Abstract

Global Climate Change emerged as a critical issue with extensive ramifications. Indonesia is one of the sixth countries in terms of carbon emissions in the world. Reducing carbon emission is top priority for the Indonesian governance, which is why they’ve passed legislation. But carbon emission disclosure is still not widely used and is often unreliable. The research investigates the association between carbon disclosure, green investment and carbon performance, along with the moderating effect of independent commissioners. This research employs a quantitative methodology utilizing panel data regression on 55 energy sector firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2022 to 2024. The data was analyzed utilizing EViews 13. Green Investment does not significantly impact carbon emission disclosure, whereas carbon performance has significant positives, while independent commissioners do not strengthen the correlation between green investment and disclosure, rather, they enhance the association between carbon performance and carbon emissions disclosure. This discovery highlights the significance of carbon performance and green investment in fostering transparency and the necessity of independent oversight in enhancing disclosure quality

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the turnover intention in the creative education sector, namely music training institutions in Bali. The factors that trigger turnover discussed in this study consist of workload, work stress, and work-family conflict. The research was carried out at one of the non-formal music education institutions in Denpasar City, with a population of 52 employees who are incidentally music teachers, so this study is included in the population research, with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that simultaneously workload, work stress, and work-family conflict have a positive effect on employee turnover intention at non-formal music education institutions in Denpasar City. This means that the higher the workload, work stress, and work-family conflict simultaneously, the more employee turnover intention will swell. On the other hand, if the workload, work stress, and work-family conflict are low, then employee turnover intention will also decrease.

Abstract

PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), a major state-owned coal producer, has set an ambitious target to increase coal output from 40 million tons in 2024 to 100 million tons by 2029. Using a quantitative research design, the study applies capital budgeting tools such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Incremental Analysis, along with risk evaluation methods including sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations. The analysis reveals that transitioning to a conveyor system yields a significant NPV advantage of IDR 6.57 trillion and an incremental IRR of 19.97%, surpassing the project's hurdle rate. Monte Carlo results indicate a 71% probability of achieving positive NPV, affirming the conveyor system’s robustness under financial uncertainty. Beyond financial returns, the conveyor alternative offers operational improvements such as lower emissions, higher safety, and more reliable throughput. This feasibility study concludes that the conveyor-based system is both economically and strategically superior, aligning with PTBA’s long-term goals for cost efficiency, environmental responsibility, and production scalability.

Abstract

The stock market is always influenced by various economic and financial factors that determining investor profits. In energy companies, inflation, changes in interest rates, and the company's financial condition, such as profitability, liquidity, and leverage, are important factors that affect stock returns. This study analyzes the influence of these factors on energy companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2021–2023 and uses multiple linear regression tests. This study found that interest rates and profitability have a significant effect on stock returns, while inflation, liquidity, and leverage do not have a significant effect. These findings indicate that changes in interest rates can have a negative impact on stock returns, while profitability plays a role in determining the level of stock returns. These results indicate that interest rates and profitability need to be considered in investment decisions in the energy sector.

Abstract

Growing environmental concerns have intensified interest in sustainable consumption, particularly among Generation Z in emerging economies. While prior studies have examined green purchase intention and social media influence, limited research has integrated the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) with subjective norms within the Indonesian digital context, especially on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. This study addresses this theoretical gap by examining how green information sharing on social media influences green purchase intention through perceived green value and subjective norms. Using a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected from 300 Generation Z social media users in six major Indonesian cities. Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed to test the proposed hypotheses, including mediation and multi-group analysis based on employment status. The findings demonstrate that green information sharing significantly enhances green purchase intention both directly and indirectly through perceived green value and subjective norms. Subjective norms emerge as a stronger mediating mechanism, highlighting the importance of social influence in a collectivist cultural setting. Additionally, employment status moderates the relationship between subjective norms and purchase intention. The study contributes theoretically by extending ELM within the green consumption domain in a developing-country context and by integrating social influence mechanisms into digital green marketing communication. Practically, the results offer strategic insights for policymakers and marketers to design persuasive green campaigns that combine cognitive and social appeals.

Abstract

Hovè is a local modest fashion brand with a minimalist, elegant, and timeless concept, targeting urban women aged 20–35. Since its establishment, the business has relied mainly on digital channels such as Instagram, Shopee, and TikTok Shop for marketing and sales, while also experimenting with offline sales through boutique partnerships. The business implementation includes market and competitor analysis, differentiation strategy based on timeless design and strong brand storytelling, limited-scale production, and promotion through content marketing and influencer collaboration. Nevertheless, Hovè faces several challenges. Brand awareness remains relatively low, sales fluctuate sharply with months of no transactions, limited capital constrains both production capacity and promotional efforts, and customer engagement is still suboptimal. These issues are reflected in financial performance, where most months record losses due to high variable costs and inconsistent revenue. To address these problems, Hovè adopted a digital marketing optimization strategy using the AIDA model, developed lifestyle, storytelling, and product highlight content, and strengthened influencer collaborations to expand reach and enhance consumer engagement. Evaluation results indicate that KOL collaboration is most effective in raising awareness, while product highlight content contributes more strongly to conversion. In conclusion, Hovè shows potential for sustainable growth provided it can maintain consistent digital content management, reinforce influencer strategies, diversify sales channels, and improve financial and operational efficiency.
