Abstract

Culture and religion can clash and can complement each other. Likewise, Javanese traditions and Church teachings can clash and weaken each other, but they can also complement and support each other. Aesthetics as part of culture can help or obscure the search for the Divine. The feelings and feelings of Javanese people who are so attached to culture often feel longing to find pieces of culture in worship. Efforts to represent the Divine Hyang through ornaments that are closely related to culture are not easy things, inviting problems from both; cultural and religious issues. Religious dogma sometimes forces its adherents to leave the culture. The uprooting of the culture and the compulsion to use other cultures in religious rituals often lead to a deep longing to live in and live the culture that has been abandoned and manifested in worship. The longing to live in and live Javanese culture for Catholics may be cured by the construction of the Church of the Sacred Heart of the Lord Jesus Ganjuran. The church with Javanese cultural ornaments was built with the aim of presenting Hyang Divine in Javanese culture; living Javanese culture with a Catholic breath. But whether all Catholics who worship in the HKTY Church can understand and develop their faith to the fullest. From observations and interviews with priests, parish councils, and parishioners, the majority of pilgrims are to the Sacred Heart of Jesus temple, not to the church. Many people from other places are attracted to the church to attend worship not because of the ornaments, but because of the rituals. People from other parishes come when there are certain events with worship using Javanese culture. From the research that used a questionnaire, more than 80% of the people were greatly helped in their relationship with Hyang Divine by using Javanese cultural ornaments. This research shows that the faith of the people is greatly helped by the presence of the HKTY Ganjuran church. Inculturation which aims to reconcile culture and liturgy is well established, enriching each other. The people's longing to meet the Divine Hyang using the culture that has "contained and gave birth" is fulfilled. On the other hand, with a good understanding, the presence of the HKTY Ganjuran church shows that culture and religion can go hand in hand and enrich each other. With a wise understanding, placing ornaments in faith properly and correctly according to the norms and orthodoxy correctly, the Church has strengthened its roots in Javanese culture without losing its identity.

Abstract

STIPAS Tahasak Danum Pambelum (TDP) is a Religious Higher Education under the auspices of the Tahasak Danum Pambelum Foundation of the Diocese of Palangkaraya. The background for the establishment of this Higher Education is the shortage of Pastoral Catechetics for the Diocese of Palangkaraya, especially in the field of education. It is interesting to study whether the presence of Religious Colleges contributes to pastoral work in the Diocese of Palangkaraya. This research is a document study to describe the contribution of Religious Higher Education for pastoral work in the Diocese of Palangkaraya and also in carrying out the mandate of the Act to educate the nation's life. The results of the study show that Religious Colleges have made a positive contribution to pastoral work at the Local Church of the Diocese of Palangkaraya and together with the government have contributed to carrying out the task of educating the nation's life.

Abstract

Kualitas pembelajaran di sekolahmasih rendah utamanya pada kemampuan guru menyusun rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP). Berdasar eksplorasi guru-guru Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Rayon Pati, bahwa dokumen perangkat pembelajaran mereka mayoritas berasal dari down load internet. Oleh karena itu praktek lapangan tidak ada kesesuaian antara teori dan praktek, dan kegiatannyapun belum berpusat pada siswa. Penelitian ini menawarkan model pembimbingan bagi guru menyusun RPP berbasis metode pembelajaran. Dimaksudkan apabila metode pembelajaran diciptakan guru secara bervariatif tergantung dari materi ajar dan kondisi siswa akan membantu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini meningkatkan kompetensi guru merancang RPP berbasis ketepatan memilih metode pembelajaran dan implementasinya mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Populasi penelitian guru-guru rayon SKB Pati yang mengajar di kejar paket A, B dan C, serta PAUD. Sampel penelitian 28 guru. Variabel penelitian kompetensi guru menyusun RPP dan motivasi belajar siswa. Data diambil dengan tes, lembar pengamataan dan angket. Data diolah dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, setelah melewati 2 siklus pembimbingan dengan langkah perencanaan, pengamatan pelaksanaan micro teaching dan implementasi di lapangan, dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengamati kemampuan dan motivasi siswa, serta dilakukan refleksi pada tiap kegiatan diperoleh adanya peningkatan skor pada variabelnya. Pada siklus 1 dan 2 rataan kompetensi guru menyusun RPP pembelajaraan 2,70 menjadi 2,94 dengan skor maksimum 3. Pada implementasi RPP, motivasi siswa meningkat dari sikulus 1 ke 2 dari 2,9 menjadi 3,1 dengan skor tertinggi 4. Pada awalnya guru menyusun RPP merasa kebingungan menetapkan metode pembelajaran yang tepat. Dengan permodelan dan pendampingan bahwa indikator perubahan dilihat karakteristik materi ajar, serta karakteristik siswa. Dengan demikian para guru dapat mengalami perubahan pembelajaran, yang berdampak peningkatan pada kualitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

