Abstract

Knowledge sharing is an important factor for an organization in generating ideas that can be used to improve innovation performance and organizational development. However, the unevenness of shared knowledge causes innovation performance in an organization to be hampered. Therefore, it is important to share knowledge to gain experience, information and ideas to improve the innovation performance of an organization. This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on innovation performance at the Class I State Prison Central Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative survey design method with sample withdrawal using simple probability sampling technique. The sample used in this study amounted to 155 employees at the Class I State Prison Central Jakarta. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed via google form. This questionnaire contains 12 statement items related to the variables studied. Data analysis techniques are carried out through the outer model and inner model, namely validity test, reliability test, r square, goodness of fit, f square, and path coefficients which are processed using SmartPLS software. The results of the outer loading, AVE, HTMT, Cronbach's alpha, and composite reliability research are declared valid and reliable. The r square test results obtained a value of 0.579 which explained that the effect of knowledge-sharing variables on innovation performance of 57.9% was stated to be moderate and the remaining 42.1% was influenced by other variables not explained in this study. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of knowledge sharing on innovation performance at the Class I State Prison in Central Jakarta.

Abstract

The impact of the marketing mix appeared to be one of the most important elements in influencing patient loyalty and satisfaction. The marketing mix consists of many variables, namely product, price, place, promotion, physical evidence, and process. Building on well-known frameworks such as the SERVQUAL model and the Theory of Planned Behaviour, this study suggests a mediating role of patient satisfaction between specific marketing mix elements and loyalty. A quantitative technique was used and data was collected from inpatients using structured questionnaires. The results show that physical evidence and process have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction and loyalty; however, the effect of product, price, place, and promotion on loyalty is direct and not mediated by satisfaction. These findings are consistent with previous literature emphasizing the role of service quality and customer experience in the healthcare setting. However, the study does not focus on any other specific methodology to identify other factors that can predict a patient's satisfaction in a hospital environment. It provides a theoretical and practical basis for future health service marketing movements.

Abstract

In the past few years, the Indonesian cryptocurrency market has experienced significant growth, reflecting the country's increasing popularity and adoption of cryptocurrencies. This study aims to identify the factors that influence consumer behavior in adopting cryptocurrency technology, utilizing the unified theory of acceptance and use of Technology (UTAUT 2) model as the theoretical framework. This study proposes the utilization of UTAUT 2 due to its robustness and enhanced explanatory capability compared to the original UTAUT model. The UTAUT 2 model is expanded by incorporating perceived risk. This study involved 248 respondents who are cryptocurrency users from the Indonesian cryptocurrency community on the Facebook and Telegram platforms. The sampling method used was purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires using online forms and Google Forms.“The data were analyzed using two methods,“descriptive statistical analysis and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).”The research findings indicate that several variables such as price value, social influence, hedonic motivation, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating conditions have a positive and significant influence on BI (Behavioral Intention).”Additionally, the perceived risk variable has a negative and significant influence on behavioral intention.

Abstract

(1) Fashion innovation continues to develop, so value for money becomes important. Fashion brands that offer high quality products at competitive prices find it easier to attract consumers and win market competition. The revised text is as follows: (2) The formulation of the research problem is to examine whether Fashion Innovativeness, Perceived Quality, Value for Money, and Word of Mouth have an influence on Brand Love and Brand Loyalty, and to analyze whether Brand Love serves as a mediating factor in the relationship between these variables and Brand Loyalty. (3) The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of Fashion Innovativeness, Perceived Quality, Value for Money, and Word of Mouth on Brand Love and Brand Loyalty, as well as to evaluate the mediating role of Brand Love in influencing Brand Loyalty. (4) This research was conducted in the city Denpasar with a total of 150 respondents, data collection was carried out through questionnaires and analyzed using SEM for mediation tests. (5) The research reveals that Fashion Innovativeness and Value for Money have limited impact on Brand Love and Brand Loyalty, with the latter showing a negative effect. Conversely, Perceived Quality significantly influences both Brand Love and Brand Loyalty, while Word of Mouth strengthens Brand Love but does not directly impact Brand Loyalty. Brand Love mediates the effects of Perceived Quality and Word of Mouth on Brand Loyalty, highlighting its importance as an emotional driver of loyalty. These findings suggest that businesses should focus on improving Perceived Quality and fostering positive Word of Mouth to build strong emotional connections with customers, ultimately enhancing Brand Loyalty. Efforts toward Fashion Innovativeness and Value for Money should align with strategies that prioritize customer perceptions of quality and satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and reduce Bone Plate product defects at PT Risa Implantama, a domestic orthopedic and traumatology implant manufacturer. Using Six Sigma methodology, this research applies the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) stages to analyze Bone Plate production data from January to December 2023. The analysis results show that the most dominant defect is in the hole diameter with a total of 114 defects. The resulting DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunities) value is 7474, with an average sigma level of 3,94. Proposed improvements include improving raw material quality control, operator training, and routine machine maintenance to improve product quality and approach the Sigma level 6 target.

Abstract

A good layout will provide efficient material flow, shorter material movement distances, and minimal material movement costs. Several techniques can be used to rearrange an inappropriate layout. One way to rearrange the layout is to use the CRAFT (Computerized Relative Allocation of Facilities Technique) method, which is a software improvement program that aims to find the optimal design by gradually improving the layout. The CRAFT method itself has been widely used to improve and develop the effectiveness of layouts in companies and agencies and optimize land use and emphasize OMH values. PT. Limmas Anugrah Plasindo is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of rolled plastic tarpaulins that always maintains product quality. Where the machines experience backtracking (land use problems) so that the distance traveled becomes far. Therefore, this study proposes a layout to reduce the distance and cost of OMH, resulting in a reduction in OMH costs of Rp. 306,622.74 from the initial total of Rp. 1,285,628.80. and a reduction in land by 272m. The implementation of the CRAFT method still refers to field conditions and agreements from the company by also considering aspects of worker comfort, storage of finished goods and others.

Abstract

To develop effective techniques for selecting subcontractors, this research set out to determine which factors should take precedence and which alternatives may be useful in terms of BCR, benefits, costs, and risks. Based on the results Project managers, control managers, procurement bureau managers, production managers, finance bureau managers, and employees/staff directly related to procurement activities (i.e., procurement staff) were randomly selected to participate in in-depth interviews and questionnaires to gather data for the study of subcontractor selection criteria in construction services. Analytical Network Process (ANP) using BCR network structure methodology is used to analyze the data in this study. Benefit, Cost, and Risk (BCR) study of the subcontractor selection process yielded the following results: control criteria. As a result, the decision-making process for choosing subcontractors shifts its focus to other technical competency factors, which might provide advantages.
