ABSTRAK  ENY SULISTYOWATI, 2018 . “ANALISIS FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUASAN NASABAH ASURANSI DI PT. ASURANSI BUMIPUTERA MUDA 1967 ( BUMIDA ) SURABAYA” Kata kunci                   :  kemampuan (ability), sikap (attitude), penampilan (appearance),perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), tanggungjawab (accountability),  untuk kepuasan nasabah di  PT. Asuransi Bumiputera muda 1967 ( Bumida ) Surabaya Penelitian ini melakukan analisis beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen PT. Asuransi Bumiputera muda 1967 (Bumida) Surabaya. Tujuan penelitian yang akan dicapai dari penelitian ini : (1) Untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh faktor-faktor dimensi kepuasan nasabah yang terdiri atas kemampuan (ability) , sikap (attitude) , penampilan (appearance), perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), tanggungjawab (accountability) secara parsial terhadap kepuasan nasabah Asuransi di PT. Asuransi Bumida Surabaya (Y). (2) Untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh faktor – faktor,  kemampuan (ability), sikap (attitude), penampilan (appearance), perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), tanggungjawab (accountability) secara bersama – sama terhadap kepuasan Nasabah di PT. Asuransi Bumida Surabaya (Y), (3) Untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan manakah diantara faktor – factor kemampuan (ability), penampilan (appearance), perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), tanggungjawab (accountability) yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan nasabah Asuransi di PT. Asuransi Bumida Surabaya (Y)Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua nasabah di PT. Asuransi Bumida Surabaya sebanyak 100 orang. Besarnya sampel ditentukan sebanyak 100% dari populasi total sehingga besarnya sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang yang ditetapkan dengan teknik simple random sampling atau sampling acak sederhana. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda. Model ini dipilih karena ingin mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variable bebas terhadap kepuasan Nasabah Asuransi pada PT. Asuransi Bumida Surabaya (Y) secara serempak maupun secara parsial.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : (1) faktor – factor kemampuan (ability), sikap (attitude), penampilan (appearance), perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), tanggungjawab (accountability) secara serempak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan Nasabah Asuransi di PT. Asuransi Bumida Surabaya (Y), (2) Seluruh faktor – faktor kemampuan (ability), sikap (attitude), penampilan (appearance), perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), tanggungjawab (accountability) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap kepuasan Nasabah di PT. Asuransi Bumida Surabaya (Y), (3) Faktor yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan nasabah Asuransi di PT. Asuransi Bumida Surabaya (Y) adalah tindakan (action)

Abstract

 Pilgrimage Tourism is Always a Phenomenon. This Condition Continues In Ramadan. Pilgrimage of the Guardian's Tomb 5 So far Can Bring a Big Tourist, There is a Very Promising Economic Turnover in a Year. Referring to the 2014 Minister of State's Data, Walisongo's Grave Can Attract Many Tourists for Pilgrimage. Within a Year the Total Visit of Pilgrimage Archipelago Tourists Reaches 12.2 Million People, More Attractive There Are 3,000 Foreign Tourists Who Also Visit Walisongo's TombThis study uses a qualitative approach in which the writer tries to explore the depth of data obtained from interviews with Respondents so that the data obtained becomes valid for analysis. The location of this study is a place of religious tourism in Sunan Ampel Religious Tourism Park. The research data includes three data, namely primary data, secondary data, and tertiary data. After the data is obtained, then it will be analyzed by descriptive-qualitative analysis techniques.The results of the questionnaire show that most consumers feel interested in catering to handle requests from consumers. This is evidenced by the results of interpretation of the demand for catering with a score of 70%.

Abstract

ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE TICKET PRICE, RECREATION FACILITIES, LIVE MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT, PROMOTIONS AND SERVICES ON THE VISITTING DECISION TO OLENG SIBUTTONG RECREATION PARK, AT BITING VILLAGE, DISTRICT OF ARJASA, THE REGION OF JEMBER IN NEW YEAR 2017(DATE ON THE 1ST OF JANUARY 2017(Case study on  UMKM,a Tourism Micro Companies Unit in The Region of Jember)The purpose of the research is to study  whether TheTicket Price, RecreationFasilities, Live Music Entertainment, Promotion and Services  influence visitting decision.The research was conducted on the people of Jember that visit Oleng Sibuttong Recreation Park in the new year 2017 (the date on the 1st  of January 2017) . Data was collected using questionnaires, sampling using purposive sampling where researcher have certain criterias corresponding research purposes. Samples were taken of 40 people.                                                     It can be suggested that the company should pay more attention to the ticket price. With the result that the better price ticket can increase the visitting decisions of visitors. In addition the company also must maintain and provide receation fasilities because the better fasilities will make the visitting decision increased and in addition the company also must provide live music entertainment because the attractive live music entertainment will make the visitting decision increased. Furthermore vigorous campain conducted by Oleng Sibuttong Recreation Park and services also effect the visitting decision. Here the company suggested to create interesting promotions and advertisements as well as easy to remember and improve services getting better. Especially in the holliday such as in the happy new year the company must improve the music live entertainment and so the promotion as well, because these variables are very significant and dominan on desicion of visitting of Jember society at Oleng Sibuttong Recreation Park. Keyword :Ticket Price, Recreation fasilities, Live music entertainment, Promotion, Services and visitting decision

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether or not: 1) e-service quality influences customer satisfaction, 2) e-service quality influences customer loyalty, 3) brand image influences customer satisfaction, 4) brand image influences customer loyalty, customer satisfaction influences customer loyalty, 6) customer satisfaction mediates the influence of e-service quality towards customer loyalty, 7) customer satisfaction mediates the influence of brand image towards customer loyalty. In this research, the sample selection technique used is purposive sampling with 105 respondents. Then, the data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square by using warpPLS 6.0 application. The analysis reveals that: 1) e-service quality had a positive influence towards customer satisfaction, 2) e-service quality had a positive influence towards customer loyalty, 3) brand image had a positive influence towards customer satisfaction, 4) brand image had a positive influence towards customer loyalty, 5) customer satisfaction had a positive influence towards customer loyalty, 6) customer satisfaction mediated the influence of e-service quality towards customer loyalty, 7) customer satisfaction mediated the influence of brand image towards customer loyalty. Abstract

Employee engagement has become one of the most popular issues today. In the study of human resource management, this has become popular because employee engagement provides many benefits for the company. The more employees feel bound to the company, the more creative and enthusiastic employees will feel so that they feel enthusiastic about working and exert all their abilities to achieve company goals. The formulation of the problem in this study is to determine whether job satisfaction, organizational culture and quality of work life will have an influence on employee engagement (employee engagement) at PT. Teja Sekawan Group . And the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of each variable job satisfaction, organizational culture and quality of work life on the variable employee engagement (employee engagement) at PT. Teja Sekawan Group . The research data were collected using observation and questionnaire methods, using a saturated sample of 51 respondents from all non-production or office employees at PT. Teja Sekawan Group . The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to prove the research hypothesis. The data that has met the validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests are then processed to obtain a regression equation. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that each variable of job satisfaction, organizational culture and quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on the variable employee engagement (employee engagement) at PT.
