Abstract

Information and technology center design as a place to communicate and interact with various SKPD/offices, information and technology development centers and shopping centers that aim to build social interaction between communities. The design of the information and technology center is carried out by applying the Smart Building approach. The Smart Building design concept is the utilization of natural energy and artificial energy. Energy efficiency in lighting and ventilation systems using the latest technological materials, which refer to structures, sensor systems and digitization. The design location is in Ampana City because it is the capital of the Tojo Una-una Regency, besides that it has an amazing and sustainable beach view. While the site is on Jl. Ahmad Yani, Dondo, Ampana Kota District, because it is very strategic according to the characteristics of this area. The shape of the Information and Technology Center in Tojo Una-Una Regency takes the Smart Building concept. Buildings that use smart building principles with a modern appearance are adapted to the building materials used and the responsibility of smart building materials to the local climate conditions.

Abstract

The city of Gorontalo is an area that has the potential to develop and compete with other regions, one of which is in terms of development in the field of transportation, especially regarding land transportation. The road is a means of transportation that is very important for human survival. On several roads in Gorontalo the ability to walk is still very limited, one of which is on Jalan Prof. Dr. H. Aloe Saboe Gorontalo City (precisely on the Moodu market road section where every Monday there is always a weekly market which causes congestion on the road, considering that Monday is a busy day. That's why the author took the research title "Traffic Congestion Analysis in Jalan Prof. Dr. H. Aloe Saboe, City of Gorontalo (Case study of the Pasar Moodu road section). To find out the side barriers and the level of road service on Jalan Prof. Dr. H. Aloe Saboe, primary data and secondary data are needed. The primary data needed are traffic volume data, road geometric data, side friction survey and instantaneous speed survey, while the secondary data needed is population data in the city of Gorontalo. Based on the results of the analysis, the free flow speed is obtained on the Prof. Dr. H road section. .Aloe Saboe worth 29.48 km/hour, rated capacity of 1930.1 pcu/hour, side resistance of 421 events/hour included in the category of sed side resistance ang(M), and the level of road service is in category B, which means that the flow is still stable with moderate traffic volume and speed is starting to be limited by traffic conditions, low density and internal traffic barriers have not affected speed.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk menganalisis kinerja lalu lintas pada kondisi eksisting di Jalan Letjen S. Parman. Berdasarkan data kendaraan Volume lalu lintas maksimum atau jam puncak kepadatan kendaraan terjadi pada hari Senin pukul 15.00 – 16.00 Wita sebesar 485.6 smp/jam, sedangkan kapasitas diperoleh 2805,75 smp/jam. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kapasitas tersebut masih lebih besar dari pada volume lalu lintas maksimum yang terjadi. perhitungan nilai kapsitas ( C = 2805,75 smp/jam) maka kemampuan untuk menampung arus atau volume lalu lintas di ruas Jl. Letjen S. Parman masih termasuk dalam kategori C, dimana kondisi arus stabil, kecepatan lalu lintas sekitar lebih besar atau kurang dari 65 km/jam, volume lalu lintas sekitar 50% dari kapasitas (1400 smp/jam/lajur). Kondisi lalu lintas, faktor ini meliputi ganguan samping dari badan jalan termasuk banyaknya kendaraan yang menunggu penumpang yang berhenti di ruas jalan tersebut, dan adanya kendaraan yang keluar masuk dari lahan parkir pertokoan yang dapat menyebabkan kemacetan.

Abstract

The use of software is important in the process of planning and structural analysis, specifically the ETABS software. However, the use of software needs to be based on technical concepts and considerations so that technical execution can be carried out in accordance with expectations and targets, for example regarding the selection of the type of support. There are 2 types of supports, namely pin supports and pin supports. These two supports will be the comparison variables with the 4-storey reinforced concrete building modeling system. The analysis was carried out by applying static loads and spectrum response earthquake loads. From this analysis, a comparative study was obtained with a focus on the vibration period of the structure and the magnitude of support reaction values. The bearing reaction in the Z direction on the pin supports is found to be greater than the fixed supports but does not have a moment value so this is very practical for the benefit of substructure design.

Abstract

Bencana adalah peristiwa atau rangkaian peristiwa yang mengancam dan mengganggu kehidupan dan penghidupan masyarakat yang disebabkan baik oleh faktor alam dan/atau faktor non alam maupun faktor manusia sehingga menimbulkan korban jiwa manusia, kerusakan lingkungan, kerugian harta benda dan dampak psikologis. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya penanggulangan sebelum, selama dan setelah kejadian agar tidak ada korban jiwa, harta benda dan psikis yang lebih besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi ancaman yang ada, keragaman sosial ekonomi dan mekanisme pelaksanaan pembangunan daerah serta tantangan tersendiri dalam penanggulangan bencana melalui pendekatan dan metode kualitatif. Dari hasil FGD, prioritas bencana yang tertuang dalam dokumen KRB perlu ditambahkan penanggulangan bencana untuk bencana yang terjadi seperti gelombang ekstrim dan abrasi serta gempa bumi dimana terdapat wilayah Kabupaten yang dilalui jalur patahan/ patahan. pemerintah harus menyusun Rencana Penanggulangan Bencana. Hal ini sebagai upaya agar penanggulangan bencana menjadi lebih komprehensif, terpadu dan terencana

Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk yang lebih tinggi di Provinsi Gorontalo berdampak pada meningkatnya tingkat konsumsi masyarakat dan aktivitas lainnya. Hal ini tentunya akan berdampak pada peningkatan volume limbah/limbah yang dihasilkan yang lebih dikenal dengan limbah domestik. Lindi adalah air yang terbentuk di tempat pembuangan sampah. Air ini melarutkan banyak senyawa dalam limbah sehingga memiliki kandungan pencemar yang sangat tinggi, terutama bahan organik. Lindi akan terbentuk jika ada air dari luar yang meresap ke dalam timbunan sampah (misalnya air permukaan, air hujan, air tanah atau sumber lainnya), kemudian mengisi rongga-rongga di dalam sampah, dan bila kapasitasnya telah melebihi kapasitas tekanan air sampah, kemudian cairan akan keluar dan mengekstraksi bahan organik dan anorganik yang dihasilkan dari proses fisika, kimia dan biologi yang terjadi pada limbah. Kualitas lindi biasanya banyak mengandung bahan organik sehingga jika tidak diolah dengan baik akan mencemari air tanah dan air permukaan. Kualitas lindi akan tergantung pada beberapa hal seperti variasi dan proporsi komponen sampah yang ditimbun, curah hujan dan musim, umur timbunan, pola operasional, dan waktu pengambilan sampel.

Abstract

Culinary has become a part of the socio-economic life of the people in the city of Gorontalo. Immigrants who are visiting the city of Gorontalo are mostly definitely looking for places to eat that are in great demand by the public. While in Gorontalo City, culinary is also the biggest destination for Gorontalo residents who migrate to other places. Culinary tours such as traditional street food and modern food are starting to line up a lot along the streets of Gorontalo city. However, Gorontalo City has 3 problems in the tourism sector, especially in its culinary tourism potential. The first problem is the lack of complete facilities and good quality infrastructure at street food locations in Gorontalo City for both sellers and buyers. In other words, the location and layout of street food in Gorontalo City is still random and not neatly organized. The second problem is that tourism promotion is still not maximal in highlighting Gorontalo's special food and drinks or efforts to introduce traditional flavors of street food in a unique way are still very minimal. In addition, there is a lack of effective coordination between tourism associations and the local government in paying attention to the location of street food businesses in Gorontalo City. Therefore, improvements in various aspects must be made to improve the development of traditional street food places in the city of Gorontalo like other regions in Indonesia and other countries which can be used as examples of success in realizing culinary tourism with the theme of traditional food as regional icons that can help in increasing regional economy and preserving cultural heritage in the form of typical food and drink from the area.

Abstract

The research location was carried out in Suwawa District, Bone Bolango Regency using calculations so that this research was quantitative in nature. Based on the research results, normal domestic and non-domestic water needs in Ulanta Village, Bube Village and Bulodawa Village for the next few years (until 2020) are found to be 44.143 liters/second or 0.044 m3/second, while the maximum daily need for clean water is 0.086 m3/second, for peak hour demand in 2020 (5 year projection) it is found to be 0.131 m3/second. The availability of water in the Ulanta River in Suwawa District, calculated using the main discharge Q, is 1,917 m3/second. The relationship between water demand and water availability in the Ulanta river is still sufficient to meet normal water needs and the maximum water requirements required are 0.075 m3/sec < 1.917 m3/sec and 0.086 m3/sec < 1.917 m3/sec. Meanwhile, peak hour water demand is still sufficient with water availability, namely 0.131 m3/second < 1.917 m3/second. After carrying out this research, the researcher suggested that in future research to take more into account the stability of water flow which is a basic need for society, more specifically for the people of Suwawa District

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the need for raw water in North Isimu Village for the next 25 years from 2011 - 2035 and also to determine the capacity of the Monggolomo Embung in fulfilling raw water in North Isimu Village in 2011 - 2035. This research uses a literature study method which is part from qualitative research. Literature study is to collect data related to concepts, approaches, procedures and research data analysis. The literature in the research comes from literature in the form of books, scientific journals and documents from agencies, namely the River Region Office and the Gorontalo Regency BPS Office. The research results show population projections for 25 years (2011 - 2035) using the base year (2009/2010) and analysis of raw water needs for residents of Isimu Utara Village, Tibawa District shows that the greater the population, the greater the amount of raw water needed. The projected population in 2034 is 3038 people with water needs of 7,595 m³/day for an average calculation of 60 liters/jia/day. Monggolomo Reservoir can be sufficient to meet the raw water needs of North Isimu Village until 2035. Addressing the fulfillment of raw water/clean water in North Isimu Village, which mostly uses dug wells and river water, both for drinking water purposes. So it is necessary to develop the use of the Monggolomo Reservoir as a source of clean water for the residents of North Isimu and its surroundings.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the estimated magnitude of the increase in clean water demand and the service level of the Limboto Unit PDAM until 2020, as well as to evaluate the distribution of water loss levels in the Limboto City SPAM clean water network. The research method used is a case study by analyzing and evaluating the required data, including data on the number of residents, number of customers and data on the production and distribution of PDAM Limboto Unit water for the last 5 years. This research is divided into several activity stages, namely: projection of the number of consumers and amount of clean water usage, analysis of needs and level of clean water services until 2020 and evaluation of the distribution of water loss levels in PDAM Limboto City. The research results show that PDAM's water distribution capacity in 2020 to serve customer needs according to the estimated population is 229.55 lt/s out of a total number of consumers of 88,146 people. Service coverage in 2011 in Limboto City has reached 78.01%. The level of water loss that occurs in the Limboto City SPAM clean water supply system is estimated for the distribution network on average at 9.80% and for the transmission network on average at 25.94%. According to the results of the analysis and evaluation, activities are needed to increase the capacity of the transmission network and production system in stages of 40-80 liters/second, adding reservoirs, adding and replacing pipes and meters in line with the increasing number of customers and the need for clean water until 2020.
