Abstract

Indonesia, as the country with the largest Muslim population, has great potential in developing Islamic philanthropy, particularly through the stock waqf instrument. Stock waqf allows sharia stocks to be managed to generate dividends or capital gains, which are then distributed to social programs. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital stock waqf management through MotionTrade by PT MNC Sekuritas, as well as to identify the challenges and opportunities in its implementation. The research method used is qualitative, with a field approach for data collection using semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation at PT MNC Sekuritas Surabaya and waqf institutions such as BWI and RZI. The research results show that through the MotionTrade application, donation management is carried out based on the POAC principles (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) in accordance with sharia, with transparency and professionalism through the philanthropic features of MotionTrade. Collaboration with trusted nazhir institutions such as BWI, RZI, and BAZNAS ensures that the donations are properly targeted, covering assistance for Gaza, orphans, healthcare services, qurban (animal sacrifice), and scholarships. However, there are still challenges such as digital literacy, resource management, and continuously evolving regulations. With proper management and cross-institutional support, stock waqf and digital philanthropic donations through MotionTrade have the potential to become strategic instruments for improving the welfare of the Muslim community in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pada masa kepengurusan sebelumnya, BUMDes Teluk Bakau belum berjalan secara maksimal, sehingga belum dapat memberikan sumbangan terhadap PADes. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bentuk inovasi yang diterapkan oleh BUMDes Teluk Bakau dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini mengacu pada teori inovasi yang dikemukakan oleh Geoff Mulgan dan David Albury (2003), serta menggunakan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Informan penelitian ini mencakup unsur Pemerintah Desa, Direktur BUMDes “Bina Sejahtera”, BPD, Tokoh Masyarakat, serta pihak ketiga (kemitraan) yang diperlukan untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait BUMDes dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat desa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Inovasi produk, yang dijalankan oleh BUMDes berhasil menciptakan dan mengembangkan produk baru yang memanfaatkan potensi lokal, menciptakan peluang kerja dan membantu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat desa. (2) Inovasi proses, Pemerintah Desa memberikan dukungan berupa pelatihan kepada pengurus BUMDes untuk memperkuat kemampuan dalam mengelola unit usaha, menerapkan surat perjanjian yang sebelumnya tidak ada. (3) Inovasi metode pelayanan, pada inovasi ini BUMDes hanya melakukan optimalisasi terkait komunikasi antara BUMDes dengan masyarakat. (4) Inovasi strategi kebijakan, sejauh ini BUMDes tidak ada inovasi baru terkait strategi kebijakan, hanya menekankan keterbukaan dan keterlibatan masyarakat melalui pelaksanaan rapat monitorng dan evaluasi setiap tiga bulan sekali, pendekatan ini berperan penting dalam membangun kepercayaan masyarakat. (5) Inovasi sistem, BUMDes mampu membangun kemitraan dengan berbagai pihak eksternal. Inovasi ini merupakan inovasi baru. Kemitraan ini mencerminkan kapasitas BUMDes dalam memperluas jaringan kerja, meningkatkan pendapatan unit usaha, serta membuka peluang ekonomi terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study uses the library research qualitative method to examine the effectiveness of economic incentives in encouraging the conservation of natural resources (SDA) as well as mitigating environmental damage in a sustainable manner. The background of this study is driven by the increasing environmental degradation due to uncontrolled exploitation of natural resources, which is often oriented towards short-term profits without regard for ecological sustainability and community welfare. In this context, economic incentives are seen as a strategic policy instrument that is able to influence the behavior of business actors and society towards a more environmentally friendly and socially responsible activity pattern. Various forms of economic incentives were discussed including green subsidies, environmental taxes, payment for environmental services (PES) schemes, and ecolabel certification. These instruments are considered to be able to internalize the external costs of environmental damage into economic calculations, thereby providing pressure and motivation for business actors to implement more sustainable and innovative practices. Based on a review of academic literature, scientific journals, as well as national and international policies, it was found that the implementation of economic incentives has proven to be effective in increasing environmental awareness and encouraging green innovation significantly. However, the effectiveness of its implementation is highly dependent on the quality of policy governance, the level of transparency, regulatory clarity, and the active involvement of local communities. Without adequate oversight, incentives have the potential to be abused or not achieve their intended goals. Therefore, the design of economic incentive policies must be fair, measurable, and prepared with a participatory approach and based on empirical data. This study concludes that economic incentives not only function as a financial mechanism, but also as an instrument of behavior change, economic culture, and environmental innovation towards sustainability.

Abstract

The quality of service towards customer satisfaction in the automotive industry of Toyota car transportation in Indonesia is growing rapidly from year to year, especially in big cities in Indonesia this car is very much needed. The market conditions that are becoming wider and market opportunities are everywhere, this results in increasingly open and tight competition competing to be able to meet the needs and demands required by customers, customer satisfaction is a level where the estimated product performance is in accordance with the buyer's expectations and one of the ways of PT Astra International Tbk - TSO Auto2000 Salemba Branch to maintain the quality of service to customers. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is a method for measuring customer satisfaction based on attributes to be measured such as compliance, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The purpose of the study is to improve the performance of service, facilities and customer handling of PT Astra International Tbk - TSO Auto2000 Salemba Branch. The overall level of customer satisfaction is in the good category with a CSI value of around 97%, indicating that customers are satisfied with the services provided by PT Astra International Tbk - TSO Auto2000 Salemba Branch. The factors that most influence customer satisfaction are the quality of staff service, including intimidation and speed of service.

Ha3 is accepted, then there is a positive influence and significance between the variables of Mastery of Entrepreneurship Subjects And There is an influence of Mastery of Entrepreneurship Courses (X1) and Parent Support (X2) on Entrepreneurial Interest Entrepreneurship Subject Mastery (X1) and Parental Support (X2) on Entrepreneurial Interest (Y) in semester 6 economic education students of STKIP PGRI.
