Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine differences in the allocation of capital expenditure and social assistance expenditure before and during the local elections. This study uses Wilcoxon test as non parametric test. The results show that the proportion of capital expenditure and social assistance expenditure at the time of the election is not greater than the proportion of capital expenditure and social assistance expenditure at the prior to the election. But, there is not difference the proportion of capital expenditure at the time of the election is as well as at the prior to the election.

Abstract

Islamic Boarding School is a life-oriented Islamic education institution that emphasizes the importance of having a religious attitude and good emotional intelligence in students as a form of motivation that supports good performance and brings the good name of the Islamic boarding school. This study aims to prove how the direct and indirect influence of Religiosity and Emotional Intelligence on performance with motivation as an intervening variable. The sample in this study was the member of the Student Organization of Modern Islamic Boarding School Nurul Hakim Tembung, totaling 47 people. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach using path analysis with multiple linear regression models with SPSS version 20. The results of this study found that religiosity does not affect motivation. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on motivation. Motivation does not affect performance. Indirectly Religiosity does not affect performance through motivation. Emotional intelligence indirectly does not affect performance through motivation. Religiosity, Emotional Intelligence, Motivation, Performance.

Abstract

Although covid-19 is increasingly haunting the world, it has not reduced local investors to develop service businesses and place them as a type of business that is quite developed because it is directly related to consumer satisfaction. loyal customers who have become members of Mirota Swimming Pool. Technical analysis of data using path analysis with SPPS and Amos applications as a tool to determine the significant effect of the proposed hypothesis. The results of the study prove that facilities have a direct effect on tourist satisfaction, service quality has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction, facilities have a significant effect on business excellence, service quality has a significant effect on business excellence and tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on business excellence. The hope is that local tourism business developers Mirota Ajamu Swimming Pool in coastal areas can expand their business through various promotions and advertisements to improve their image and introduce their business to outsiders. For other research, it is expected to be able to develop the phenomenon by looking for sources of relevant variables that are closely related to satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to explore the model of financial management tradition Lalabet in the village of Babbalan District Batuan Sumenep. This study is based on the fact that occurred in the community about the implementation of traditions carried out by the heirs to family members who died. Interpretative qualitative research is used and an in-depth understanding of a problem that occurs is emphasized more. Based on the results of this study, the financial management tradition Lalabet can be done based on accounting equations. The accounts contained in the accounting equation is not used in its entirety and are reported as are generally financial statements. In this case, the source of funds in carrying out Lalabet tradition is sourced from personal money, money and donations from the family, money from Muslimat, debt, and money or goods from Lalabet's proceeds. The impact is the onset of debt both short-term and long-term. While the expenditure is in the form of costs in taking care of the body, costs for tahlilan (petto'arean), pa'polo, nyatos, nyataon, nyaebu, mangaji, ngin-tangin, nyalenin mayyid, and ajege makam (kep-sekep).

Abstract

Publishing is one of the supporting components in the process of the emergence of the history of the world of print media in the world and in Indonesia in particular. In general, publishing is a business entity that bridges the ideas of an author of fiction and non-fiction books so that the publisher can publish it to the general public, both those who already know him and those who do not know him. This study aims to see the effect of products, prices, promotions and processes on the purchase of Islamic books at PT. Grafindo King. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach and used multiple regression analysis with a questionnaire instrument given to 100 respondents. The results showed that partially and simultaneously product prices, promotions and processes significantly influence the purchase of books at PT. Grafindo King. With a level of determination the value of the multiple correlation coefficient of 0.903 is positive, meaning that the influence of product, price, promotion, and process variables on purchases is very strong, or 90.3% of the dependent variable can be influenced by the independent variable, while 0.7% is influenced by other variables not

Abstract

Accuracy in choosing a location is one of the factors that determine the success of a business. Entrepreneurs always have a location close to customers in order to provide primary service to customers so that relationships can be maintained properly. The right business location is expected to meet consumer expectations in order to obtain profit, but if there is an error in choosing a business location automatically the maximum profit will not be obtained by the entrepreneur. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of choosing a business location on sales. The selection of sales locations is very influential on the sales results of traders. Place/location of business is one element of the marketing mix which is very important for the continuity of a business. This type of research includes field research, namely the new market clothing store and the old market in the Rantauprapat. This research is descriptive, because this study seeks to collect existing facts. This research focuses on efforts to reveal a problem and the situation as it is, which is examined is the technique of interviewing and documentation. While the data analysis was carried out using the data obtained in the form of descriptions, then the data were analyzed using inductive thinking. The results of the research indicate that there is a very strong relationship between the place of business and the profit. The place of business has a positive effect on the profits obtained by the trader.

Abstract

The aims of this research were to examine the effect of good corporate governance, third party funds and asset growth through profitability to the bankruptcy risk in Islamic Banking which listed in Indonesia stock exchange. The subjects of the research were Islamic Banks which listed in Indonesia stock exchange. Technique in collecting data was purposive sampling method in which it obtained three Islamic Banks. In analyzing the data, the researcher used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the research were good corporate governance had significant negative effect on profitability, third party funds had significant positive effect on profitability, and asset growth had significant positive effect on profitability. Then, good corporate governance, third party funds, and asset growth had significant negative toward the bankruptcy risk.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) is one of the non-formal education which was founded by ulama figures (kyai) as a place to gain religious knowledge. Currently, Islamic boarding schools have undergone many changes, these changes are marked by the inclusion of formal/general education in pesantren. The purpose of this study was to determine how the strategy of the entrepreneurial spirit in the Al-Khoirot Islamic boarding school environment, Malang Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative research based on the philosophy of postpositivism. The results of this study conclude that the strategy for developing an entrepreneurial spirit in the Al-Khoirot Islamic boarding school is by direct assistance by caregivers and head of the board to students who have the will to learn skills. To develop the creative economy in the Al-Khoirot Islamic boarding school environment, students are given the task of making various forms of different and interesting skills.

Abstract

This article aims to provide an example for waqf management institutions in developing the benefits of productive waqf by implementing a good waqf management strategy and following the concept and purpose of waqf. With the increasing public interest in waqf and the increasing number of waqf management institutions throughout the world and especially in Indonesia. Along with that, there has not been a desire that can be emulated by waqf management institutions in determining the management strategy of productive waqf funds to develop the benefits of productive waqf itself. This type of research is qualitative research with data collection techniques conducted by conducting interviews with nadzir waqf in PM. Darussalam Gontor. This research shows that PM. Darussalam Gontor has a unique strategy in managing productive waqf funds while still looking at the purpose of the existing waqf, more than that, many communities around the boarding school can also benefit from productive waqf in PM. Darussalam Gontor. This research is expected to be a guide in developing the benefits of productive waqf in waqf management institutions in Indonesia.

Abstract

This is a field research to highlight the issue of halal lifestyle in East Java Regional Office employees. This problem will be broken down into two basic problems, namely; firstly how is the halal lifestyle perception related to food, pharmacy and cosmetics among employees in the Ministry of Religion of East Java Province, and second how is the halal lifestyle behavior related to food, pharmacy and cosmetics to employees in the Ministry of Religion of East Java Province. Data obtained through questionnaires to respondents with purposive sampling technique. The analytical method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and linkert scale. The results of this study indicate that halal food, halal pharmacy and halal cosmetics simultaneously have a significant influence on Halal Lifestyle of East Java Regional Office of Ministry of Religion.
