Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to help students who have obstacles in the aspects of recognizing letters, spelling, reading, writing, difficulty maintaining focus, low emotional regulation and simple counting. As well as helping teachers to be able to identify students and students who need special treatment early on. The targets of this program are students of SDN Kebonsari I/414 Surabaya who receive special treatment. Activities are carried out in the classroom. The method used is Stimulus-Response Learning-based learning. The author approaches this with several methods, namely by providing APE (Educational Game Tools) and assessment sheets to record the results of students' abilities. The learning results show that students are enthusiastic about learning with a fun method, and the knowledge conveyed can be received well with repeated practice.

Abstract

Educational game applications have very high potential to increase motivation in the learning process. Apart from increasing motivation, educational games also have advantages compared to e-learning methods, they are easier to understand and more interesting. The design of this game will prioritize the teaching and learning process using the concept of "playing while learning". For some children, "learning" feels very unpleasant and boring, so by making educational games as interesting as possible, children will not realize that what they are doing is learning and children will enjoy the learning process. The method used in designing educational games for the Android-based Letter, Number and Picture Educational Game Application is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall and Unified Modeling Method Language (UML), this game was created with Android Studio software. It is estimated that this educational game can increase children's interest in learning.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bermaksud untuk memberikan solusi dan optimalisasi kepada pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Cipayung, Kota Depok, mengenai pentingnya kepemilikan NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak) dan cara mendaftar untuk mendapatkan NPWP-NIK (gabungan antara NPWP dan Nomor Induk Kependudukan) melalui Coretax. Di tengah tantangan ekonomi, UMKM memegang peran vital dalam perekonomian lokal dan nasional, namun banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memahami pentingnya NPWP untuk mengakses berbagai fasilitas yang disediakan pemerintah. Penyuluhan ini akan memberikan informasi tentang bagaimana kepemilikan NPWP-NIK membuka kesempatan bagi UMKM untuk mengakses program pembiayaan seperti Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), serta mempermudah proses pendaftaran dalam program pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga akan mengajarkan cara mendaftar NPWP secara online dan prosedur untuk mendapatkan NPWP-NIK, yang memudahkan proses administrasi perpajakan mereka. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan akan ada peningkatan jumlah UMKM yang terdaftar dalam sistem perpajakan dengan NPWP-NIK, serta pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai kewajiban perpajakan. Selain itu, melalui akses yang lebih luas ke fasilitas pembiayaan dan program pemerintah, UMKM di Kecamatan Cipayung dapat memperluas kapasitas dan daya saing mereka.

Abstract

This paper discusses corporate criminal liability in Indonesia using Jan Michiel Otto's theory of legal certainty. This study aims to identify the corporate criminal liability system, analyze the enforcement of corporate criminal law, and develop corporate criminal law in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that corporations can be held accountable for criminal acts committed by individuals or groups within the scope of the corporation. Effective law enforcement requires law enforcement agencies that have the authority to ensure legal certainty. Strict criminal sanctions and fines can provide a deterrent effect for perpetrators of corporate crimes and prevent similar crimes from occurring in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of angklung playing in building the character of togetherness among sixth-grade students at SDN Junrejo 02 Batu City. Angklung as a traditional Indonesian musical instrument that applies the philosophy of "one angklung one note" has great potential in developing students' cooperation and solidarity abilities. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods involving 55 sixth-grade students during one semester of learning. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews with arts and culture teachers and students, as well as documentation of angklung learning activities. Data validity was obtained through source triangulation to ensure information accuracy. The results showed that angklung playing is effective in fostering students' character of togetherness through the development of collective responsibility, communication skills, and tolerance within the team. Despite facing challenges such as tempo inaccuracy and coordination issues, these actually became learning opportunities to improve collaborative problem-solving abilities. Students were able to play four songs in one semester with good coordination after going through gradual and repeated practice with piano music guidance. The positive impact of angklung learning also carries over into students' social interactions outside musical activities, demonstrating sustainable togetherness character. This study concludes that angklung can be an effective medium for building adaptive and sustainable togetherness character in character education at elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh perendaman basis gigi tiruan nilon termoplastik dalam ekstrak lidah buaya (Aloe vera) terhadap pertumbuhan Staphylococcus aureus dan stabilitas warna. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental dengan desain post-test only control group, menggunakan 40 sampel nilon termoplastik berbentuk cakram dan silinder. Sampel dibagi dalam lima kelompok perlakuan: kontrol negatif (akuades), kontrol positif (val-clean), serta ekstrak lidah buaya konsentrasi 40%, 50%, dan 60%. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa semua konsentrasi ekstrak lidah buaya mampu menurunkan jumlah S. aureus secara signifikan dibandingkan kontrol negatif, dengan efektivitas tertinggi pada konsentrasi 60%. Namun, konsentrasi 40% menghasilkan perubahan warna yang masih dalam batas klinis yang dapat diterima (?E = 3,14), menjadikannya sebagai konsentrasi optimal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan ekstrak lidah buaya 40% sebagai alternatif alami pembersih gigi tiruan nilon termoplastik yang efektif dan estetis.

