Abstract

e capital market has a fairly strong role in increasing economic stability in a country, because the capital market is used as a means of business funding and as a means for the public to invest. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of Return on Investment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Market Value Added (MVA) on Stock Returns in Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (IDX). This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period, namely 44 companies. Sampling using purposive sampling method, and obtained a sample of 12 companies. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of documentation studies and literature studies. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show: partially Return on Investment (ROI) and Market Value Added (MVA) have a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns, Earning Per Share (EPS) has no effect on Stock Returns, and Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a negative and significant to Stock Return. Meanwhile, simultaneously Return on Investment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Market Value Added (MVA) have no effect on Stock Returns.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of organizational culture and work environment on the employees performance. The data used in this research was obtained from employees of Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Bina Mandiri Bogor. Quantitative research method used in this research, survey held by questionnaires to 35 employees at Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Bina Mandri Bogor. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the relationship between independent variables, namely organizational culture and work environment, with the dependent variable, namely employee performance. The sample in this study consisted of 35 respondents. The work environment variable . For the Work Environment variable Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Bina Mandiri Bogor. Based on research results with F test results with a value of 148,769 > 3,295, it shows that there is a simultaneous influence with positive and significant results between the variables Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Environment (X2) on the Performance (Y) of Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Bina Mandiri Bogor.

Abstract

Employee performance at the company is not fully optimal due to the lack of work motivation and work discipline at CV Mitra Tani Farm. This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance, with a total population and sample taken of 48 respondents at CV Mitra Tani Farm. The method used is research instruments such as statements distributed to employees which are processed using the SPSS version 26 application. Work motivation and work discipline variables on employee performance using multiple regression analysis methods, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t tests, f tests and coefficients. determination. The results of this research show that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work motivation and work discipline variables simultaneously have an effect on employeeperformance at CV Mitra Tani Farm.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Layanan Drive Thru McDonald’s Semplak, Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei menggunakan data primer yang didapat dari hasil penyebaran kuisioner kepada 100 orang pengunjung Mcdonald’s Semplak, Bogor. Prosedur penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience simple random sampling. Hasil analisis penelitian menggunakan SPSS versi 20 dengan hasil analisis sebagai berikut Y = 9.576 + 0.405 X1 + 0.340 X2. Ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Didukung dengan kofesien determinasi sebesar 0.732. Nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (55.918 > 3.09) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variable kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Layanan Drive Thru McDonald’s Semplak, Bogor.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Bogor. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Bogor. This research is quantitative. The sample population in this research is all 58 employees. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to all employees, then the data is processed using the Smartpls 4.0 application with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) Analysis method. The results obtained from the influence of leadership on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.266, T statistics 2.446 > 1.96 and P-values 0.007 < 0.05 mean that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership on employee performance. The results obtained from the influence of work motivation on employee performance with original sample results of 0.678, T statistics 6.609 > 1.96 and P-values 0.000 < 0.05 mean that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and employee performance. The results obtained from the influence of leadership on work motivation with an original sample value of 0.869, T statistics 16.878 and P-values 0.000 < 0.05 means that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership and work motivation. The results obtained from the influence of leadership on employee performance through work motivation with an original sample value of 0.589, T statistics 5,793 > 1.96 and P-values 0.000 < 0.05 mean that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership on employee performance through work motivation.

Abstract

It is important for medium-sized franchise to compete with another larger franchise in order to survive and develop. This paper describes the study on the process realization of competitiveness, which is derived from imitation to innovation strategy changes. This changes is indicated by the company’s focus on low cost, and marketing products that has focused on the medium consumers segmentation. The results of this research was conduct through in- depth interviews to the franchisees and surveys to the costumers, it was found that the innovation can attract costumers and differentiate Edam Burger from other companies. In addition, by focusing on low cost and specific market segments, making the company have competitiveness againts other competitors.

Abstract

Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) akan membentuk ASEAN menjadi pasar dan basis dari produksi tunggal yang dapat membuat ASEAN terlihat dinamis dan dapat bersaing dengan adanya mekanisme dan langkah-langkah dalam memperkuat pelaksanaan baru yang berinisiatif ekonomi; mempercepat perpaduan regional yang ada disektor-sektor prioritas; memberikan fasilitas terhadap gerakan bisnis, tenaga kerja memiliki bakat dan terampil; dapat memperkuat kelembagaan mekanisme di ASEAN. Untuk dapat bersaing dengan negara ASEAN lainnya, Indonesia harus dapat mempersiapkan generasi muda, salah satunya mahasiswa agar setelah lulus dapat memberikan kontribusi terbaik bagi negara. Berdasarkan tujuan tersebut perlu diketahui terlebih dulu seberapa jauh pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai topik MEA beserta dampaknya.

Abstract

Persepsi konsumen melalui informasi iklan TV Meikarta dapat diarahkan melalui media yang menjadi isi iklan yang berkonten menarik. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan deskriptif yang merupakan proses gabungan antara pendekatan kualitatif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian deskriptif dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan fakta-fakta mengenai populasi secara sistematis dan akurat .Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan Televisi Meikarta pada persepsi konsumen. Teknik penggumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS 18.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Usaha Kecil Mikro dan Menengah (UMKM) Ruby yang bergerak dibidang usaha industri pakaian jadi. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan UMKM Ruby sebanyak 70 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan alat analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan software SmartPLS4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana hasil pengujian hipotesis budaya organisasi menunjukan nilai t hitung sebesar 0.794 dengan taraf signifikansi (P Value) 0.430, yaitu lebih besar dari 0.05, yang berarti bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini variabel budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan pada UMKM Ruby dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar variabel budaya organisasi seperti variabel kedisiplinan kerja, variabel lingkungan kerja, variabel motivasi kerja, dan lain sebagainya. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hasil pengujian hipotesis motivasi kerja menunjukan nilai t hitung sebesar 3.733 dengan taraf signifikansi (P Value) 0.000, yaitu lebih kecil dari 0.05, yang berarti bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan antara budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, terlihat bahwa P Value lebih kecil dari 0.05. Hal ini berarti bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini variabel budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan kata lain, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhgadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to analyze employee performance management strategies using the Balance Scorecard approach in a tire company. In this study, a qualitative descriptive method was used with primary and secondary data collection techniques. Research Methodology: Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. There were five informants in this study: Human Resource Plant Manager, People and Development Manager, Human Resource Business Partner, Labor Trainer, and Labor Trainer. Data processing was performed using the NVivo software application and source triangulation. Results: This research shows that tyre corporations that implement Balance Scorecard have succeeded in making cost improvements in their operational activities. Apart from that, innovates from a learning and growth perspective by conducting an e-learning program utilizing digital-based technology to increase the competence of its employees. The interview results show that the application of the Balance Scorecard in managing employee performance at tyre corporations using a financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, and learning and growth perspective is going very well, and by using the Balance Scorecard, success can be achieved. Cascading strategies in the area of ??human resource management have been proven to contribute to reducing human resource costs. Conclusions: The achievement indicators of the company's performance in the short term are connected to each other to achieve the predetermined vision, mission, and strategy. Limitations: The use of in-depth interviews in data collection resulted in a very limited number of informants in this study. Contribution: The use of a balance score card in employee performance analysis can help management map out strategic targets for achieving employee performance. Novelty: By cascading the company's strategy and specializing in the human resources department, it shows something new to the implementation of a balanced scorecard.
