Abstract

Sexual harassment is one of the most common crimes in Indonesia, this act of sexual harassment can occur in daily life regardless of time, whether at work, on the street, or at home. Sexual abuse can come from unknown people, people who have hate, even people we care about. To solve problems that often occur in some cases including cases of sexual harassment that often occur in women based on certain factors, resulting in trauma to the victims who suffer physically, sexually, and psychologically, are required quick action to reduce the number in cases of sexual abuse in the area that often occur using clustering methods so that later it is expected to help the agency in socializing so that the community is more alert while in the place. From the testing conducted using 20 sexual harassment cases data there are 3 groups, namely group 1 there are 9 data and 2 groups there are 5 data and group 3 there are 6 data and it can be known that in cluster 1 is a group in the case data on sexual harassment based on the factors that are many causes with a total of 9 data and located in the age group (X) is 12-16 years, and for the group Sexual Harassment (Y) namely Physical Harassment and causing factor (Z) that is a lot due to individual factors.

Abstract

Abstract Databases stored on storage media are rarely used by most of their users and even within a certain period of time the data is deleted because it is considered trash and only fills up the storage media. This assumption is not entirely true, because in fact a large database can provide the information needed for various interests, both for business interests in making decisions and for science and research. The development of information and communication technology in this era often called the millennial, information and communication technology is also increasingly advanced and developing and cannot be avoided. Where the development and progress of information and communication technology is growing very rapidly, such as the need for data processing which is increasing every day and if left alone, the data will be useless. By using the Text Mining technique, the classification method, a sentiment will be known to be positive, neutral or negative. One of the algorithms widely used in sentiment analysis is the Naïve Bayes classification method. This study uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) method with tf-idf weighting accompanied by the addition of an emotion icon conversion feature (emoticon) to determine the existing sentiment class from tweets about Agu Ate Store. The results of the study show that the Naïve Bayes method without additional features is able to classify sentiment with an accuracy value of 96.44%, while if the tf-idf weighting feature is added along with the emotion icon conversion, the accuracy value can be increased to 98%.

Abstract

The newest renewable energy source in the world and one of the most reasonably priced is solar energy. Because solar energy has so many benefits all year round, it can be a cost-effective energy source when used, especially since it is so abundant globally. to produce electricity by converting sun energy. The equator-based nation of Indonesia boasts an abundance of solar energy resources, with an average daily solar radiation intensity of about 4.8 kwh/m2. However, there is an abundance of solar-based energy sources that can be utilized. Especially in Lolo Wano Village, where the intensity of solar radiation is quite high, it is an option to develop a Solar Power Plant (PLTS) as a solution to electrical energy needs. In order to specifically identify the class of unknown object labels, classification techniques are employed since they are able to identify models that distinguish between different data classes or data ideas. In the meantime, the Naïve Bayes algorithm takes into account multiple factors that will influence a decision's final result in order to forecast future opportunities based on data that has already been collected. The information utilized comes from observations made by the LOLO WANO VILLAGE PLTS Community (PLTS). The data gathered from the satisfaction survey will be divided into two categories: training data and testing data. The testing data's accuracy will be evaluated using the output of the training data model. The classification findings demonstrate that, with the maximum level of accuracy at 87.50%, the Naïve Bayes algorithm is appropriate for gauging student satisfaction with online learning.

Abstract

Village monies are sourced from the State Budget (APBN) and are allocated in accordance with Law Number 6 of 2016 for the purposes of development, coaching, social activities, and community empowerment. The existence of village finances is necessary to support all sources of revenue for the village, and as the government's revenue grows, so too must the village's public service infrastructure. As a result, the sentiment analysis of village officials will be done in this study. The analysis will include the classification of community sentiment using the Naive Bayes technique. To assess each method's accuracy, two will be contrasted. The village administration, as the highest social institution in the community, is crucial in establishing norms, distributing funds, and creating a help-related socialization process. Furthermore, some Pada Eweta village inhabitants may not receive help, which may cause social rivalry amongst locals. Sentiment categorization will be used to classify responses as positive or negative. Based on feedback from visitors, this study seeks to evaluate the validity of the two approaches put to the test and provide insight into the level of service provided by village officials. The accuracy of both methods will be verified by evaluating the outcomes with the RapidMiner tool.

