Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the marketing mix, which includes product quality, price, place, promotion, and service quality (Servqual), on repurchase intention, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at Fundemi Coffee and Eatery (FCE) Depok, with FCE customers as the study subjects. The sampling method used was probability sampling, with a total sample of 120 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The analysis method in this study employed the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of this study indicate that product quality, price, place, and service quality significantly influence repurchase intention, while promotion does not affect repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction successfully mediates the relationship between product quality, place, and service quality on repurchase intention. However, customer satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between price and promotion on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an analysis of the effect of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Transformational Leadership on employee performance in manufacturing companies in Cirebon City. POS is related to how far employees assess that the organization values employee involvement and is concerned about their welfare, while transformational leadership focuses on how leaders inspire and motivate employees to achieve optimal results. This study uses a quantitative approach through multiple linear regression analysis. Data was collected from 105 respondents through questionnaires. The results show that POS has no significant influence on employee performance, indicating the need to evaluate the form of organizational support to be more relevant to employee needs. In contrast, transformational leadership has a significant influence on employee performance, confirming the importance of the leader's role in forming an inspiring and supportive work environment. Simultaneously, these two variables contribute 58.1% to employee performance, while 41.9% is influenced by other factors. The findings provide practical implications for companies in increasing leadership effectiveness and improving organizational support strategies to improve employee performance. Further research is recommended to explore other factors, such as organizational culture and work-life balance, that may affect employee performance.

Abstract

The cattle farming industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth, with the population increasing from 14.8 million head (2014) to 18.8 million head (2023). This industry generates approximately 137.2 million tons of waste annually, yet only 30% is processed into value-added products. This research aims to design a sustainable business model for converting cattle farm waste into organic fertilizer. The study employs a qualitative approach with case studies across three scales of cattle farming operations in Bogor and Cianjur Regencies. Analysis was conducted using the Business Model Canvas (BMC), Value Chain Analysis, and PESTEL framework. Results identify four key driving factors in the cattle waste processing business: infrastructure and technology (GM=4.64-5.00), HR management (GM=4.00-5.00), procurement (GM=4.47-5.00), and inbound logistics (GM=4.47-5.00). A Central Processing Unit (CPU) model was designed with a capacity of 25 tons of cattle waste per day. Feasibility analysis indicates an investment requirement of IDR 11.5 billion, yielding a 12-month payback period, NPV of IDR 59.39 billion, and IRR of 100.3%. The model demonstrates economic sustainability through multiple revenue streams with projected annual revenue of IDR 21.24 billion, positive environmental impact through 60% emission reduction, and social contribution by creating 23-25 new jobs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of location and service quality on purchasing decisions at the Aswandi 3 kg LPG gas station in Ngabang District, Landak Regency. This study was motivated by the increasing competition among LPG distributors and the importance of the role of strategic location and quality service in attracting consumers. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research strategy, with a total sample of 100 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Data collection used interviews and questionnaires, while the analysis included validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 25. The results showed that location and service quality significantly influenced purchasing decisions. Multiple linear regression analysis shows positive coefficients for location (0.232) and service quality (0.460), which indicate a direct contribution to purchasing decisions. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.712 indicates a strong relationship between these variables, while the coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that 50.7% of purchasing decisions are explained by location and service quality. The F test confirms the simultaneous influence of these factors. The results of this study highlight the importance of strategic placement and good service in maintaining a competitive advantage in the LPG distribution market. These findings provide valuable insights for business owners to improve customer satisfaction and maintain market position amid increasing competition.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of funding decisions, dividend policies, and investment decisions on firm value, with Return on Equity (ROE) as an intervening variable in industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The industrial sector plays an important role in economic growth, but faces challenges such as falling profits and market pressures. This study uses an associative approach with secondary data collected through documentary studies from 62 industrial companies during 2021-2023. Data analysis includes classic assumption tests and path analysis. The results showed that funding decisions, dividend policy, and investment decisions have a very strong correlation with ROE. These variables, when mediated by ROE, show a stronger relationship to firm value. The F test shows that Dividend Policy, Funding Decisions, and Investment Decisions have a significant effect on ROE, while Dividend Policy, Funding Decisions, and Investment Decisions through ROE as intervening variables do not have a significant effect on the firm value variable. The t-test shows that partially, the dividend policy variable, funding decisions, have no partial effect on ROE, while investment decisions have a partial effect on ROE. Partially, the dividend policy variable, funding decisions, and investment decisions do not have a significant effect on the firm value variable through ROE. Future research is recommended to explore additional variables or use alternative analytical tools to gain more comprehensive insights.

Abstract

The homecare industry is experiencing rapid growth; however, there remains a gap in the literature concerning the application of multidimensional marketing strategies, particularly among private providers such as PT Griyakami. Most previous studies have focused on hospital-based service promotion, overlooking the tailored approaches required in homecare settings. This study aims to fill that gap by identifying and analyzing the most effective marketing strategies in the homecare industry, especially for customer acquisition and retention in digital contexts. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 30 indexed articles (2016–2024) from Google Scholar and analyzed through VOSviewer, this study reveals thematic trends in homecare marketing strategies. The findings indicate that digital-based strategies—such as social media campaigns, telemedicine integration, and online service personalization—are significantly correlated with increased brand awareness and customer conversion. Strategic collaborations with healthcare institutions and educational approaches are also shown to enhance customer trust and loyalty. Post-2020 research trends reveal a shift toward digital health innovation, highlighting the importance of adaptive, technology-driven marketing strategies. Based on these findings, this study recommends that PT Griyakami implement a data-driven, multichannel marketing strategy, including: (1) development of a digital platform integrated with HMIS and registration features; (2) partnerships with midwives and BPJS to expand outreach; (3) flexible pricing models based on patient segmentation; and (4) structured performance monitoring using KPIs and customer satisfaction surveys. These strategic recommendations provide a practical roadmap for PT Griyakami to enhance competitiveness, improve service personalization, and achieve sustainable growth in the homecare sector.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of company size and profitability on audit delay in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2020–2022. Using a quantitative approach with secondary data from financial reports and purposive sampling, the study analyzed 114 observations through multiple linear regression after classical assumption tests. Audit delay is measured by the number of days between the fiscal year-end and the audit report date; company size is proxied by the natural logarithm of total assets, and profitability by Return on Assets (ROA). The results show that company size negatively affects audit delay, where larger firms tend to complete audits faster due to better internal controls and greater public pressure, aligning with agency and signaling theories. Profitability also influences audit delay, as higher ROA is associated with shorter delays, though the ambiguous effect of low ROA suggests possible non-linear relationships. The study acknowledges limitations, such as the exclusion of control variables like audit firm size, leverage, and firm age, and highlights the contextual relevance of the COVID-19 pandemic, which may have disrupted audit timelines. These findings provide practical insights for auditors, regulators, and stakeholders on factors influencing audit timeliness.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Green Accounting and Environmental Performance on the financial performance of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. Grounded in Stakeholder Theory and the Resource-Based View, the research hypothesizes that sustainability initiatives enhance financial outcomes by meeting stakeholder demands and leveraging environmental practices as strategic assets. Using purposive sampling and multiple linear regression, the study finds that Green Accounting positively affects financial performance, reflecting the value of transparency and accountability. However, Environmental Performance, measured through PROPER ratings, shows no significant effect, possibly due to delayed reporting, low public awareness, and limited investor responsiveness to regulatory compliance alone. The study is limited by its narrow industry scope, short observation period, and unexamined external influences such as economic shocks and pandemic-related disruptions. Future research should explore broader sectors, longer timeframes, and additional variables to deepen the understanding of sustainability’s financial implications.
