Abstract

The influence of product quality and the price of second-import clothing on consumer satisfaction at a brandsek store in the natural gas village of Muara Badak. Clothing is a primary human need that has benefits other than food, drink, shelter and so on where clothing can provide comfort, appropriateness, and security to cover the body in everyday life. However, with the development of the times, clothing can be used as a symbol of status, position, or position for the wearer. Everyone has a lifestyle that is characteristic of each, this lifestyle is a factor in choosing a product, the product chosen must be in accordance with consumer tastes and must also be of quality and have a nominal price match with financial capabilities. On the other hand, for fashion business players, currently, importing second-hand clothes is a big business area for new or second-hand clothes, business opportunities consider second-hand clothes business to have a small capital compared to new clothes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously on product quality and price variables on customer satisfaction who bought second-hand clothes at the Brandsek store in the Natural Gas Village, Muara Badak District. The analysis in this study is multiple regression, processed using SPSS, with a total of 37 respondents. The results of this study showed that the variables of product quality and price simultaneously had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially, product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and the price variable partially also has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction at the brandsek shop in the natural gas village of Muara Badak.

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of product quality, price and brand image variables on purchasing decision variables for the SME amplang product "Woman Mandiri Saliki". From the 60 research samples, the research results showed that the product quality variable had a positive effect with a value of tcount (6.702) > ttable (2.002) and the resulting significance value was (0.000) < (0.05). Price also has a positive effect with a value of tcount (2.479) > ttable (2.002) with a resulting significance value of 0.016 < 0.05. Likewise for brand image with a value of tcount (2.288) > ttable (2.002) with a significance value of (0.026) < (0.05) meaning that each variable has a partial influence on the decision to purchase the SME amplang product "Woman Mandiri Saliki". The variables product quality, price and brand image also have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions for the SME amplang product "Woman Mandiri Saliki" with a value of fcount (22.824) > ftable (2.77) with Sig. (0.000) < (0.05) and the R Square value is (0.526) or 52.6%, this can be interpreted as simultaneously product quality, price and brand image influencing the decision to purchase the UKM amplang product "Woman Mandiri Saliki" while the rest 47.4% is influenced by other variables not used in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what marketing strategies are effective for increasing sales of tilapia from floating net cage cultivation in the KBR Youth Pokdakan Group through SWOT analysis. This study uses a qualitative research type. Primary data was collected through interviews with several stakeholders of the KBR Youth Pokdakan Group, namely Mr. Susanto (Chairman of the KBR Youth Pokdakan Group), Mr. Subli (Secretary of the KBR Youth Pokdakan Group), Mr. Doni (Marketing Section of the KBR Youth Pokdakan Group). In addition to the interview method, the author also uses the observation method to deepen the data obtained. Secondary data was obtained through a literature study from the KBR Youth Pokdakan Group and the author's documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the SWOT method.

Abstract

In an effort to realize optimal performance with quality human resources CV. Dalijo Ulam Upadi makes various efforts to motivate employees, one of which is by providing compensation, namely basic salary (monthly) and bonuses. However, from the information that researchers received based on reports from other employees, there are several symptoms that occur in some employees, such as a lack of employee work enthusiasm, including being often late, often missing work hours and employees being slow in completing work, even though this is still considered a problem. which is light but will be detrimental to the company if this is allowed to drag on. For this reason, researchers really want to provide motivation that is based on the application of several theories put forward by experts, whether they can be implemented or not so that workers are enthusiastic about carrying out their work, do not miss work hours and arrive on time because they have been well motivated through several of these methods. This study aims to determine the effect of physiology, security, social, respect and self-actualization simultaneously and partially on employee performance on the CV. Dalijo Ulam Upadi in Muara Badak. The sample in this study were employees at CV. Dalijo Ulam Upadi, amounting to 27 people. The data analysis technique of this research is multiple regression, with hypothesis testing using the f test and t test. And the results of the research obtained are simultaneously and partially the five variables of this study include physical, social security, appreciation and self-actualization variables that have a significant effect on employee performance at CV Dalijo Ulam Upadi in Muara Badak.

