Abstract

Application Of The Pbl Model In Improving Class Students' Critical Reasoning Ability XI KC 1 FASE F SMK NEGERI 3 Pematangsiantar In Developing Materials Culture Of Love. 1) Application of the PBL Model can improve the Critical Reasoning Ability of Class XI KC 1 FASE F SMK NEGERI 3 Pematangsiantar Students in the Material of Developing a Culture of Love. 2) How the implementation of the PBL Model can improve the Critical Reasoning Ability of Class XI KC 1 FASE F SMK NEGERI 3 Pematangsiantar Students in the Material of Developing a Culture of Love. This type of research is PTK (Classroom Action Research). The subjects of this research were students of class XI KC 1 FASE F SMK NEGERI 3 Pematangsiantar. The results of this research show that, 1) Learning using the PBL model shows a good response to improving students' critical reasoning abilities in understanding the material for developing a culture of love in class XI KC1 SMK N 3 Pematangsiantar, giving satisfaction to teachers or researchers. It can be seen from the data obtained, before using the PBL model the students' average score on developing a culture of love was classified as very low with a score of 64.61. After using PBL the students' average score increased in cycle I with a score of 72.69. Continuing to cycle II the students' average score was 82.69, thus the PBL model is very suitable for improving students' critical reasoning skills regarding developing a culture of love. 2) Students' critical reasoning abilities after using the PBL model material develop a culture of love for students' learning after using class XI KC1 SMK N 3 Pematangsianar media with student learning outcomes increasing and achieving completeness. Because the learning process using the PBL model provides satisfaction for both teachers and students. Teachers are enthusiastic and students become active and cheerful during the learning process.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia faces various complex challenges. Therefore, efforts continue to be made by the government, educational institutions and society as a whole to improve access, quality and relevance of education in order to create a young generation that is skilled, competitive and ready to face global challenges. In the context of the Merdeka Curriculum, Catholic religious education in Indonesia focuses on developing students' understanding of religion, moral values ​​and Catholic spirituality. The independent curriculum emphasizes the Pancasila student profile. Students who are accepted to school at SMAN 1 CAPKALA Kasihan are students who are accepted into majors that do not match their initial interests. Based on the problem conditions above, teachers can provide learning experiences by designing the learning process. One learning model that can be applied is Problem Based Learning (PBL) or problem-based learning. The research objectives include (1) to find out how the use of the Problem Based Learning model in increasing learning motivation on diversity material as the original reality of human life using the PBL approach model in class The material of Diversity as the Original Reality of Human Life with the PBL Approach Model for Class , Class X II students of SMA NEGERI 1 CAPKALA can apply the Pancasila student profile of the independence dimension. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data reduction by selecting raw data to be used as information, data presentation, namely presenting data in the form of descriptions, graphs, tables and drawing conclusions by making conclusions from research results referring to the problem formulation. The use of the problem-based learning model according to syntax which includes student orientation towards problems, organizing students to learn, guiding individual and group investigations, developing and presenting results, analyzing and evaluating the problem solving process, effectively helps increase learning motivation on diversity material as the original reality of human life. Abstract

Selpriani, 2023. The issue of equal education is an issue that has been addressed by various countries to improve the quality of human life. However, the approach that has been taken so far emphasizes the point of view that equality education is an effort to resolve the residue of formal education. This view in current conditions is no longer appropriate, because advances in information and communication technology make it possible for people to learn anytime and anywhere. The position of equal education must be on par with formal education, that is, they both provide services for the educational rights of citizens. This is in line with the mandate of the Indonesian constitution, that every citizen has the right to education. It is hoped that PBL with the help of audio visuals can reveal 1) How students' learning outcomes improve on the material of proclaiming the kingdom of God through the person of Jesus, 2) What are the inhibiting and supporting factors for increasing student learning outcomes on the material of proclaiming the kingdom of God through the person of Jesus, 3) What efforts are being made by Catholic religious education teachers to overcome obstacles in improving student learning outcomes using material proclaiming the kingdom of God through the person of Jesus. This Class Action Research Report aims to 1) To improve student learning outcomes using problem based learning on the material of proclaiming the kingdom of God through the person of Jesus, 2) To find out the inhibiting and supporting factors in improving student learning outcomes using problem based learning on the material of proclaiming the kingdom of God through the person Jesus, 3) To determine the efforts that can be made by Catholic Religious Education Teachers to overcome obstacles in improving student learning outcomes using the problem based learning model on the material of proclaiming the kingdom of God through the person of Jesus. The object of the research is that Problem Based Learning (PBL) assisted by audio visuals can improve student learning outcomes. The form of this research is classroom action research with a cyclical model, each cycle consists of four stages, namely, planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. At the observation stage, the researcher collects data by observing student activities guided by the Pancasila Student Profile rubric (P3) through the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model with audio visual assistance. The observation results from 13 students in Cycle I averaged 69.5%, and in Cycle II increased to an average of 82.13%. From this increase, it can be seen that it is 12.73% higher than before.

