Abstract

As an effort to increase capacity in the mining sector, especially to create qualified geologists to estimate mineral and coal resources, an active role is needed from all parties to provide good quality training for geologists. This research uses grounded theory. Five resource persons who are geologists with different levels of work experience, namely junior geologists, middle level geologists and senior geologists, conducted very in-depth interviews regarding the needs of geologists and mining training. . For the question what a factors for geologists in choosing a training vendor The research found 13 codings, then from these 13 codings there were several codings that were similar to each other, which we then grouped into axial coding which formed 7 categories, and from these 7 categories formed 4 themes because they were close (selective coding), and the high frequency is quality. For the question What training topics are needed by geologists the research found 11 coding , then from these 11 codings there were several codings that were similar to each other, which we then grouped into axial coding which formed 5 categories, and from these 5 categories formed 3 themes because they were close (selective coding),

Abstract

Learning a foreign language is not an easy matter, because this language is not the native language that we usually use in everyday life. Therefore, we need to understand that language is actually a habit which of course must be practiced frequently to be able to do it. The purpose of making this article is to find out about market research articles on products that the author has made regarding the Arabic Smart Book which is a new breakthrough as a learning medium. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive research method. The results obtained from the market research that the author has carried out are that most educators are attracted to the product that the author has created.

Abstract

Kajian ini menyoroti peran penting media sosial, khususnya Facebook, dalam kehidupan sehari-hari umat Islam dan tantangan etika serta keadilan yang timbul seiring dengan kemunculannya. Dalam konteks ini, pemahaman mendalam terhadap pandangan hukum Islam terhadap konten digital menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pandangan hukum Islam terhadap konten di platform Facebook, dengan penekanan pada batasan etika dan pencapaian keuntungan ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif, melibatkan pendekatan deskriptif dan analisis teks untuk mengidentifikasi prinsip-prinsip etika Islam yang relevan dalam konteks konten Facebook. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandangan hukum Islam menekankan pentingnya memahami batasan etika dan pencapaian keuntungan ekonomi dalam konteks digital. Prinsip-prinsip seperti kejujuran, keadilan, privasi, dan kesopanan menjadi fokus utama dalam penilaian konten. Konten yang bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai tersebut dianggap tidak sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Selain itu, pentingnya harmonisasi antara nilai-nilai etika Islam dan pencapaian keuntungan ekonomi dalam penggunaan konten Facebook juga dipertegas. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pemahaman terhadap pandangan hukum Islam terhadap konten Facebook menjadi landasan bagi praktik yang lebih bertanggung jawab dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip agama Islam. Pentingnya menghormati privasi individu, mengendalikan diri dalam berbicara dan berinteraksi, serta memilih konten yang memberikan manfaat dan mempromosikan nilai-nilai kebaikan merupakan prinsip-prinsip yang harus dijunjung tinggi dalam praktik pembuatan konten online, sejalan dengan prinsip fiqh dalam bidang mu'amalah yang menyatakan bahwa segala sesuatu dianggap boleh sampai ada dalil yang jelas yang mengharamkannya.

