Abstract

CV. Dalijo Ulam Upadi feels that he has not reached the sales volume according to the target, which is affecting the company's income. Apart from that, product quality is often less than optimal in processing because the raw materials the company receives are sometimes not good or only a small amount. so the fear of producers is that it can make livestock less healthy when consumed so that it can make livestock less healthy, this most often happens because the raw material for making fertilizer is made from pure fish, this causes a decrease in production due to a lack of fish supply to the company, this can also causing the company to suffer losses or lose consumers so that consumers look for animal feed from other competitors. The aim of this research is to find out what factors influence the quality of animal feed products at CV. Dalijo Ulam Upadi in Muara Badak. This research uses a quantitative approach, the sample used is all CV employees. Dalijo Ulam Upadi in Muara Badak, numbering 27 people. Then the data uses the factor analysis method. The results of this research are based on the calculations obtained where the results of the calculations obtained as a whole are declared to have met the requirements, meaning that the first hypothesis proposed is that there are marketing performance factors on the quality of animal feed products at CV. Dalijo Ulam Upadi was accepted because it was proven to be true. The second hypothesis proposed was that the factor that the proposed hypothesis is accepted because it is proven to be true.

Abstract

Observations show that the division of work still overlaps or is uneven between one employee and another, the workload given is sometimes very heavy to carry out because it does not match the abilities of the employee concerned, leaders are less able to provide clear and directed guidance, leaders are also sometimes unfair to employees. which often puts some employees on a pedestal, causing jealousy among other employees. There are also employees who complain that the work facilities available at this company are still lacking. It should be PT. Harmoni Panca Utama must be able to pay close attention to the current conditions of problems in the company, to find solutions. If there is no further treatment, this will affect employee work productivity so that their daily activities will be disrupted. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of division of work and leadership on job satisfaction at PT. Harmoni Panca Utama in Tenggarong opposite. The sample in this study consisted of 32 respondents. The analytical tools used to analyze are multiple regression and hypothesis testing using the f and uii t tests. The research results show that together the division of work and leadership have a significant influence on job satisfaction at PT. Panca Utama in Tenggarong Seberang and each of these variables also has a significant influence.

Abstract

The birth of several small businesses as well as large businesses in the Muara Badak District, especially in the field of transportation services, has provided evidence that economic development in the Muara Badak District is increasingly advanced. The evidence can be seen with the variety of types of businesses that began to develop, one of which is the Public Docksin Muara Badak, which is one of the crossing businesses with a tariff of Rp. 2,000 per person at Pangempang Road Rt 05. No 28. Muara Badak Distric. The main objective of this study is to find out and assess the financial performance of Orange Pier which is reviewed using profitability ratios in 2017 and 2018. The analytical tool used in this study is a financial ratio analysis tool as a basis for measuring profitability ratios for analysis results. Profit Margin is the company's ability to generate profits compared to sales achieved. From the results of the calculation of profit margins in 2017 showed 57.37% and 2018 showed 62.88% of the difference in increase achieved 5.51% from 2017. Turnover of Operating assets shows the company's ability with all the capital in it to generate profits. This ratio is calculated by comparing earnings before interest and taxes with total assets. This ratio is used to measure the ability to generate net income based on the level of assets. From the results of calculations in 2017 showed 71.02% and 2018 showed 75.30% difference experienced an increase in 2018 was 4.28%. Return On Investment (ROI) is used to determine the effectiveness of the company in utilizing funds from the company. From the calculation results obtained ROI increased in 2018 by 6.60% from the results of 2017 showing 40.74 and 2018 showing 47.34%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the component variables of the company's image including store location, product, price, customer service and physical facilities have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Bengkel Berkah Motor in Tenggarong. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method, with a focus on assessing Store Image and purchasing decisions. The data used are data from the distribution of questionnaires that are considered relevant. Based on these data, the indicators of the research variables were calculated using analytical tools according to theoretical principles. The data collection technique in this study was carried out randomly to obtain a sample from the population in question, in order to obtain good data, it was selected using the questionnaire and documentation method. This research will be carried out for 1 (one) month (30 days) estimated in July 2020 who will come to the Berkah Motor Workshop as many as 97 consumers. To determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was used. From the results of the study, the results obtained in this study are that the variables of Store Image Components including Store Location, Product, Price, Customer Service and Physical Facilities Have an Influence on Purchase Decisions at the Berkah Motor Workshop in Tenggarong

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, service quality and price on purchasing decisions at KFC fast food restaurants in Tenggarong. This type of research used in this research is expalanatory with a quantitative approach. The number of population in this study obtained an average of 486 buyers per day. So the researchers used sampling using the Slovin formula with a = 10%, the sample obtained was 83 respondents. The method used in sampling is non-propability sampling with the type of accidental sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire using multiple linear regression analysis tools using SPSS version 22 software. The multiple linear regression equation obtained in this study is Y = 0.772 + 0.154X1 + 0.147X2 + 0.627X3. The results of this study are the brand image, service quality, and price either simultaneously or together or partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at KFC fast food restaurants in Tenggarong. The price variable is the variable that has the most influence on purchasing decisions, seen from the t test results, the price variable has a t count of 7.377, which is greater than the other two variables. The resulting R square value is 0.695, this means that 69.5% of purchasing decisions are influenced by the variables of brand image, service quality and price, while the rest (100% - 69.5% = 30.5%) is influenced by other variables such as promotion and product quality.

