Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Program Sapta Pesona terhadap Tingkat Kunjungan Objek Wisata; (2)Pengaruh Fasilitas terhadap Tingkat Kunjungan Objek Wisata, dan (3) Pengaruh Program Sapta Pesona dan Fasilitas terhadap Tingkat Kunjungan Objek Wisata T-Garden Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Sampel penelitian ini diambil secara acak (random sampling) dari seluruh pengunjung Objek Wisata T-Garden dengan jumlah 50 pengunjung. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan signifikansi 0,05. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini berupa kuesioner Program Sapta Pesona, Fasilitas Objek Wisata, dan Tingkat Kunjungan Objek Wisata. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan Program Sapta Pesona terhadap Tingkat Kunjungan Objek Wisata T-Garden Kabupaten Deli Serdang (F-hitung = 18,487; Sig. = 0,000), (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Fasilitas terhadap Tingkat Kunjungan Objek Wisata T-Garden Kabupaten Deli Serdang (F-hitung = 7,754; Sig. = 0,008), dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan Program Sapta Pesona dan Fasilitas Secara Bersama-sama terhadap Tingkat Kunjungan Objek Wisata T-Garden Kabupaten Deli Serdang (F-hitung = 9,069; Sig. = 0,000). Hasil penelitan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa penerapan Program Sapta Pesona pada objek wisata T-Garden dapat mempengaruhi keinginan berkunjung wisatawan dan membuat lama tinggal serta meningkatkan tingkat kunjugan Objek Wisata T-Garden Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Dengan adanya fasilitas objek wisata yang menarik dan sesuai dengan keinginan yang sedang diminati, akan menjadi daya tarik bagi wisatawan untuk berkunjung dan menikmati fasilitas Objek Wisata T-Garden sehingga kebutuhan pengunjung terpenuhi untuk berkunjung ke Objek Wisata T-Garden.

Abstract

Humans are the brightest creatures created by God Almighty above all other creations. Therefore there needs to be a way to make it easier to manage human resources. In managing human resources, good abilities are needed in understanding these human resources. As the formulation of the problem in this study aims to determine how the application of heart management (manajemen kalbu) and the benefits felt by the students and congregations who apply it, which is then analyzed and described the application of heart management and its benefits in their daily lives. To find out the answer to the formulation of the problem, the researcher took the object of research to the students and congregation of the Sahlul Manal Islamic Boarding School. After collecting data through the process of interviewing, observing, and then documenting, the information obtained was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques to describe the facts that were found related to this research. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the implementation of heart management at the Sahlul Manal Islamic Boarding School is to fill the heart with dhikr remembering Allah with the hope that the heart is always in a clean state. The benefits felt by the students and congregation are that they get a peaceful life, are more patient and sincere, and are afraid to commit immorality to God.

Abstract

The problems in this research are, How big is the influence of partial teacher competence through its dimensions on improving the quality of graduates at SMP Negeri Kisaran, Asahan Regency, How much influence does the teacher's work motivation partially through its dimensions have on improving the quality of graduates at SMPN, Asahan Regency and how big is the influence of teacher competence and teacher work motivation simultaneously through its dimensions on improving the quality of graduates at SMPN Asahan. The influence of teacher competence and teacher work motivation simultaneously through its dimensions on improving the quality of graduates at SMPN, Asahan. Research results: The results of the descriptive analysis of respondents showed that the respondents' responses to teacher competence were included in the good/medium category, namely 44%. Responses to work motivation are included in the good category by 38%. The response to the quality of graduates is included in the good category by 44%. Simultaneously, teacher competence and work motivation have a significant influence on the quality of graduates as evidenced by the SPSS 16.00 program, it can be seen that the calculated F value is 8.034 with sig. of 0.001 (p > 0.05). While the contribution of the variable Teacher Competence and Work Motivation to the quality of graduates is 0.327, which means the contribution of the variance provided by Teacher Competence and Work Motivation to the quality of graduates is 32.7%, while the remaining 67.3% is influenced by other variants outside the model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence planning has on teacher performance in public elementary schools throughout Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. Knowing how much influencers teachers’ performance in SD Negeri in Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. Knowing how much influence planning and organization have on teacher performance in Public Elementary Schools in Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is categorized as field research, namely research carried out in the arena or field where symptoms occur. The results of this study were planning on teacher performance of 0.245 or 24.5%. These results indicate that the planning variable has a low influence on teacher performance in public elementary schools throughout Pagar Merbau District Deli Serdang Regency by 0.245 or 24.5%. Organization of 0.712 or 71.2%. These results indicate that the organizing variable has a strong influence on teacher performance of 0.712 or 71.2%. Planning and organizing on teacher performance is 0.746 or 74.6%, which means that we can conclude from the third hypothesis that it is proven that there is a strong influence between the two independent variables on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, semua anggota masyarakat tunduk baik secara hukum formal yang diatur dalam bentuk peraturan perundang-undangan, adanya hukum adat, dan adanya hukum yang hidup dalam masyarakat (living law) atau dikenal dengan hukum adat. Dalam ilmu hukum, semua peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku disebut hukum positif (ius constitutum). Hal ini tentu berbeda-beda bentuknya dari satu negara ke negara lain, bukan negara-negara yang tergabung dalam tatanan hukum yang sama (common law). Abstract

In an institution or school, every teacher or teacher has a very important role in determining success in education. Therefore, teachers at least have pedagogic competence, professional competence, social competence and pedagogic competence. Given the importance of the role of the principal teacher as well as helping in solving problems or obstacles experienced by teachers, principals can also carry out supervision so that they know how the results of each teacher's assessment are. Supervision is a coaching activity planned to assist teachers and other school staff in carrying out their work effectively. Not only supervision, but the professional competence of teachers is no less important in helping teachers or in improving teacher performance. Professional competence itself means the ability to master the learning material broadly and deeply. In every institution certainly wants the best for the progress of the institution, principals and teachers must also have made efforts to improve performance. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the supervision of the principal and the professional competence of teachers, because both are very influential in improving teacher performance.

Abstract

Principal leadership has an important role in running educational institutions. The principal is not only a manager but also a role model for members of the organization through a good leadership model or style. This research looks for gaps in previous research that have not been researched. Apart from that, this research aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership style on teacher work effectiveness, secondly, analyze the influence of achievement motivation on teacher work effectiveness and analyze the principal's leadership style and achievement motivation on effectiveness. teacher work simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research with a survey method with a population and sample of 33 people, in selecting the sample using non-probability sampling with the census method. The data used is primary data obtained through questionnaires which were distributed and filled in directly by the respondents and it was obtained that partial and simultaneous research results showed that leadership style and achievement motivation had a positive and significant influence on teacher work effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of training and suitability between individual characteristics (person-job fit) on increasing teacher competence in the digital era using a qualitative approach. Amid the transformation of education by digital technology, it is important to understand how individual training and suitability for work demands play a role in developing teacher competency. This research method uses in-depth interviews with headmasters of experienced teachers from various backgrounds at Madrasah Aliyah. The results of this study reveal that training has a significant role in enriching teachers' knowledge, skills, and understanding of the use of technology in learning. Teachers who attended the training reported increasing their ability to face technological challenges and optimize teaching potential in the digital age. In addition, the suitability of individual characteristics with work tasks in the digital era also influences how teachers can more effectively integrate technology in education. This research indicates that a combination of training that is tailored to individual needs and the degree of suitability to job demands can positively affect teacher competence. in the digital age. These findings make an important contribution to the development of better professional development strategies to support teachers in coping with educational changes caused by technology.