Abstract

Heat-polymerized acrylic resin (RAPP) is the most commonly used denture base material but has deficiencies in physical and mechanical properties. Titanium dioxide as a nanotechnology reinforcing material can improve material properties but its effects on surface roughness and color stability need evaluation. To determine the effect of titanium dioxide addition at concentrations of 0.5%, 1%, and 1.5% on surface roughness and color stability of RAPP denture base. Experimental laboratory research with post only control group design. Samples were divided into 4 groups: control without titanium dioxide, and treatment groups with titanium dioxide addition of 0.5%, 1%, and 1.5% (n=6 each group). Surface roughness was measured using surface roughness tester and color stability using portable colorimeter. Data were analyzed using independent T-test (p?0.05). Mean surface roughness values decreased significantly from 0.192±0.004 µm (control) to 0.187±0.001 µm (0.5%), 0.156±0.006 µm (1%), and 0.119±0.002 µm (1.5%) with p<0.05. Color stability values increased significantly from 0±0 ?E (control) to 27.71±0.25 ?E (0.5%), 30.98±0.30 ?E (1%), and 35.41±0.11 ?E (1.5%) with p<0.05. Titanium dioxide addition significantly reduces surface roughness within clinically acceptable limits but increases color changes beyond clinical limits (?E>3.7).

Abstract

Iklan not only functions as a marketing strategy, more than that advertising is also a forum for conveying social, cultural, and technological developments. The current issue of technological developments was expressed by Geoffrey Hinton, a computer scientist and artificial intelligence expert from Canada, who used the analogy of "cute tiger cub to describe today's AI. And the concern is the potential dangers of AI in the future as it matures and gets stronger." This research aims to find out how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is represented in the Marjan Syrup advertisement entitled "The Rise of Calon Arang " Episodes 1 & 2 in 2025. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation and literature studies. The analysis was carried out using Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic approach. The author is interested in using this semiotics theory to express the meaning of artificial intelligence representation through the concept of triangle meaning in triadic and trichotomy analysis to answer the formulation of problems in research. In Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotics, the concept of triadics contains semiotic relationships consisting of Representation as a sign, Object as a marker of a sign, and Interpretant is the meaning that arises from the existence of a sign and an object. This research was carried out on the Marjan syrup advertisement "The Rise of Calon Arang" Episode 1 &2 in 2025 which then produced a representation of artificial intelligence what is in the advertisement and the meaning contained in it. From the results of this research, there are 4 forms of representation of artificial intelligence, including, artificial intelligence as a tool or system, artificial intelligence as an autonomous entity, artificial intelligence as a threat or potential enemy, and artificial intelligence with pseudo-power.

Abstract

Labor inspection in Indonesia continues to face structural challenges that undermine its effectiveness. The insufficient number of labor inspectors compared to the number of enterprises, regulatory inconsistencies, lack of independence, limited funding, and corruption are the primary factors weakening the supervision function. As a result, violations of labor standards and occupational safety (K3) frequently occur. This article analyzes the root causes of weak labor inspection based on Soerjono Soekanto's theory of legal effectiveness and evaluates government responses, including the establishment of Labor Norm Cadres (KNK), the implementation of the Labor Compliance Program (PROKEP), and the digitization of inspection systems. While some improvements have been made, labor inspection in Indonesia remains suboptimal and requires more comprehensive reforms.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan pesantren, seperti Masruriyah di Bogor, memiliki tantangan besar dalam membangun karakter dan disiplin para santrinya. Salah satu pendekatan yang dinilai efektif adalah melalui penerapan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Kepemimpinan transformasional menekankan pada pengaruh positif pemimpin terhadap bawahan melalui visi, motivasi, serta pemberdayaan individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana implementasi kepemimpinan transformasional oleh pimpinan pesantren dapat meningkatkan disiplin santri di Masruriyah Markas Pusat Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan oleh pimpinan Masruriyah telah memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran, ketaatan, dan tanggung jawab santri terhadap aturan dan aktivitas harian. Faktor utama yang mendukung keberhasilan ini adalah komunikasi visi yang jelas, inspirasi intelektual, serta perhatian individual terhadap perkembangan santri. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan transformasional dapat menjadi model yang relevan dalam membangun budaya disiplin di lingkungan pendidikan pesantren. Abstrak: Islamic boarding schools, such as Masruriyah in Bogor, face significant challenges in building the character and discipline of their students. One approach deemed effective is the application of transformational leadership. Transformational leadership emphasizes the leader's positive influence on subordinates through vision, motivation, and individual empowerment. This study aims to examine how the implementation of transformational leadership by Islamic boarding school leaders can improve student discipline at Masruriyah Headquarters in Bogor. The research method used was a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the transformational leadership implemented by Masruriyah leaders has had a positive impact on increasing students' awareness, obedience, and responsibility towards daily rules and activities. The main factors supporting this success are clear communication of the vision, intellectual inspiration, and individual attention to student development. Thus, transformational leadership can be a relevant model for building a culture of discipline in Islamic boarding school environments.
