Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed marketing methods from traditional methods to methods that use technology. This study aims to determine the influence of digital marketing on purchasing interest, purchasing decisions, and consumer satisfaction with fashion products on TikTok Shop. The method used is quantitative with an explanatory approach. Data were obtained from an online questionnaire given to 151 people who had purchased fashion products on TikTok Shop, then analyzed using SPSS with validity, reliability, correlation, and simple linear regression tests. The results showed that digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing interest (R² = 0.518), purchasing decisions (R² = 0.531), and consumer satisfaction (R² = 0.473). This means that the more effective the digital marketing strategy used, the higher the purchasing interest, purchasing decisions, and consumer satisfaction. This study provides a theoretical contribution to the development of digital marketing science, as well as providing practical recommendations for small and medium-sized business actors in the fashion sector on TikTok Shop to maximize digital marketing strategies as a way to increase sales and customer loyalty.

Abstract

The determination of regional superior products (PUD) is one of the main strategies of local governments in strengthening economic competitiveness and improving community welfare. The city of Sukabumi has established a long-term development vision as a Creative, Superior, Cultured, and Sustainable City, with a focus on economic transformation based on inclusiveness and justice. This study analyzes Sukabumi City's leading economic sectors to determine regional superior products using the Location Quotient (LQ), Shift-Share Analysis (SSA), and Sector Typology approaches. The data used is sourced from the Regional Domestic Product (RDP) of Sukabumi City and West Java Province for the 2019–2023 period. The results of the study show that there are ten leading regional products in Sukabumi City, namely: indigo, rice, carp, catfish, nutmeg, large chili peppers, bananas, sheep, coconuts, and beef cattle. This study provides strategic recommendations in the form of technology-based productivity improvements, strengthening the MSME innovation ecosystem, and export market diversification. This research is expected to serve as a reference for sustainable regional economic development policies based on local potential.

Abstract

This study analyzes the legal policy of handling the poor in Indonesia, which is constitutionally mandated by Article 34 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as the embodiment of the ideals of a Welfare State. Normatively, this state obligation is implemented through Law Number 13 of 2011 and Law Number 11 of 2009. The results of the study indicate horizontal disharmony and dualism of regulations, data inaccuracy, and weak institutional coordination. This condition creates inefficiency and indicates that poverty handling is still charity-based rather than rights-based. Based on John Rawls' Distributive Justice theory (Difference Principle) and the principles of the Pancasila Welfare State Law, this study proposes an Integrated Codification Strategy for the Law on Handling the Poor. This codification aims to unify legal substances, organize institutional structures, and definitively shift the policy paradigm from compassionate discretion to the obligation to fulfill citizens' human rights in order to realize integrated social justice.

Abstract

Micro mobility has an important role in improving first–last mile (FLM) connectivity as a link between community activities and the public transportation system. In the city of Surakarta, the low use of public transportation is still driven by the low quality of accessibility to transportation nodes and variations in the performance of micromobility services. This study aims to analyze FLM's travel characteristics, user perceptions and preferences towards micromobility services, and identify priority service attributes that need to be optimized to support integration with public transportation. The research method used descriptive analysis, instrument validity and reliability tests, and Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA) applied to four micro mobility modes: pedicabs, walking, bicycles, and electric scooters. A total of 213 respondents who met the criteria participated in the survey. The results showed that all service attributes have a negative gap between importance and performance levels, so users judge that the current service quality does not meet FLM's travel needs. The analysis of IPA per mode shows that the main priority attributes include travel safety and security, the availability of protected lanes, supporting facilities, accessibility to public transportation nodes, and the availability of travel information. These findings confirm that the success of the integration of micro mobility and public transportation in Surakarta is highly dependent on improving the quality of basic facilities, protecting users' movement space, and strengthening access infrastructure support.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the productive waqf management system at BSI Maslahat Surabaya as a nazhir institution in collaboration with Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This research uses a qualitative method, with a case study approach that includes interviews, documentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that BSI Maslahat Surabaya has successfully implemented a transparent waqf model with BSI in the management of productive waqf. This collaboration allows the optimization of the collection, management, and distribution of waqf funds professionally through the Integrated Fund Management System (IFMS). BSI Maslahat Surabaya manages two forms of waqf, namely money waqf and waqf through money, the proceeds of which are distributed to social programs such as Al-Qur'an Grants, Waqf for the construction of BSI Mosque in Bromo, BSI Qur'an House in Magetan. The application of Sharia Good Governance principles makes this institution credible and accountable. Overall, BSI Maslahat Surabaya is a model for modern productive waqf management that is sustainable and has the potential to strengthen the sharia economic ecosystem in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study was grounded on observations indicating that the utilization rate of the Hospital Information Management System (HIS) WPRO at the Medical Check-Up (MCU) Unit of XY Hospital remains relatively low. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Information Quality, System Quality, Facilitating Conditions, Subjective Norm, and Intention to Use on the Net Benefit of HIS usage at the MCU Unit of XY Hospital, employing a modified DeLone & McLean Information System Success Model. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal design. The study population consisted of all hospital staff involved in the Medical Check-Up (MCU) services, totaling 84 respondents. Sampling was carried out using a probability sampling method with a saturated sample, as all eligible MCU personnel were included in the study. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS). The results demonstrate that Information Quality, System Quality, Facilitating Conditions, Subjective Norm, and Intention to Use simultaneously exert a significant influence on the Net Benefit of HIS utilization (p < 0.05). Theoretically, these findings support the propositions of prior research and confirm the relevance of established IS success models. From a managerial perspective, the results provide practical recommendations for XY Hospital to enhance HIS implementation by improving data integration, strengthening information security protocols, and increasing organizational support. These initiatives are expected to foster stronger user intention and, ultimately, lead to greater tangible benefits from HIS implementation in healthcare operations.

