<![CDATA[Information technology is developing rapidly and widely in various fields today and provides convenience in all activities. One of them is in buying and selling company shares. In the process of buying shares, there are still many investors who buy a stock without analyzing it. In a stock transaction, the need to determine the quality of the shares to be purchased is very important because it must be able to analyze the shares in accordance with the objectives and targets that are the guidelines for buying shares. The LQ45 Index is a combined calculation of 45 company shares that will be assessed and selected through several criteria including stocks that have high liquidity, are included in the 45 stocks that have the largest transactions, and have been listed for at least 3 months on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.]]>

<![CDATA[This research describes the use of WhatsApp Groups as a communication medium in the congregational dawn movement in Rokan Hiir. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive research type. The research results show that the WhatsApp Group GERAKAN SHUBUH BERJAMAAH is not in accordance with the initial plans for this group. This group only briefly discusses the congregation's dawn movement, discussing more about other things according to the character of the group members. However, the majority of group members did not mind it. However, there were several group members who were not happy and took the stance of leaving the group. The lack of discussion regarding the congregational dawn movement opens up opportunities for further research in the form of optimizing the use of WhatsApp Groups in the congregational dawn movement.]]>

<![CDATA[Utilizing visuals in posts is one of the important things for a brand. Utilizing visual elements in a post is a strategy that companies can use to convey messages that can influence audience attitudes. So the purpose of this study is to determine whether Visual Posts have an influence on Self Esteem. The theory used in this research is the theory of visual elements which includes, color, typography, photography, symbolism. While the Self Esteem theory used includes significance, power, competence and virtue. This research uses quantitative methodology with survey method. The population used in this study were @skingameofficial Instagram followers who had commented on the "Born This Way" campaign post. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 93 respondents who had been counted. Sampling using the Random Sampling Technique. This research is shown by the average value of respondents' answers to the variable (X) of 4.45, this value is classified as high (Agree) and the average respondent's answer to the variable (Y) of 4.58, which is classified as high (Agree). (Y) of 4.58 which is also dominantly high (Agree). The considerable influence of the Visual Postings Campaign "Born This Way" can also be seen from the value (R) correlation of 0.796 which is said to be high or strong and the R Square value of 0.634 or 63.4% of the effect while the remaining 36.6% of the effect can be seen from the value (R) correlation of 0.796 which is said to be high or strong. and R Square value of 0.634 Or 63.4% effect while the remaining 36.6% is influenced by other things. Visuals in posts are one of the important things for a brand.]]>

<![CDATA[Social media is one of the marketing tools that can be used by businesses to get the attention of their consumers. Social Media Marketing is a strategy used by companies and has the aim of attracting consumer attention by obtaining a wider target market. So the purpose of this study is to determine whether Social Media Marketing has an influence on Consumer Loyalty. The theory used in this study is the theory of Social Media Marketing including, Online Communities, Interaction, Sharing of Content, Accessibility, Credibility and the theory of Consumer Loyalty which includes repeat, retention, referalls. This research uses quantitative methodology with survey method. The population used in this study were followers of the @msglowbeauty Instagram account who had made purchases on Ms Glow products more than 2x. The technique used was simple random sampling with a sample size of 80 respondents. The results of this study indicate the average value of respondents' answers to the variable (X) of 4.23, this value is classified as high (Agree) and the average respondent's answer to the variable (Y) of 4.54 which is also predominantly high (Agree). A considerable influence can be seen from the correlation (R) value of 0.795 which is arguably high or strong and the R Square value of 0.631 or 63.1% of the effect while the remaining 36.9% is influenced by other things.]]>

<![CDATA[Hate speech is an expression or opinion expressed to attack an individual or group. In the era of globalization, technological developments have advanced so much that it is easy for any group in society to access social media, for example Instagram and Tiktok, easily and freely. The results of the analysis show that there are various kinds of speech acts, including expressive and directive speech. The comments given by netizens show that they can give their opinions freely regarding Teuku Ryan's Instagram or Tiktok account. The hate speech contained in the comments column includes insults, provocations and blasphemy. This shows that the use of hate speech language is often used by netizens in the comments column and the use is considered normal because it expresses opinions. So it is recommended that public figures should be more careful in sharing or conveying something and avoid anything that is controversial, because as a public figure, their behavior will definitely attract the attention of many people.]]>