Abstract

Times are always changing, so education should be carried out in accordance with the demands of these changes. If education is not adapted to changing times, the results will be outdated. Graduates will not be able to adapt. The Merdeka Curriculum is a concrete example of how change and innovation in education seeks to answer future challenges. In the context of the Independent Curriculum, Catholic religious and ethical education in Indonesia focuses on developing religious understanding, moral values ​​and Catholic spirituality for students. The Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes six Pancasila student profiles. And in this classroom action research, the researcher focuses on the dimensions of critical reasoning. The problem is that educators are accustomed to using the lecture method, so that students are less actively involved in the learning process. Based on the problem conditions above, educators can provide learning experiences by designing Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning models. The aim of the research is to find out how the use of the PBL model in improving critical reasoning on the material of the Church as the People of God and the nature of the One Church contributes to improving the learning outcomes of students in class XI AKL 1 SMK PL Tarcisius Semarang. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and improve learning outcomes for Catholic Religious Education on Church Social Teaching material. This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK) developed by Hopkins. This research was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The research subjects were 24 students in class XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Sintang. The data collection instruments used in this research were test questions, observation guidelines, and questionnaires. The data obtained is presented in quantitative and qualitative descriptive form. The learning outcomes examined in this research include three dimensions, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor. The results of the research in cycle I showed that student learning outcomes improved. Based on data analysis, the increase in learning outcomes in cycle I in the academic aspect was 30.33%, the attitude aspect was 16.67%, and the skills aspect was 66.67%. The results of the research in cycle II indicated an increase in student learning outcomes. Based on data analysis, the increase in learning outcomes in cycle II in the academic aspect was 45.84%, the attitude aspect was 83.33%, and the skills aspect was 91.67%. This learning model's implication is that students can become more sensitive to social problems in everyday life and learn to solve them based on Christian ethics and morals.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve the activities and learning outcomes of Catholic religious education and character with the aim of learning to understand Jesus who taught forgiveness and called sinners and Jesus obeyed God, so that they are able to realize their faith in everyday life through the Discovery Learning learning model. This research is classroom action research involving 32 fifth grade students at Santa Lusia Siborongborong Private Elementary School in the 2023/2024 academic year. Actions are carried out in two learning cycles. Data was collected using observation guidelines, formative assessments in each cycle, and analyzed descriptively. The results of the research showed that in cycle I the average percentage of student learning activities was 80% with classical completeness of cognitive learning outcomes obtained at 96.77%, with an average learning outcome score of 84. In cycle II the average percentage of student learning activities was 90.63% with classical completeness of cognitive learning outcomes of 93%, with an average learning outcome score of 100. Thus, the application of the Discovery Learning learning model can increase student activity and learning outcomes.

Abstract

. Education problems in Indonesia cover various aspects that influence the quality and effectiveness of learning. Some of these problems include irrelevant curricula, variations in the quality of teacher teaching, shortage of qualified teachers, inadequate educational facilities, less interactive learning methods, emphasis on standardized tests, limited technology in learning, unequal online access, and inadequate parental involvement. limited. Improvement efforts have been made through curriculum development, teacher training, facility improvements, use of interactive learning methods, holistic assessment, technology integration, and overcoming inequalities in access. The government has innovated by introducing the Independent Curriculum as an educational approach that is more contextual, interactive and student-centered. However, research shows that student learning outcomes in the material "Humans are Autonomous Creatures" with the topic "Being Critical of Mass Media, Ideology and Lifestyle in Catholic Religious Education" are still not optimal. To overcome this problem, this research implements the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model using Student Worksheets (LKPD) as a tool. The objectives of this research are (1) To find out how to increase the dimensions of critical thinking through the PBL model for phase E class students. X in the material "Be Critical and Responsible for the Mass Media, Ideology, and Lifestyle Today" at SMAN 1 Palangkaraya. Answers to Mass Media, Ideology and Current Lifestyles" at SMAN 1 Palangkaraya. (3) Knowing the increase in learning outcomes that are influenced by critical thinking skills through the PBL model for students in phase E class 1 Palangkaraya. The type of research used is qualitative classroom action research with a descriptive approach. Data is collected through tests and observations, and analyzed through data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model with the help of E-LKPD is effective in improving learning outcomes and students' critical thinking abilities in autonomous human beings in class X SMAN 1 Palangkaraya.