Abstract

The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can be applied to various aspects to facilitate human work which was originally done manually to become a computerized system. One example is in the field of administrative services in various agencies, schools are one example of agencies that still use manual administration systems. Currently schools record and manage. Payment and expenditure data are processed through computers, however basic data management tools like Microsoft Office Excel are still used and not fully integrated. problems are frequently faced, such as data inaccuracies, errors in capturing data, challenges in finding data owing to time constraints, and loss or damage to data resulting from storage, so making the process less effective and efficient.The software used to build this system is a MySQL database, PHP programming language, HTTP Server namely AppServ Version 2.5.5, Web Browser namely Internet Explorer and Macromedia Dreamweawer editor. Abstract

For students, Dasar Elementary School offers a formal education pathway. Mengubah pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran is quite important in the learning process. Perlu dicapainya, siswa atau didik adalah fungsi dari adanya seorang pendidik.This is due to the fact that in the process of teaching mathematics, understanding concepts is a foundation that is extremely important for making decisions on the solution of mathematical problems as well as daily problems. Due to a few factors that make it difficult for students to understand math lessons, they find it difficult to understand or even understand them at all. To achieve the maximum learning outcomes, education must be provided by qualified teachers. One of the most important educational resources for achieving the highest learning outcomes is a teacher. A teacher is one of the most important educational resources; learning will be more enjoyable if the teacher can implement a flexible learning model. In addition, teachers are expected to be constantly creative in their approach to teaching. Due to this, a system is required to determine the student's level of proficiency in comparison to the advanced learning environment in order to assess student learning. The collected data from the survey will be divided into two categories: training data and testing data. The model's training data results will be used to assess the accuracy of the data testing. The classification results indicate that the Naïve Bayes algorithm is a good choice for reducing student anxiety levels in foreign language learning, with a remarkably high accuracy rate of 95.24%.

Abstract

The issue of illegal parking in various urban areas often causes traffic congestion, disorder, and economic losses for official parking operators. One of the main causes of this phenomenon is the weakness of parking management systems and the lack of effective supervision. To address this issue, this research designs and develops an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)-based parking payment system as a solution. Traditional parking payment systems, which often still rely on cash payments, also frequently cause problems such as transaction delays, difficulties in providing change, and dependence on small denominations. These issues can lead to inconvenience for parking users and increase the risk of errors in the payment process. To address these problems, this research designs and builds an RFID-based parking payment system. This research uses the Prototype Method, which is a software development method focusing on the creation of an initial version of the system to be developed, ensuring that the resulting solution can work well, meet user needs, and be successfully implemented in a real-world environment. Based on the research findings, the RFID parking payment tool functions well. The results show that the RFID-based parking payment system is an effective solution for improving efficiency in parking payments.

Abstract

The quality of welfare is an important indicator in assessing the social and economic development of a region, including in East Java, which has the second largest population in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the quality of welfare in East Java in 2023, focusing on variables such as average food and non-food expenditure, the number of poor people, average years of schooling, life expectancy, and open unemployment rate. Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics shows that the percentage of poor people reached 10.35% and the open unemployment rate was 4.33%. The factor analysis method was used to identify the relationship between these variables and ensure the assumption of multivariate normality before the analysis was conducted. The results of the data characteristics analysis showed that all quality of life factors had asymmetrical distributions, with medians that were not centered, and outliers in the food and non-food expenditure data. Testing the assumptions of factor analysis indicated that the data met the requirements of multivariate normal distribution, dependence, and adequacy for further analysis. From the factor analysis, two new significant components were found, namely social and economic education and population and education. These findings provide important insights into the main dimensions affecting people's welfare in East Java, which can form the basis for the development of more effective socioeconomic policies.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the laboratory administration application system used at Dharmais Cancer Hospital. The research focuses on evaluating the system’s functionality, performance, and integration with other hospital systems to assess its effectiveness in supporting laboratory administrative operations. The research method employed a quantitative survey using a questionnaire that measured five key dimensions of service quality: Tangibles (physical appearance and facilities), Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy (sensitivity to user needs) The findings indicate that the system’s functionality is categorized as "Good," with an average score of 76.8%, suggesting that the physical infrastructure effectively supports administrative processes. In terms of performance, the system scored well in responsiveness and reliability, achieving scores of 76% and 76.2%, respectively. However, improvements are needed to enhance system stability to ensure more consistent service delivery. The integration of the laboratory system with other hospital systems was also positively rated, with the highest score of 78.2% in the empathy dimension, indicating adequate flexibility in supporting various functions and coordination between departments.In conclusion, the laboratory administration application system at Dharmais Cancer Hospital is effective in supporting laboratory operations and services, though there is room for improvement, particularly in reliability and data integration aspects. The recommended improvements include enhancing system stability and strengthening integration capabilities to support better service efficiency.

Abstract

In the digital era, the use of information technology in schools is essential to support more effective teaching and learning activities. SMP Negeri 16 Jakarta has implemented a digital-based library information system to replace manual methods. This system was evaluated using the PIECES method, covering six main aspects: Performance, Information Quality, Cost Efficiency, Security Control, Resource Efficiency, and Service Quality. The evaluation results showed that each aspect achieved good ratings, with average system performance at 34.6%, information quality at 39.9%, cost efficiency at 32.5%, security control at 37.7%, resource efficiency at 34.6%, and service quality at 33.8%. This evaluation indicates that the library information system at SMP Negeri 16 Jakarta is functioning effectively and efficiently. However, regular evaluations and system enhancements are necessary to ensure that the system continues to meet the library’s and users’ needs in the future.
