Abstract

Abstraks Seiring dengan perkembangan dan persaingan dalam era globalisasi pasar bebas seperti sekarang ini, perusahaan berlomba – lomba untuk memenangkan persaingan ini dengan memperbaiki sistem pelayanan, khususnya dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan pelanggan. PT. Antareja Prima Antaran Surabaya (PT.APAS) adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pelayanan atau pengiriman barang. Dalam bidang jasa, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan terhadap konsumen sangat penting dan dapat berpengaruh besar pada perusahaan. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, PT.APAS berupaya untuk mengetahi tingkat kualitas pelayanannya dan berupaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengiriman barang demi mencapai kepuasan pelanggan. Metode yang dipakai untuk menganalisa adalah Servqual dan QFD (Quality Function Deployment). Servqual dirasakan sangat efektif untuk menganalisa perbedaan antara persepsi dengan harapan pelanggan. Sedangkan QFD  digunakan untuk merancang perbaikan kualitas layanan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diinginkan oleh pelanggan serta kemampuan pihak manajemen PT.APAS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa atibut tertinggi tingkat pelayanannya adalah Waktu pengiriman barang tepat waktu, Variasi jenis pengiriman barang, Pemberian ganti rugi atau Money Back Guaranty (MBG) pada setiap kerusakan, Keramahan dan kesopanan pihak karyawan dalam melayani konsumen yang datang. Sedangkan tindakan teknis yang mendapat prioritas utama adalah Peningkatan metode kerja pegawai, Pelatihan karyawan, Evaluasi pekerjaan pegawai, Peningkatan pengawasan pelayanan, Penambahan armada transportasi pengiriman barang Kata Kunci : Service Quality, Quality Function Deployment, Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an efficient distribution route to produce an optimal total mileage. The research was conducted at PT. XYZ which is one of the fertilizer producers in Sidoarjo, East Java. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the company experienced a decline in demand, so it was necessary to plan distribution routes based on fleet capacity. This research is focused on NPK Blending fertilizer products due to the high interest from the market and the company's frequent production and distribution of these products. The company distributes products to 42 buffers spread across East Java. The number of buffers results in many routes that must be passed so that companies need to do careful planning to produce optimal routes. So far, the company does not have the right method for planning distribution routes. In solving this problem, the researcher uses the differential evolution algorithm method. The company has 17 distribution routes with a total mileage of 4791,2 km, while the results of data processing using the differential evolution algorithm obtained 9 distribution routes with a total distance of 3594,4 km and obtained a mileage savings of 26% so that the use of the differential evolution algorithm can provide a more optimal distribution route. from the company route.Keywords – Distribution, Differential Evolution Algorithm, Vehicle Routing Problem

Abstract

In 2022, Indonesia will host the G20 Summit with one of the goals agreed upon by G20 members is to reduce carbon emissions produced by each G20 country. Therefore, a model design was made to consider the most optimal policy to overcome this. The research uses a dynamic system model, with the process of identifying and defining problems, system conceptualization, model formulation, model simulation, verification and validation of policy analysis models, and policy implementation. The most optimum result is the imposition of a tax per carbon emission on producing sources with an effectiveness of 20%.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct risk analysis on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with a case study on XYZ MSMEs using the SWOT analysis method. Risk analysis is crucial in identifying internal and external factors that can affect business continuity. By applying the SWOT approach, this research evaluates the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by XYZ MSMEs. By identifying these factors, this research provides a holistic picture of the internal and external conditions of XYZ MSMEs and the risks that may arise. The SWOT method is used as a tool to formulate an effective risk management strategy to increase the competitiveness and resilience of XYZ MSMEs in the market. The results of this analysis can be the basis for more targeted strategic decision making and risk planning in supporting the growth of MSMEs in a dynamic business environment.

Abstract

Desa Kembangbelor merupakan salah satu Desa yang terletak di wilayah Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Sebagian masyarakat di Desa ini berprofesi sebagai petani. Salah satu komoditas yang dihasilkan yaitu ubi jalar. Sayangnya usaha untuk memasarkan produk olahan ubi jalar belum dibarengi dengan strategi pemasaran melalui internet karena kurangnya tingkat pemahaman dalam menggunakan aplikasi Facebook. Oleh karena itu kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan penggunaan Facebook sebagai media internet marketing kepada pelaku usaha produk olahan ubi jalar di Desa Kembangbelor. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei, penyuluhan dan evaluasi (obersvasi dan wawancara). Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Peserta telah mampu menggunakan fitur-fitur yang ada di facebook seperti facebook ads, marketplace, page, messenger, beranda, status, dan grup.

Abstract

PT XYZ is one of the largest fertilizer companies in Indonesia. One of the company's goals is to become a competitive producer of fertilizers and other chemical products that are in high demand among consumers. To achieve this, the company needs a marketing strategy to boost sales, compete with both domestic and international rivals, and address the fluctuations in sales volume. Therefore, the company has opted to use multiple linear regression as a reference to assess whether sales prices and international prices have an impact on sales volume. Additionally, the marketing mix, or the combination of marketing elements, will be crucial in achieving the company's objectives. In the execution of marketing activities, every company strives to establish marketing strategies and target its market. This marketing strategy revolves around the marketing mix. The research findings indicate that sales prices and international prices do not have a significant impact on sales volume, possibly due to the presence of other variables such as the company's location, product promotion, and other factors influencing the results.

Abstract

This research uses the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm to predict Persebaya Surabaya's ranking in BRI Liga 1. The data used includes goals scored, goals given away, total end-of-season points, and status as champions. The results of the analysis using Orange software show that Persebaya Surabaya does not necessarily become a champion if it has a point value of 42 and an SVM value of 41. To become a champion, Persebaya Surabaya must score 69 points or more in a season and achieve an average of more than 54 goals per season. The suggestion of this research is to have more data so that the results of data processing using Orange software are more optimal and accuracy is more precise.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the number of rejected products (products that do not meet consumer and company standards) for 220 mL cup products using the six sigma method with 5 stages (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control) which will then be given improvement recommendations using failure mode effect analyze (FMEA). After going through the calculation process, it is known that the company's Deffect Per Million Opportunity (DPMO) value is 3.67 which indicates that the percentage of production without deffects is 96.32%. There are four critical to process (CTQ) in the 220 mL cup defect and the largest is the skewed seal with a percentage of 70%. The results of calculations using risk priority number (RPN) found recommendations in the form of corrective actions in 80% of the group of causes of oblique seal deffects so that it is hoped that the company will review and make improvements to the proposal so as to reduce deffects per million opportunity (DPMO) in the 220 mL cup production unit.

Abstract

Banana Bread Shop Jombang is a micro company engaged in the food industry by producing sweet bread with various variants. However, in the production process there are still defects in the product, there by reducing the quality of the bread production. The purpose of this study was to minimize defects in Mexican chocolate bread products produced by Banana Bread Shop Jombang by conducting an analysis using the seven tools and kaizen methods in the production process. The data collection technique used was interview, observation and documentation methods during March-May 2023. The results of the analysis showed that the types of defects that occurred in Mexican chocolate bread products were non-standard forms, burnt, flat, and cut by the packaging machine. Based on the four types of disability, flat is the most dominant with a total of 2.198 pcs. The occurrence of defects in mexico chocolate bakery products is caused by 5M factors: man, methods, machines, materials, and milieu. Improvements made to minimize the occurrence of defects in Mexican chocolate bread are by implementing the kaizen method.