Abstract

The Central Bank has a vital and strategic role for society and economic development. The most basic thing is the role of the central bank in printing and circulating money. With this role, the central bank has the goal and responsibility to achieve and maintain the stability of the value of the currency in circulation and to support the achievement of this goal, the central bank needs to have central bank independence. Independence is an important factor in achieving the central bank's ultimate goal, namely achieving stability in the value of money. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection, namely observation. The issues that will be discussed in this article are related to Central Bank Management in managing a country's economy and its relationship with the economy in Indonesia. The parameters used to measure the quality of independence of central bank management can refer to: first, the authority and relationship of the central bank with the government, second, the importance of independence, accountability and transparency of the central bank and third, the organization of Indonesian banks. The conclusion that can be drawn is to reorganize the management and independence of Bank Indonesia because the Indonesian banking institution is an institution that plays an important role in the monetary sector.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam pemberian pembiayaan perbankan Syariah bagi nasabah ialah terpenuhinya keperluannya dalam peningkatan usaha ataupun konsumtif, seperti produk Mitraguna berkah dengan akad Murabahah. PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pamekasan Jokotole menyediakan fasilitas layanan pembiayaan bagi yang bekerja sama dengan Bank Syariah Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Akad Murabahah Pada Produk BSI Mitraguna Berkah di BSI KCP Pamekasan Jokotole. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data berasal dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Implementasi akad Murabahah pada Produk BSI Mitraguna Berkah di Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pamekasan Jokotole Perspektif Fatwa DSN MUI yaitu dapat dilihat dari pelaksanaan akad Murabahah bil Wakalah, penentuan akad Murabahah, pengambilan uang muka, penentuan harga barang dan margin, dan penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah pada Produk BSI Mitraguna Berkah di Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pamekasan Jokotole sudah sesuai dengan fatwa DSN MUI No 04/2000.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of organizational culture and work environment on the employees performance. The data used in this research was obtained from employees of Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Bina Mandiri Bogor. Quantitative research method used in this research, survey held by questionnaires to 35 employees at Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Bina Mandri Bogor. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the relationship between independent variables, namely organizational culture and work environment, with the dependent variable, namely employee performance. The sample in this study consisted of 35 respondents. The work environment variable . For the Work Environment variable Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Bina Mandiri Bogor. Based on research results with F test results with a value of 148,769 > 3,295, it shows that there is a simultaneous influence with positive and significant results between the variables Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Environment (X2) on the Performance (Y) of Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Bina Mandiri Bogor.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what leadership styles are applied by multinational companies in the era of globalization. This research method is a systematic literature review, the journal data source was taken from the ScienceDirect and Emerald Insight websites of 12 journals. The research results show that the application of leadership styles in multinational companies, several previous journal studies provide the argument that many companies use or apply a transformational leadership style that always strives to improve the development of the organization globally. Abstract

This research method uses a qualitative method with a systematic literature review which collects several references from books, journals and previous research to complete this article. The results of this research are that Bank Indonesia plays an important role as a regulator and regulator of the payment system in Indonesia. This involves monitoring transactions so they run safely and avoid fraud. Bank Indonesia also regulates and supervises infrastructure such as ATM networks, debit cards and internet banking. Additionally, they also provide permissions for institutions that wish to participate in the payment system. Bank Indonesia's policies in the Indonesian Payment System Vision and Indonesian Payment System Blueprint 2025 are expected to provide clear direction in utilizing digitalization and maintaining financial system stability. A digital payment system includes money transfer applications, network infrastructure, and regulations governing use of the system. Digital payments also make it possible to purchase goods or services via the internet. Several digital payment applications in Indonesia include Ovo, Dana, Go-Pay, and Qris.

Abstract

Bank Indonesia also requires efficient, fast, secure and reliable payment system support. That is the target of its implementation, the task of organizing and maintaining a smooth payment system. In implementing such tasks, Bank Indonesia must play an active role in payment system development. This study aims to determine the challenges and opportunities of non-cash policy through the QRIS application. In this study, the author used the research method of literature study. The results of this study show that some of the challenges and opportunities faced in the cashless policy through QRIS application in Indonesia are unstable technology infrastructure and instability of technology infrastructure can hinder the adoption and use of QRIS, especially in rural areas.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze empirically the influence of work motivation and human resource development on work productivity among employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia in the Palembang Area. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire data collection method using a Likert scale. The population in this study were employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Palembang Area. The sample was 57 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The data obtained was analyzed using the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique via SmartPLS Software and the SPSS 25 application. Where it was partially processed using the PLS analysis technique while simultaneously it was processed using the SPSS 25 application. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: (1) Work motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, (2) Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, (3) Simultaneously (overall) work motivation and resource development humans have a positive and significant effect on work productivity.
