Abstract

Projects in the construction industry are temporary activities that last for a limited period of time, with certain resource allocations and aim to carry out tasks whose targets have been clearly outlined. In connection with this, a project planning method is needed which is expected to coordinate various activities in a job so that the project can be completed within the specified timeframe. The purpose of this research is to plan the most appropriate time, optimize the use of labor for each work item and find out the obstacles faced in the implementation of the Soklat Bridge Heavy Rehabilitation & Reconstruction project. The method that can be used in overcoming problems in time and manpower planning is to use the Crash Program, and use CPM (critical path method) or commonly known as Network Planning Diagram. This method is made to get the normal project life and the critical path that clarifies what activities will be shortened. From the results of the crash program experiment for 3 (three) times, the shortest work duration was 220 calendar days, namely the 3rd crash program.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the road in Kalimantan Gorontalo City using the 1997 MKJI method. The data taken were primary data and secondary data. The Kalimantan road section is categorized as a busy road with traffic. This is because Kalimantan road is a commercial road where there are schools, settlements, cafes, supermarkets, and markets. It is known that the length of the Kalimantan road is 786.13 m, the type of road is a two-lane two-way (2/2 UD), there is no median, there is no sidewalk, there are road shoulders of approximately 0.8 - 1 m and there are drainage channels of each size. -each different. Primary data was obtained by direct observation at the research location, namely to determine the volume of vehicles, capacity, and the value of the degree of saturation. Secondary data provides data on population, road maps, and the number of vehicles in the city of Gorontalo. The time of research in the field was carried out for 3 days, namely from 14:00 – 20:00 WITA. Based on the results of traffic flow performance analysis, the maximum traffic volume calculation results occurred on Monday at 16:30 – 17:30 WITA, which was 1903.1 vehicles/hour. The value of the degree of saturation is 0.79. So the level of service on the Kalimantan road is included in category D, where the traffic flow condition is stable, the traffic speed is around 45 km/hour. The Kalimantan road section is said to be still feasible and only a few minor changes are needed, such as the need to make a sign prohibiting vehicle parking on the side of the road, especially for the shopping / stall / market area.

Abstract

The Research objectives are to achieve the foundation support capacity of the wells by referring to the sample of sondir data research conducted by the UNG laboratory. It is located in Moodu village, East city district, Gorontalo city. The research method used quantitative methods by recalculating the burden that can be borne by the foundation of the well.the soil conditions in Gorontalo Province, especially Gorontalo, are of clay type soil. In this study, the secondary data was take from quantitative methods where the relevant agencies concern to the form of sondir data. To process it, the writer uses 2 analytical equations to calculate the bearing capacity of the well foundation. Through put processing, it will get some results that usefull as a reference for the construction of the building. Then, it makes the results are more accurate. Based on the evaluation results, the construction of this building at point 1 with a depth of 2.80 m and a diameter of 1.20 m is 209.67 tons - 219.23 tons, while at point 2 with a depth of 2.80 m and a diameter of 1.20 m is 186.79 tons - 198.23 tons.

Abstract

This study aims to design and design a youth training center and children's education at Bethel Indonesia church in Gorontalo City using a psychological architectural approach. Each of these Christian denominations has its own church. One of them in the province of Gorontalo is the Indonesian Bethel Church (GBI), a Protestant Christian church group or synod in Indonesia. As a place of worship, Bethel Church Indonesia (GBI) needs physical facilities that can accommodate all the congregation's worship activities that require peace in achieving solemn worship with God and can accommodate other spiritual activities of all age groups including youth and children designing a youth training center and the education of Bethel church children can become a forum for the needs of Christians in Gorontalo district. The location of the Bethel Indonesia church's youth and education training center, Gorontalo district, is on Jl. Idris Dunggio, Kayu Merah village, Limboto sub-district, with an area of ​​±4.3 ha. The site has several potential advantages, including the location of the site adjacent to Christian worship facilities, Limboto towers of majesty park, government center, education center and residents' homes. Emphasizing the relationship between user behavior and the environment while in a building will create beauty in a work, focusing on aspects of human psychology in architecture that affect vision: Shape of space, Lighting and Color.

Abstract

This design aims to make a design for drug rehabilitation parlors in Gorontalo Province. This research is located at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Tombulilato Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. This study using an organic architectural approach that emphasizes the principles of nature. Through this approach, the comfort of temperature and fresh air are important aspects in choosing an organic architectural approach. This design is by the design standards for rehabilitation buildings, such as safety, comfort, health, and beauty. Based on the design results, the design location is in Huluduatamo Village, Suwawa District, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. The design objects in this study include recreational aspects, educational aspects, therapeutic aspects, and conservation aspects. The determining factors themselves, consisting of achievement and transportation system, physical site conditions, surrounding environmental conditions, facilities and utilities, and site area. Meanwhile, the concept of building design uses a rational method, with a two-story building structure, with a reinforced concrete construction structure system with iron and concrete rods. As well as, the selection of adequate facilities and utilities in the rehabilitation process. The design of this final project "Drug Rehabilitation Center" is based on the needs of the region because of the increasing drug trafficking in each region. So that the goal can be realized to create a design for the Rehabilitation of Drug Victims following its function and characteristics. With the rampant circulation of these goods, there needs to be attention from the provincial government of Gorontalo, namely by building a Rehabilitation Center to socialize the dangers of drugs and cure addicts from dependence on these prohibited items.

