Abstract

Bhakti Husada Banyuwangi Hospital as a multiethnic private hospital faces employee performance challenges due to diversity dynamics and adaptive leadership needs in the midst of human resource digital transformation. This study examines the influence of diversity, inclusion, and leadership development on employee performance with digital HR planning as an intervening variable. Using a quantitative explanatory design approach with a saturated sample of the entire population of 195 medical-non-medical employees, data was collected through a valid questionnaire and analyzed by SmartPLS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that diversity inclusion had a positive effect on performance through Java-Madura-local representation and inclusion index; leadership development has a positive effect through IDP-360 feedback of the head of space; both significantly affect digital HR planning; digital HR planning itself improves performance through predictive staffing and succession analytics. The effect of partial mediation was confirmed with the moderate category. These findings enrich the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory in the context of Banyuwangi hospitals, recommending DEI-Leadership Digital HRIS for the optimization of inclusive health human resources

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and promotion on the buying decision of Wings Care products in East Cirebon, with purchase intention as the intervening variable. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 109 Wings Care consumer respondents. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results show that brand image and purchase intention have a positive and significant effect on buying decisions, while promotion has no significant effect. Purchase intention is the most dominant variable in driving purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, thus validating the model. These findings indicate that consumers, especially millennials, are more influenced by brand image and quality perception than by short-term promotions.

Abstract

The Effect of Liquidity Ratio (CR) And Solvency Ratio (DER) on the Stock Price of Companies in the Transportation and Logistics Subsector on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (2022-2024), with Profitability Ratio (ROE) as a Mediating Variable Fitri Amanda; Acep Komara

Abstract

This study is intended to analyze the effect of Liquidity Ratio (Current Ratio) and Solvency Ratio (Debt to Equity Ratio) on Stock Price with Profitability Ratio (Return on Equity) as a mediating variable in companies in the Transportation and Logistics subsector listed on BEI. This research utilizes a quantitative approach with an associative causal type. The initial sample consisted of 60 annual observations, then after manual outlier checks, 43 observations remained suitable for processing. Secondary data were sourced from annual financial statement and closing stock prices and were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that CR exerts a positive and significant influence on both stock prices and ROE, whereas DER exhibits a positive and significant impact on stock prices but no significant influence on ROE. ROE itself does not significantly impact stock prices and therefore does not mediate the relationship between CR or DER and stock prices. Accordingly, the influence of liquidity and solvency on stock prices is direct rather than indirect through ROE. The structural model has excellent fit based on the model fit indicators, but the coefficient of determination and predictive relevance values for stock prices and ROE are relatively low, indicating that there are other factors beyond CR, DER, and ROE that affect these two variables. In general, these findings support the signaling theory that liquidity and capital structure information are stronger signals for investors than profitability information in stock price formation in Transportation and Logistics companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the success of Islamic Boarding School-based MSMEs and their impact on the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools. The research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the relationships between the independent variables—human resources, leadership, technology utilization, access to capital, and networks/partnerships—and the dependent variable, MSME success, which is further analyzed for its effect on pesantren independence. Data were collected through a survey of 472 respondents consisting of MSME actors within Islamic Boarding School environments. The analysis reveals that human resources, access to capital, and networks/partnerships significantly influence MSME success, while leadership and technology utilization show no significant impact. Furthermore, MSME success contributes positively and significantly to enhancing the economic independence of Islamic Boarding Schools. This study provides theoretical contributions by enriching the literature on the role of MSMEs in supporting the economic independence of Islamic Boarding Schools. It also offers practical recommendations for effective management strategies to improve competitiveness and institutional self-reliance.

Abstract

Based on qualitative research on the follow-up of audit findings in Bontang City, the effectiveness of the current system is evaluated through four key components. From the input perspective, the mechanism is supported by audit recommendations, the Mayor Regulation of Bontang (Perwali) No. 10/2021, and the implementation of the SIENDUT application. In terms of process, monitoring is conducted periodically through the Annual Supervision Work Plan (PKPT) and regular coordination between the Inspectorate and Regional Government Agencies (OPD). Although the quantitative output indicates a positive achievement rate of 91% as of December 2025, challenges remain, particularly in financial administration, which requires a longer completion period due to procedural and verification requirements. As feedback for future system improvement, the study reveals that follow-up completion is often limited to fulfilling administrative compliance rather than becoming an embedded organizational work culture. Technical constraints, such as differing interpretations of audit findings and suboptimal data synchronization within the SIENDUT application, are notable concerns. Strengthened leadership commitment and early involvement of OPDs in the formulation of corrective action plans are essential to ensure that the system not only achieves numerical targets but also sustainably improves the quality of organizational governance.

Abstract

The dynamics between regulatory compliance and market orientation create complexity in carbon accounting practices. This study analyzes carbon emission disclosure strategies based on GRI 305 at PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) and PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk (AADI). Using a comparative case study method on the 2024 Sustainability Reports, this research examines how differences in ownership status influence reporting patterns. The results indicate that PTBA applies strategic readability through detailed technical disclosures to fulfill regulatory legitimacy, whereas AADI adopts a green catering approach aligned with market signaling. Despite their differing approaches, both entities demonstrate a pattern of greenhushing, characterized by minimal quantitative information on downstream Scope 3 emissions. It is concluded that reporting strategies prioritize legitimacy fulfillment and market responsiveness over comprehensive value chain transparency.

Abstract

Competition among higher education institutions in Indonesia demands that educational organizations deliver superior learning experiences to maintain student retention. This study aims to analyze the influence of academic service quality, administrative support, campus facilities, and social interaction on student retention at ITB STIKOM Bali Jimbaran Campus. The research employs a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, involving 250 active students from the odd semester of 2025/2026 across four study programs. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, while qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews to strengthen empirical findings. Results indicate that all four variables significantly and positively influence student retention both partially and simultaneously, contributing 89.5 percent of the variance. Administrative support demonstrates the strongest influence, followed by academic service quality, social interaction, and campus facilities. These findings confirm that holistic customer experience, encompassing academic, administrative, facility, and social aspects, serves as a key determinant in enhancing student retention. This research contributes to the development of a customer experience model within the Indonesian higher education context and provides practical implications for higher education managers in designing comprehensive and sustainable retention strategies based on student experience.

Abstract

Employee performance is a key factor in improving the quality of public services, particularly in government institutions that face high workloads and performance targets. KPKNL Denpasar has shown an upward trend in its Organizational Performance Score over the past five years. However, it still ranks lowest compared to similar work units within the DJKN Regional Office of Bali and Nusa Tenggara environment. This condition indicates the presence of internal factors affecting employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, work stress, and job satisfaction on employee performance at KPKNL Denpasar. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method administered to all employees of KPKNL Denpasar. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that emotional intelligence and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, emotional intelligence, work stress, and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance. These findings affirm the importance of managing emotional aspects, work stress, and job satisfaction in efforts to enhance employee performance within government institutions.