<![CDATA[This research investigates the influence of Kunto Aji's song 'Rehat' on promoting mental health awareness and improving well-being. Analysis was carried out on the lyrics, melody and inclusion of the Solfeggio frequency 396 Hz in the song to understand its therapeutic impact. The findings showed that the positive statements, soothing tunes, and calm atmosphere of the song produced a highly relatable healing impact on individuals. The song's widespread popularity and incorporation into various playlists and radio stations ensures its exposure to a wide audience, thus serving as a valuable instrument for increasing awareness of mental health and reducing the associated stigma. The involvement of psychologists in the song creation process emphasizes the importance of increasing awareness about mental health and the potential of music in facilitating this awareness. This study adds to the ongoing discourse about mental health awareness and the potential of music to improve mental well-being.]]>

<![CDATA[There are 5,480 contents of animals torture spread across the world, and 1,626 of these contents come from Indonesia. This figure indicates that the content of torture in Indonesia has occurred so much and massively. The creator made a public service advertisement entitled ”Stop Penyiksaan Hewan Sebagai Sarana Hiburan”. The purpose of writing is to explain to the reader or audience how important it is to prepare a concept for making a public service advertisement. In this advertisement, the creator of the work acts as a copywriter. There are several stages in the creation of this work, namely pre-production, production and post-production. The copywriter's job is to create scripts, concepts and also create creative work plans. The creation of the script must follow the concept that has been made previously by the creator of the work and the art director. The creator of the work also helps in the production stage, such as taking footage and conducting interviews. In the post-production stage, the copywriter also helps with editing and also fills in voice over. The creator's hope is that the public service advertisement entitled ”Stop Penyiksaan Hewan Sebagai Sarana Hiburan” can educate the audience to understand how important it is to prepare the concept of a public service advertisement. The conclusion of this research is that a copywriter must be able to create a manuscript according to a previously created concept with limited time and the copywriter also needs to do target audience research.]]>

<![CDATA[In the era of globalization that marks the existence of long-distance relationships (LDR), the role of language becomes an important focal point in understanding the dynamics of interaction between couples separated by geographical distance. This research uses Systematic Literature Review with Prism Method with the help of qualified google scholar. The results of the analysis are based on (23) twenty three relevant articles. Through the systematic literature review process within the span of last five years, highlighting the complexity of interpersonal communication in the context of LDR. This article discusses the extent of the role of language in LDR by using a sociolinguistic approach, emphasizing the importance of openness, honesty. and intensity of communication as the main factors in maintaining the relationship. Therefore, language is not only a means of communication, but also a foundation that builds and maintains emotional closeness between couples in LDR relationships, and provides insight into strategies that can be used to overcome problems that arise in these situations.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of the implementation of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) at the Tanjung Mulia Hilir Village Office. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission) approach. Data was collected through interviews with the village secretary. The results showed that the Tanjung Mulia Hilir Urban Village Office has tried to implement ethical values and integrity, improve discipline through electronic attendance, and carry out main tasks and functions according to regulations. External supervision is carried out by the sub-district and neighbourhood security efforts through routine patrols. Internal communication makes use of instant messaging applications, while the community can submit complaints through the Head of Neighbourhood or the link provided. Community development and empowerment programmes are conducted through Musrenbangkel and the IPKK programme. Monitoring and evaluation is conducted through neighbourhood walkabouts. However, there is still a need to strengthen internal controls, optimise information technology, synergise empowerment programmes, and conduct more systematic monitoring and evaluation. With commitment and continuous improvement, it is expected that SPIP in Tanjung Mulia Hilir Village Office can realise effective, responsive, and public service-oriented governance.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the communication patterns applied by the Dai community in increasing solidarity between members of the dai community. The purpose of this study is to analyse how the communication patterns used by members of the dai community in increasing the solidarity of their members. This type of research uses qualitative research. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, whose informant criteria included members of the dai community. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is by observing, interviewing and also drawing conclusions. What is obtained from the results of this study is the star model communication pattern, which is the communication pattern used by the preacher community, where all members of the preacher community have the same position and activities within the community also have the same position so as to create strong solidarity between fellow members of the preacher community and can manage messages well so that they can be delivered comfortably.]]>