Abstract

The Role of Farmer Groups in increasing income for Kumpa Raya Farmers in Manunggal Daya Village. The Government of Kutai Kartanegara Regency formed a joint farmer group which aims to provide additional knowledge on renewal of systems in agriculture in order to increase the income of the people of Kutai Kartanegara Regency, especially in Manunggal Daya Village. In addition to providing additional knowledge to participants so that they can understand the process of group growth, group development is to improve group capabilities and the importance of combined farmer groups as business actors in implementing agribusiness. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Kumpa Raya farmer group in increasing the income of farmers in Manunggal Daya Village, in addition to knowing the role of farmer groups from an economic point of view in increasing the income of farmers in Manunggal Daya Village. The Kumpa Raya farmer group consists of 26 members, 3 of whom are administrators of the farmer group and the remaining 23 people are members of the farmer group, making a total of 26 people. From the results of the research it was found that the role of farmer groups is indeed very important in addition to being able to increase income or the economy of the community, farmer groups also act as a forum for deliberations, a place to maintain and develop knowledge, skills and mutual cooperation in farming among its members (production units). For this reason, the Kumpa Raya farmer group is very beneficial for the people of Manunggal Daya Village.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership and Discipline on Work Productivity of the employees of the Salok Palai Muara Badak Village office, The main task of the government is to carry out sub-district duties and carry out other tasks based on applicable regulations. The government of the Salo Palai Muara Badak Village Office, which works in community service, should provide the best service to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of leadership and discipline variables on the work productivity of the employees of the Salok Palai Muara Badak village office. The number of samples in this study found 18 employees at the village office of salok palai. Analysis of this study using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The research results obtained are that there is a simultaneous and significant influence between improvement and discipline on employee work productivity at the Salok Palai Muara Badak Village Office, there is a partial influence between leadership variables on employee productivity at the Salok Palai Muara Badak Village Office and partial influence between variables discipline towards the productivity of the employees of the Salok Palai Muara Badak Village Office.

Abstract

E-won and E-service Quality in the opinion of experts and previous researchers can influence purchasing decisions. So E-wom and E-service Quality can be considered as a way to attract consumer buying interest so that it leads to purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of E-wom and E-service Quality variables simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions at the Aufa Rumah online shop in Tenggarong and the most dominant variable effect on purchasing decisions at the Aufa Rumah online shop in Tenggarong. The sample in this study was 45 people. The analytical tool used is multiple regression and testing of research hypotheses using the F test and t test. Simultaneously shows that E-wom and E-service quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at the Aufa Rumah online shop in Tenggarong, Partially shows that E-wom and E-service have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Aufa Rumah online shop In Tenggarong, the most dominant Vaiabel in this study was E-wom, so the fourth hypothesis proposed that E-wom had a dominant influence was accepted because it proved its truth.

Abstract

The Influence of Products, Promotions, and Services on Customer Decisions at the Merdeka Pawnshop Syari'ah Market in Samarinda. This study aims to determine the effect of product, promotion and service variables simultaneously on the decisions of Pegadaian Syariah Merdeka Market customers in Samarinda and want to know the effect of product, promotion and service variables partially on the decisions of Pegadaian Syariah Merdeka Market customers in Samarinda. The analytical tool used to analyze these variables is multiple regression. To test the proposed hypothesis is to use the f test and t test. the number of samples in this study were 123 customers. The research results obtained are that there is a simultaneous influence between product, promotion and service variables on the decisions of Pegadaian customers. The first hypothesis proposed is accepted because it is proven true. There is a partial influence between product variables on customer decisions, the second hypothesis proposed is accepted because it is proven true. There is a partial influence between promotion variables on customer decisions, the third hypothesis proposed is accepted because it is proven true. There is a partial influence between product variables on customer decisions, the fourth hypothesis proposed is accepted because it is proven true.

Abstract

The importance of knowing the value of the company will be able to give a positive signal. The value can be measured which is profitability. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses profitability ratios, namely Net Profit Margin (NPM), Turnover Of Operating Assets (TOA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Return On Investment (ROI). From mr. Doni's floating net cage business in Kampung Baru, the results of the analysis were obtained as follows: (1) The Net Profit Margin obtained in 2021 has decreased. (2) The value of Turnover of Operating Assets (TOA) obtained in 2020 was 1.78 times while in 2021 it was 2.02 times. (3) Return On Equity (ROE) obtained 0.81% to 0.77%. (4) Return On Investment (ROI) obtained in 2020 was 0.76% while in 2021 it was 0.64%.