Marsudirini Elementary School teachers have received faith coaching in the form of trainings, retreats, recollections, inspires, on a regular basis by the Foundation. In the course of time, some of the Masters have not shown maximum service to love in their work. The purpose of this study was to describe teacher perceptions and their impact on the implementation of teacher training and implementation in carrying out love service tasks in the field. The scope taken; Marsudirini Elementary School, Jl. Youth 159-Semarang. The sample is 20 teachers. The focus of the research is on the implementation, impact of training, and implementation of compassionate service in the field. How to collect data is done with a questionnaire. The data was processed using descriptive analysis. The results of the research based on the questionnaire showed the number of 4.0 or 80% on the perception variable of the Marsudirini Elementary School Teacher in the Implementation of the Franciscan Faith Development. This means that the Marsudirini Elementary School teacher responded positively to the activities of the Franciscan Faith Development. Next, the second variable regarding the Impact of Following the Franciscan Faith Development in the Marsudirini Scope shows a figure of 4.3 or 86%, this means that after the implementation of the Franciscan Faith Development activities there is a very good impact for the Marsudirini Elementary School teachers. The third variable regarding the Implementation of the Franciscan Faith Development in Daily Life shows the number 4.5 or 90%, this means that the Franciscan Faith Development activities can help Marsudirini Elementary School teachers in realizing their faith in their daily lives very well. Based on the results of the research, it is recommended that: Coaching is continued regularly and reflection is held periodically in each activity.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter yang diterapkan di sekolah dewasa ini belum mencerminkan tingkah laku karakter yang diharapkan. Hal ini nampak dari pembiasaan pola tingkah laku siswa kelas IV SD 1 yang belum mencerminkan nilai-nilai solidaritas, kedisiplinan, dan kebangsaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan pelaksanaan pembiasaan program kerja di sekolah serta pengaruhnya terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa kelas IV. Responden penelitian adalah 26 siswa dan 13 guru. Fokus penelitian pelaksanaan pembiasaan pendidikan karakter melalui program kerja sekolah dan tingkat karakter anak. Kegiatan pembiasaan yang dilakukan menerapkan budaya antri, doa kebersamaan dalam waktu tertentu, tegur sapa dalam setiap perjumpaan, penyelesaian tugas tepat waktu, memanfaatkan fasilitas sekolah dengan baik. Teknik penelitian dengan angket dan wawancara. Data diolah dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sarana, prasarana, media dan ketentuan peraturan, proses dan pembiasaan telah dilaksanakan guru. Siswa mengungkapkan pembiasaan yang baik telah merubah karakter para siswa, dari perbuatan yang kurang terpuji menjadi pembiasaan yang baik, apabila melakukan hal yang kurang benar segera merubah sikap. Input yang berupa sarana prasarana, alat atau media, kejelasan petunjuk peraturan pembiasaan tersedia sebesar 82,6%. Dalam arti tidak mutlak tersedia. Proses Pembentukan Karakter mencapai 79.71% artinya proses pembentukan karakter meliputi tindakan mengarah pada karakter, melakukan perintah atau petunjuk, keterlibatan pada tugas yang diberikan guru ataupun Kepala Sekolah tidak sepenuhnya dilaksanakan. Output Pembentukan Karakter 83.08% maksudnya adalah setelah selama 5 bulan masa penelitian ternyata tidak semua anak melakukan pembiasaan dengan baik. Masih ada yang menunggu perintah, bukan atas kemauan sendiri melaksanakan. Sedang yg melaksanakan atas kesadaran sendiri mencapai 83,08% Hitungan 26 siswa menunjukkan bahwa 100% siswa berpendapat bahwa peraturan itu perlu untuk pembiasaan pengembangan karakter. Demikian juga dengan 13 guru sebagai responden yang berpendapat pembiasaan harus selalu ditanamkan untuk pembentukan karakter anak sejak dini.

Abstract

This research is based on understanding natural phenomena to increase devotion to God Almighty. The purpose of this study is to help solve problems and foster greater motivation and curiosity towards the material on Biodiversity and to determine the effectiveness of learning biology. This study used a research design and R&D development. The research data obtained were analyzed by descriptive presentation. The results obtained; (1) the average student activity is 77.23%, process skills are 82.45% and learning outcomes are 70.23%; (2) the effect of student activity is R square value is 27.6%, and process skills are squared. 33.1%; (3) the average learning outcomes of the experimental class were 70.23% and the control group was 66.75%. These results show that the iqra model based on technology applications packaged in interactive CDs is effective for use in biology learning.