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation in the food and beverage (F&B) industry has intensified demand for systematic and technology-driven approaches to restaurant operations, particularly in table reservation management. However, most restaurants continue to rely on manual reservation processes prone to miscommunication, double bookings, and operational inefficiency, while existing literature predominantly examines system development and project management in isolation. This study aims to design and implement a web-based online table reservation system for the F&B industry by integrating the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) framework with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), thereby addressing the identified gap in the literature. A descriptive qualitative approach with a system development research design was employed; data were collected through observation, literature review, focus group discussions, and market analysis. The resulting system prototype incorporates features including online booking, QR-based check-in, secure digital payment, and real-time reservation management. Evaluation through scenario-based testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) indicates that the system reduces reservation errors, shortens waiting times, and improves user satisfaction compared to manual methods. Theoretically, this research contributes by demonstrating how PMBOK knowledge areas—including Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, and Risk Management—can be systematically mapped onto stages of digital system development. Practically, the study provides a replicable project management reference model for F&B businesses seeking to improve service quality and operational performance through structured digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of global commodity prices and macroeconomic variables on the Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) in Indonesia. The independent variables in this study include global gold price returns, global oil price returns, the Rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar, interest rate returns, and the money supply (M2) return. The dependent variable is the IHSG return. The data used is monthly time series data from January 2020 to December 2024, obtained from official publications of Bank Indonesia (BI). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a return model transformation. The results show that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the IHSG return. Partially, global oil price returns have a significant positive effect on the IHSG return, while the Rupiah exchange rate returns have a significant negative effect. Meanwhile, global gold price returns, interest rate returns, and the money supply return do not show a significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of internal control and the Diagnostic Control System (DCS) at PT ABC. This multinational personal care company experienced sales fraud in the form of channel stuffing during the fiscal year (FY) 2024. Using a case study approach and data triangulation through observation, secondary document analysis, and interviews with four key informants, this study analyzes weaknesses in internal control based on the COSO (2013) framework, Simons’ (2000) DCS, and the Fraud Triangle Theory. The findings indicate that all components of internal control were ineffective. The DCS was also misaligned with corporate strategy, as performance indicators focused primarily on sales volume and incentive schemes encouraged dysfunctional behavior. The combination of target pressure, weak controls, and cultural rationalization explains the occurrence of fraud in accordance with the Fraud Triangle Theory. This study concludes that the fraud at PT ABC resulted from weak internal controls that created opportunities for misconduct, as well as an ineffective DCS that created pressure and rationalized such behavior. The recommendations include strengthening the monitoring function by appointing a fully accountable local director rather than a nominal representative, redesigning KPIs and incentive schemes based on historical sell-out data to end consumers, and fostering an integrity-driven organizational culture to prevent recurring fraud.