Abstract

Land is an important requirement for the life of living things, especially for humans. Increasing the new land use due to resident activities will fill the empty space and shift existing activities resulting in changes in land use. Bumi Tlogosari housing is one of the housing areas in Pedurungan District, Semarang City, which has now developed into a densely populated housing area. The high population then causes an increase in activities carried out in housing. The existence of trading activities as a road side obstacle actually has an impact on the level of service (LOS). Analysis of road service levels resulted in criteria A, B and C. In the morning both roads are classified as classification A (Current Flow, Low Volume, High Speed). In the afternoon on Jalan Tlogosari 1 classified as C classification (Stable Flow, Speed influenced by traffic, Suitable Volume) and B classification (Stable Flow, Limited Speed, Suitable Volume) on Jalan Tlogosari Raya 2.

Abstract

Construction of toll roads can be a generator in the development of Semarang City. It can be seen from the indications of an increase in population, and an increase in built-up land. A significant increase in the number of residents was in Tembalang District, namely 76,856 people. The expansion of built-up land is starting to be seen clearly in the city of Semarang, one of which is Bulusan Village and Tembalang Village which are located in Tembalang District. The development that took place in the Kelurahan was in the form of settlements (clean and slums) and trade and services and began to move rapidly since there was access to the Tembalang toll gate in the Tembalang Sub-District. In addition, there is a main driving factor for this increase, namely the difference between the Undip campus which is in the Tembalang Village. This study aims to identify how far the impact caused by the existence of toll gates in Tembalang Village from the spatial aspect in the form of residential land use (clean and slum). In achieving this goal, a spatial analysis of changes in land use was carried out from 1998 to 2018. Spatial urban development can be identified using land use data extracted from multitemporal Landsat imagery (Landsat 5 TM 1998, Landsat 7 ETM+ years, Landsat 7 ETM+ years 2003, Landsat 7 ETM+ in 2008, Landsat 7 ETM+ in 2013, Landsat 8 OLI in 2018). The results of the classification of land use show that the overall development of the city of Semarang leads to the east and south, the sub-districts with the number of built-up land growth are Tembalang, Banyumanik, Ngaliyan, Genuk, and Pedurungan. Then it was lowered again until the sub-district unit in Tembalang District saw an increase in built-up land in Tembalang and Bulusan Districts, both of which are the main gates using toll road access from the Tembalang Toll Gate.

Abstract

The airport in Gorontalo is known as Djalaludin Airport which was taken from an Indonesian Air Force pilot who was the best son of Indonesia from the Gorontalo area, namely Lt. Col. Pnb Djalaluddin Tantu who was declared dead during the Dwikora operation in Malaysia. Before becoming Djalaludin Airport in 1974, initially this airport was named Tolotio Airport since it was founded in 1955 because of its location in Tolotio village, Tibawa district, Gorontalo regency. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the Djalaluddin airport terminal is feasible for the development of the terminal area of ​​​​the number of passengers. Data from the site survey and the results of the analysis of space requirements calculations with sources: (Airport Passenger Terminal, SKEP 347/XII/1999 (ICAO Annex 9 Reference on Facilities). The results show that Djalaluddin Airport is still feasible to accommodate passengers at this time. With Comparison of the actual area of ​​6122 m2 and the theoretical 5270 m2. And the results of the regression analysis show that in 2032 it was obtained 722,440 passengers. The actual area of ​​the Djalaludin airport terminal is 6032 m2, so it needs to be redeveloped so that it can accommodate the number of passengers in the coming year.

Abstract

This research want to analize The design of the Gorontalo City Public Library using the Smart Building Approach is a building design process with the function of being an educational, informative, and recreational facility located on Jl.Achmad Nadjamudin, Kota Tengah District, Gorontalo City. The selection of Kota Tengah District as the location for this design was based on the function and designation of strategic areas in accordance with the designated functions of the area, one of which is the education area which is closely related to the provision of libraries, which have been regulated and stipulated in the Gorontalo City Spatial Planning. Based on the data obtained from the research results, the provision of library facilities is one of the important factors in advancing the world of education in Gorontalo City. Libraries provide a variety of information, reading, recreational and commercial areas whose use is more open to all people using the Smart Building approach. As the recommendation, it is need to use Smart Building as an approach to design with advances in science and technology, intended to create a library in Gorontalo City, with a Smart building appearance supported by modern technology applied to building elements, attractive, and provide convenience to users. It is displayed on building facades, landscapes, utility systems, security and telecommunications systems, structures and building materials. The library development is also a solution to improve the culture of reading and obtaining information.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Timbong, Central Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency, Central Sulawesi. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the suitability of vertical alignment planning based on current traffic conditions using Bina Marga guidelines No.038/TBM?1997. Based on the evaluation results with vehicle data, the ideal lane and shoulder width according to the determination of the roadway and shoulder widths is 6.0m and 1.0m. Meanwhile, the results of the evaluation of the design speed, based on the equation that has been determined for the stopping sight distance with the design speed of 28, 83m to 35.61m. and by looking at the results of the actual measurement of the width of the lane in the vertical alignment it fits even beyond the predetermined ideal width of 6.40m but does not yet have a shoulder, a slope value of 10% is not in accordance with the rules, namely a maximum of 9% but is still categorized as safe. Therefore, there must be additional traffic signs on the Timbong village road, Central Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency because of the 10% slope, this is so that road users are more careful to anticipate accidents even though the road is still categorized as safe.