Abstract

Building awareness of multiculturalism in Indonesia has indeed become a continuous and never-ending agenda. Indonesia as a country that has various ethnic groups, languages ​​and religions, of course, makes this awareness of multiculturalism important and important strategic. In almost a decade, there have been many communities, groups and institutions actively involved in efforts to build awareness of this multiculturalism. These efforts are intensified through various methods and approaches, both formally, informally and non-formally. There are many handbooks, references and guides that attempt in ways from academic to practical to try to implement this multiculturalism awareness education. One of the interesting things to strive for is the use of the Object-Based Learning method (OBL) museum of the nation's history and various religious tourist attractions. Why is the use of the Object-Based Learning (OBL) method in museums and various religious tourist attractions interesting to study as an effort to build awareness of multiculturalism. Object-Based Learning (OBL) or in simple terms as learning-based learning object, is a method or method that is often developed when visiting a museum. Rosalind Duhs associates Object-Based Learning (OBL) with the technique of utilizing exhibition objects in museums with various general or special collections for the learning process. In essence, through the museum's exhibition collection, students are invited to actively view artifacts museum. It is an attempt to link the pedagogical power of every museum collection (the pedagogical power of museum collections). Abstract

Universities have a challenge to create competitive human resources in the era of industrialization wave 4.0 which is marked by the global era, the information age and the knowledge era. On the other hand, the Entrepreneurship Internship Program in Higher Education faces the problem of mentor hours in a busy industry, so that the mentor leadership function in guiding student internships in the industry is not effective. The development of information technology and the internet has the potential to facilitate leadership activities that are not limited by space and time. E-Leadership is a leadership activity (as influence, direction and vision) through electronic media. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of E-Leadership on students' interest in entrepreneurship, either directly or indirectly through mediating variables of perceived feasibility and perceived desire. The research was conducted on 100 final year students at the College of Tourism Economics (STIEPARI) Semarang City who are currently or have participated in an internship program. Data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS 16.0 program. The results of this study found that E-Leadership had a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial interest both directly and indirectly through mediating variables of perceived feasibility and perceived desire. The results of this study provide implications for the benefits of information technology and the internet in supporting mentor leadership activities (as influence, direction and vision) in guiding student internships in the industry to be more effective. The originality of this study is to examine the function of mentor leadership in the industry through the electronic media of E-Leadership on perceptions of feasibility, perceptions of desire and interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology have brought the world of education into a new era. Every student, especially in urban areas, has a gadget. They can easily and quickly navigate the virtual world, access information, socialize or have recreation with online games. They are comfortable spending time there. The audio visual design is so very tempting and catches their attention. Teachers and books are slowly getting overlooked. They prefer to look down at the screen and dissolve in virtual reality. This is the phenomenon of disruption that is hitting our world of education. The relationship between teachers and students is disturbed by the existence of gadgets with all the sophistication it offers. The era of disruption is an era of desacralization. Schools and teachers are no longer primary sources of knowledge. Like the jargon of a cellphone advertisement, now the world is in everyone's hands. The role of the teacher becomes relative in the search for "truth". Because students have got what they want to know with just a few clicks. It's faster, tends to be certain and can be done whenever and wherever he likes. Meanwhile, the teachers still hold tightly to the concept of three education centers, namely family, school and community. In fact, most of the children are active in cyberspace. An inevitable dimension of life exists and is real but is often overlooked. Teachers may often find students busy "playing cellphones" in class, uploads on social media that are so massive about their feelings. Although not infrequently there is also a talent for photography, art and positive expression. However, many parties are concerned about this as a threat.In my opinion, humans must always be the subject in all situations and conditions. So, responding to the phenomenon of disruption, as an educator, you must remain in a position of empowerment instead of feeling or allowing yourself to be deceived by gadgets that have already become a trend in students' lifestyles. Especially for religious teachers, students should not be influenced by negative content that can plunge them into pornography, spread provocations and hate speech, cyber crimes, and so on.This disruption phenomenon actually opens an opportunity for further learning exploration and learningdeep. Some of the things I have done are to invite students to criticize things that attract public attention on the internet related to religious, political and celebrity issues, use gadgets to create works (photos, videos, narrations) and upload them on social media. Like the cry of Saint Ignatius who reminded people to always try to find God in everything, so as educators we must try to help students find God and are sent to be bearers of glad tidings in virtual reality.

Abstract

A person's readiness to enter the world of work after they finish vocational secondary education is not systematically prepared by educational institutions. at SMK Antonius Semarang. This research is a quantitative research design. The data collection technique that the author uses; documentation, observation and tests. After the data on students' speaking ability and work motivation were collected, the data were calculated statistically to determine the relationship between the two variables. They are the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y), the independent variables are speaking ability and work motivation and the dependent variable is being included in the workforce. The results showed that students' speaking ability significantly affected their readiness to enter the world of work as evidenced by the results of the T test for 14,892 which was greater than the t table (1,98) and had an effect of 71,1%. Work motivation has a significant effect simultaneously on their readiness to enter the world of work, as evidenced by the results of the T test of 33. 068 which is greater than the t table (1.98) and has an effect of 92.4%. While the results of students' speaking ability and motivation have a significant effect on working simultaneously on their readiness to enter the world of work as evidenced by the F test of 600.67 which is greater than F table (3.10) and has an effect of 92.4%.
