Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of attractiveness, accessibility, and halal attributes on satisfaction and revisit intention at the 99 Kubah Mosque in Makassar, using the Theory of Marketing Management (TMM), Tourism Marketing Theory, and Halal Tourism Marketing Theory approaches. The results showed that attractiveness (path coefficient 0.201, p-value 0.009) and accessibility (path coefficient 0.222, p-value 0.008) have a significant influence on visitor satisfaction. Halal attributes have a stronger influence on satisfaction (path coefficient 0.351, p-value 0.000). However, accessibility and halal attributes do not have a significant effect on revisit intention. Satisfaction is proven to strengthen the influence of attractiveness on revisit intention (path coefficient 0.722, p-value 0.000). This study confirms that satisfaction is the most dominant factor in encouraging revisit intention, while attractiveness and halal attributes play an important role in increasing visitor satisfaction. Therefore, managing attractions and fulfilling halal attributes is very important in enhancing the visitor experience, which ultimately influences the intention to return.

The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on 125 employees of the Primary Tax Service Office (KPP) in Malang City, East Java, where the research sample was only devoted to employees at the North and South Malang KPP. Data analysis was carried out using the SEM-PLS method. The results showed that job demands significantly and negatively affect work engagement, while job resources and meaningful work significantly and positively affect work engagement. Among these factors, meaningful work has the strongest influence. In addition, meaningful work mediates the relationship between job demands and job resources with work engagement and moderates the relationship between job demands and work engagement. Based on the results of the study, the practical implication is that the tax office can increase employee engagement by balancing job demands, providing supporting resources, and reinforcing the sense of importance of employee contributions to society.

Abstract

The Food and Beverage (F&B) industry in Indonesia, especially in Bali, is experiencing rapid growth that contributes significantly to the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This study aims to understand the factors that influence employee performance at Makanan Minuman Korporindo, which manages three restaurants in Badung Regency, Bali. This study uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through Partial Least Squares (PLS) to analyze data from 160 employees. The results show a significant relationship between transformational leadership, compensation, career development, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Transformational leadership has a positive impact on employee job satisfaction and performance. Likewise, compensation and career development significantly affect job satisfaction. Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between these variables and employee performance and shows a strong indirect effect. This study contributes to the literature by confirming the important role of transformational leadership, adequate compensation, and career development in improving employee satisfaction and performance in the F&B sector. These findings emphasize the importance of creating a supportive work environment to maximize employee potential and organizational success.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the essential function that auditor competence and independence fulfill in enhancing the quality of internal audits. This improvement, in turn, significantly influences both organizational performance and compliance with regulatory standards. Good internal audit quality can strengthen accountability, and transparency, and foster continuous improvement within organizations. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of auditor competence and independence on the quality of internal audits, with auditor ethics as a mediating variable. The method used is quantitative, with a population of internal auditors working in 223 Banks Perekonomian Rakyat (BPR) in West Java, and a sample of 86 auditors selected through purposive sampling. The analysis of the data was conducted utilizing Smart PLS techniques to establish the relationships between the variables and to evaluate the proposed hypotheses. The results of this research demonstrate that both the competence and independence of auditors have a substantial and direct effect on the quality of internal audits. Specifically, auditor independence plays a constructive role in fostering auditor ethics, while auditor competence serves to elevate ethical standards within auditing practices. Despite this, the direct impact of auditor ethics on the quality of internal audits is negligible, indicating that auditor ethics does not function as a mediating factor in this context. These findings underscore the essential importance of auditor competence and independence in improving the overall quality of internal audits.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training on innovative work behavior with digital literacy and digital communication as mediating variables in general court employees in West Kalimantan. The research method used is a quantitative approach with probability sampling techniques and sample determination using proportional random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results showed that training had a positive and significant effect on digital literacy and digital communication. Digital literacy and digital communication also had a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. However, training did not have a direct effect on innovative work behavior. Digital literacy and digital communication were shown to fully mediate the effect of training on innovative work behavior. These findings emphasize the importance of effective training in improving digital literacy and digital communication of employees, which in turn encourages innovative work behavior in judicial institutions. Practical and theoretical implications are discussed further.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between peer-to-peer landing and inflation. Peer-to-peer lending is a means of public lending and inflation is an economic indicator that shows price changes. The method used is vector autoregressive which can explain the two-way relationship of two variables and seasonal aspects in time series data. The results of this study are that the two variables influence each other and there is an influence of the time aspect in the time series data.