Abstract

The situation of educational success in Indonesia is a complex issue and can be seen from various points of view. In some aspects, there has been progress, but there are still many challenges that need to be overcome. In order to advance quality education in Indonesia, the government has implemented a curriculum development policy, namely the Independent Learning Curriculum. The Independent Learning Curriculum is a curriculum with diverse intracurricular learning, where the content presented to students will be more optimal with the aim that students will have enough time to explore concepts and strengthen competencies. The Merdeka Curriculum also uses a project basis to strengthen the achievement of the Pancasila student profile. This project was developed based on a certain theme determined by the government. The Pancasila Student Profile is formed by six main dimensions, namely: Faith, noble character, and devotion to God Almighty, Independence, Cooperation, Global diversity, Critical reasoning, Creative. However, various challenges are experienced by educational practitioners in implementing this independent curriculum. One of them is regarding the use of learning models. Using the right method will influence the learning process and learning outcomes. One of them is the problem based learning model. This learning model is problem-based and learning orientation is a learning approach that focuses on students. In this model, the teacher acts as a facilitator or guide, who helps students to develop deeper understanding and relevant skills by motivating, stimulating questions, and supporting meaningful learning experiences. The aim of this research is to implement the Problem Based Learning model assisted by audio-visual media in class II Phase A of St. Catholic Elementary School. Maria III Malang can improve learning outcomes and collaborative attitudes of students; increasing the collaborative attitude of students using the Problem Based Learning model assisted by audio-visual media in class II Phase A of St, Maria III Catholic Elementary School, Malang; and the target of achieving student learning outcomes can be successful by using the Problem Based Learning model assisted by audio-visual media in class II Phase A of St. Maria III Catholic Elementary School, Malang. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data reduction by selecting raw data into information, data presentation, namely presenting data in the form of descriptions, graphs, tables and drawing conclusions by making conclusions from research results that refer to the problem formulation. The use of the Problem Based Learning model is effective in helping to improve learning outcomes and the collaborative spirit of students on the material on the Holy Family of Nazareth and Jesus presented in the Temple of God, at Santa Maria III Catholic Elementary School, Malang.

This classroom action research was motivated by students' low learning motivation. Based on the data presented, there were 10 students in class 4. 4 students achieved scores above the completeness criteria, and 6 students obtained scores below the completeness criteria. set. This data shows that students' understanding of the material I Am a Unique Personality is still low. As a formulation of the problem in this research, is the PBL method of learning Catholic Religion able to increase the learning motivation of grade 4 students at SD Negeri 25 GonisRabu, Sekadau Hilir District, Sekadau Regency. The aim of this research is to increase the learning motivation of grade 4 students at SD Negeri 25 Gonis Rabu. This research uses the PBL method. Education is a conscious effort to develop all aspects of human life which include knowledge, values ​​and attitudes as well as skills. Within the SD Negeri 25 Gonis Rabu environment, efforts are made for students to develop optimally both in terms of intellectual and personality... However, in reality, Catholic Religious Education is sometimes lacking. attention from students. This is because the methods used by teachers and also the lack of facilities used to convey the material make students bored. Learning motivation is the overall driving force within students that gives rise to learning activities, which ensures the continuity of learning activities that provide direction so that the desired goals can be achieved. Abstract

The problem addressed in this study is how the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can enhance students' learning achievement in the subject of Catholic Education, specifically focusing on the material of the 10 Commandments as a Guideline for Life for fourth-grade students at Dorong Public Elementary School. The aim of this research is to improve the learning achievement of Catholic Education regarding the 10 Commandments as a Guideline for Life, where students' learning achievement is measured through the final comprehension test results on the material of the 10 Commandments as a Guideline for Life with a target of 70% mastery. This research adopts a quantitative approach, involving numerical data. The research process encompasses planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data presentation is done in the form of descriptions, graphs, tables, and conclusion drawing. The research results indicate a continuous improvement in students' learning achievement across each cycle phase. In the pre-cycle phase, the average student score was 53 with a passing percentage of 17%. In cycle I, students' learning achievement began to improve with an average score of 72 and a passing percentage of 67%. Finally, in cycle II, students' learning achievement further increased, resulting in an average score of 90 and a passing percentage of 100%. Therefore, it can be concluded that students' learning achievement has shown improvement from the pre-cycle phase, cycle I, to cycle II
