambak yang dapat dikelola menjadi produk olahan yang inovatif dan bernilai jual tinggi sehingga dapat mendorong perekonomian daerah. Metode dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi, presentasi, dan praktek langsung/tutorial. Hasil kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini berhasil dilaksanakan sampai dengan pengolahan hasil tambak menjadi lebih inovatif. Peserta telah memahami kerangka hukum dan kebijakan pemerintah bagi penyetaraan peluang sektor ekonomi yang inklusif gender serta mampu memanfaatkan potensi daerah menjadi produk yang bernilai jual.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anugerah Tehnik Mandiri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap pada PT. Anugerah Tehnik Mandiri sebanyak 50 orang karyawan. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Dengan demikian jumlah sampel dengan jumlah populasi, yaitu sejumlah 50 orang karyawan PT. Anugerah Tehnik Mandiri. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Hasil kuesioner tersebut telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda dengan uji hipotesis, yaitu uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja dan etos kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anugerah Tehnik Mandiri. Secara parsial, variabel etos kerja merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh positif dan sisignifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara variabel budaya kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerka karyawan
