Abstract

Village Fund Allocation is one of the government's budgets intended for village communities and managed by the Village Government. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Village Fund Allocation affects the welfare of the village community in Bantargadung Village & To find out how much the Village Fund Allocation affects the welfare of the village community in Pantai Mekar Village. The method used is the Descriptive method, this method is used to take samples, The descriptive method focuses on data collection, presentation, processing and summarization. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling techniques. Data collection method with interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show in the T-test conducted that the allocation of village funds has a significant effect on the welfare of the village community because the Tcount > Ttable is 7.123 > 166342 and the significant result is 0.00 < 0.05. This means that the variable of village fund allocation has a significant influence on the welfare of the village community.

Abstract

In the digital era, consumer decisions are increasingly influenced by online information, including Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM). At the same time, product quality remains a key factor in determining customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study analyzes how E-WOM and product quality affect repurchase intentions for Segelas mobile coffee products, particularly among students at the University of North Sumatera. Using a quantitative explanatory approach with 100 respondents, the study found that product quality significantly enchances repurchase intentions, while E-WOM has a smaller and statistically insignificant effect. These findings highlight the importance of product quality in encouraging repeat purchases. The study suggests that business owners focus on improving product quality to retain customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of TikTok Grab Indonesia content marketing elements on customer engagement in students of the University of North Sumatra. The study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that message interactivity had the most significant influence on customer engagement (P-value 0.002), followed by the posting time frame (P-value 0.044). In contrast, the topic's attractiveness did not show significant influence (P-value 0.681), while the post format was close to significant (P-value 0.079), which required further analysis. In addition, this research highlights the importance of message interactivity and content upload timing in increasing customer engagement. A marketing strategy through TikTok that emphasizes these elements can help Grab strengthen relationships with customers, especially young people. This study also recommends expanding the sample coverage in future studies to obtain more representative results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Live Streaming Selling and Discounts on the Tiktok Shop application on Impulse Behavior Buying Behavior in University of North Sumatra Students. The dependent variable in This study is Live Streaming Selling and Discounts while the dependent variable is Impulse Buying. the dependent variable is Impulse Buying. Population and sample research is a student of the University of North Sumatra with a total respondents as many as 100 students. The data obtained was analyzed using PLS analysis technique (Partial Least Square through Smart PLS software and SPSS application). SPSS application). Partial data will be processed with PLS analysis techniques, while simultaneously processed with the SPSS application. while simultaneously processed with the SPSS application. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that R-Square found that live streaming, selling, and discounts together only explain 11.4% of the variation in impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Green Product and Green Promotion on consumers Green Purchase Behavior at Fore Coffee, Sun Plaza Medan branch. The background of this research is based on the rapid growth of the coffee industry in Indonesia and the increasing consumer awareness of environmental issues. The research method employed is a survey with a population consisting of consumers who have purchased Fore Coffee products. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using incidental sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that the Green Product variable does not have a significant influence on Green Purchase Behavior, while Green Promotion has a significant effect. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant influence on Green Purchase Behavior. These findings provide insights into the importance of green marketing strategies in promoting environmentally friendly purchasing behavior among consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand community engagement and brand image on brand loyalty to Emina Cosmetics among students at the University of North Sumatra. A quantitative approach was used with purposive sampling technique, involving respondents who meet specific criteria, such as being members of the Emina Girl Gang. Data was processed using SmartPLS 3.0 to test validity, reliability and relationships between variables. The research results show that brand community engagement has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty with a T-statistic value of 4.536 (p < 0.05). Interaction in brand communities like Emina Girl Gang creates a strong sense of community and social identity, which drives loyalty through emotional connection. Meanwhile, brand image has a more dominant influence on brand loyalty with a T-statistic value of 5.776 (p < 0.05). A positive image of the Emina brand, such as high product quality and suitability to student lifestyles, strengthens consumer trust and loyalty. The R-square value shows that the independent variables in this study explain 53.7% of the variance in brand loyalty. Thus, marketing strategies based on strengthening brand communities and creating a positive brand image have proven effective in increasing customer loyalty, especially in the student segment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mechanisms, strategies, roles, benefits and obstacles of using social media for marketing Toko Cece. This type of research is qualitative research with primary data sources is research conducted at Cece's Premium Application Store and secondary data is supporting data obtained through literature review or reading sources such as books, articles and essays. The data analysis technique used in this research is using steps, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study illustrate that social media has a role and benefits in Toko Cece. Social media plays a very important role in UMKM marketing. Toko Cece relies heavily on social media as a place to sell and a place to promote business products. And Toko Cece has also thought about social media strategies to expand the business market so that the scale of the business can grow again. For obstacles that occur in promoting products through social media, namely the frequent suspension of Toko Cece's social media accounts.

Abstract

This research explores the technical and operational aspects of Indomaret, one of the leading minimarket chains in Indonesia, which is successful in managing its supply chain and improving service quality. The main focus of this research is on product and service design, as well as quality control implemented by Indomaret. The methodology used is Library Research, which analyzes Indomaret's practices based on relevant literature. The research results show that supply chain planning, store location, and human resource management are key factors in operational success. Indomaret implements a customer feedback system to continuously adapt and make improvements, including employee retraining and improving store facilities. In addition, the use of information technology in inventory management has increased data accuracy and operational efficiency. The conclusions of this research emphasize that a combination of efficiency, service innovation, and focus on quality is the key to success in the competitive retail market. Suggestions for Indomaret include adopting the latest technology and improving user experience.

Abstract

This study utilizes a qualitative research approach with a descriptive strategy. The aim of the study is to examine the implementation of accounting records in compliance with PSAK 45 at Al-Islah Mosque, Cisaat District, Sukabumi Regency. This study employs primary and secondary data gathered from observations, interviews, and the literature and material pertaining to the Al-Islah Cisaat Mosque in Sukabumi. The study's findings demonstrate that the financial report of the Al-Islah Mosque Cisaat Sukabumi, as evaluated by the researcher, exhibits a lack of knowledge and proficiency among the accounting personnel, leading to the financial statements not conforming to PSAK No. 45. The mosque's accounting staff must apply PSAK No. 45 to compile their financial statements. In accordance with PSAK No. 45, the financial status statement of Al-Islah Mosque reveals total assets of Rp. 23,500,000, which aligns with the total obligations and fund balance. Net asset activity report and cash flow statement amounting to IDR 11,500,000. The PSAK No. 45 report is expected to provide a basis for improved decision-making in the financial management of the Al-Islah Cisaat Sukabumi mosque.

Abstract

Islamic education management is an important aspect in establishing good university governance, which is integrated with the values ​​of justice, honesty, and accountability of Islamic teachings. This article analyzes the nature of Islamic education management and its relevance in university governance, using the literature study method. Islamic education management prioritizes organizing, planning, implementing, and supervising education to achieve comprehensive educational goals and focuses on character development. Amid challenges such as lack of transparency and stakeholder participation, an approach based on Islamic values ​​is expected to create a sustainable education system that is responsive to the needs of society. By implementing the principles of Islamic education management, higher education institutions can improve the quality of education and its relevance, as well as strengthen their role in developing quality human resources.