Abstract

Currently, in the Muara Badak sub-district, many people have built swallow nests. This area is suitable for swallow cultivation because of its location close to the beach, nature that is still free from pollution, and close to forests that are still wide open. The high selling price and large capital make it difficult for wallet farmers who are already cultivating or prospective new Sawang wallet farmers to make a decision to invest. Ironically, many end up stopping their business in the middle of the road because they are considered a failure. Therefore, it is necessary to do a business feasibility analysis before starting a business. Sampling was carried out purposively, namely Mr. Nassaruddin's Wallet Nest Business with the consideration that it had been in operation for the last twelve years until 2023 and had a three-level wallet bird's nest building by calculating the NPV, Net B/C, IRR, and PP values. The results of this study are that the yields obtained can reach tens of millions of rupiah, In the financial feasibility analysis based on investment criteria with a factor discount of 10%, it can be produced as follows: NPV value > 0, which is IDR 580,147,000.00, Net B/C value > 1, which is 5.12, IRR value > i, which is 29.21%, and PP value is 6.758 years. These results indicate that Pak Nassarudin's Swallow's Nest Business is feasible to implement or continue.

Abstract

The achievement of improving an employee's performance can be seen from each completion of work carried out. If an employee is able to complete all assigned tasks well, accompanied by a good attitude, such as a good level of absenteeism, then the employee is considered to have maximum performance. In the last three years, PT. Sawit Kaltim Lestari declined but production realization remained almost perfect. There are many factors that can influence employee performance, especially for employees who work in the production department. One of them is the guarantee of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) levels provided by the company to employees, a supportive work environment, and employee motivation. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Work Environment and Motivation. The sample in this study was 66 respondents. The data was then analyzed using the multiple regression method. The results of the research show that Occupational Health and Safety (K) has a partial positive and significant effect, the work environment has a partial positive and significant effect, motivation has a partial positive and significant effect, and Occupational Health and Safety, Work Environment, and Motivation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of PT. Sawit Kaltim Lestari.

Abstract

Nowadays, the technological development at business have led to the emergence of products with various new brands. This increases the level of competition between similar businesses, so that consumers are faced with many forms of choice of product types, and consumers are free to determine the product of their choice. This situation forces consumers to be more picky in choosing products, so companies need to think about the best marketing strategy so that consumers can be satisfied with the products and services provided. And one of the competitions is in the motorcycle segment. This study aims to analyze how the differences in product differentiation and brand image on Honda PCX and Yamaha Nmax motorcycles. This research is quantitative research and the collection technique is purposive sampling using each respondent as many as 100 respondents using Honda PCX and Yamaha PCX the research instrument is a questionnaire that is analyzed using the Mann Whitney different test. Based on the research results obtained, it is known that there are no significant differences in product and brand image between Honda PCX and Yamaha PCX motorcycles on Kembang Janggut.

Abstract

Warung Bakso Bandung as one of the sales businesses, one of the things that need to be considered is the level of customer satisfaction, this concerns service to customers who come to make purchases and prices that can influence consumers to make purchases. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service variables, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction at Warung Bakso Bandung in Tenggarong. To determine the effect of partial and significant service variables on customer satisfaction at Warung Bakso Bandung in Tenggarong. To determine the effect of product quality has a partial and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Warung Bakso Bandung in Tenggarong. To determine the effect of price variables partially affecting customer satisfaction at Warung Bakso Bandung in Tenggarong. The results of the research obtained are the results of the calculation of test F (simultaneous correlation / together), it can be said that the variables of service (X1), product quality (X2) and price (X3) together (simultaneously) are able to show their influence on customer satisfaction. Service variables have a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Product quality variables have a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Price variables have a positive influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is qualitative research and the sampling technique is purposive sampling using 10 respondents each. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers on Mr. Supiyani's Tilapia Fish Cultivation business, namely (1) Mr. Supiyani's Tilapia Cultivation Business in 2021 earned a profit of IDR. 54,690,000,- and in 2022 will get a profit of Rp. 63,747,000,- this profit has increased by Rp. 9,057,000,- (2) The source of working capital for Mr. Supiyani's Tilapia Cultivation business in 2021 and 2022 is capital of IDR. 7,264,000,- Plus depreciation of Rp. 100,000,- so the total is Rp. 7,364,000,- (3) The use of working capital in Mr. Supiyani's Tilapia Cultivation business is to purchase equipment amounting to Rp. 550,000,- (4) The increase in working capital for Mr. Supiyani's Tilapia Cultivation business is IDR. 6,814,000,-. To test the analytical tools used, it is necessary to present financial report data. Specifically, the financial data collected by researchers was only through interviews with owners without any recorded evidence because the business owners did not have complete financial reports in the form of profit and loss and balance sheets.
