Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze effective communication strategies used in distance education and their impact on the success of the learning process. The research method in this study used literature. The results of the literature review revealed that two-way communication between educators and students supports a more dynamic and interactive learning environment, which increases students' understanding of the material and motivation. The importance of educators providing timely and relevant feedback is a key factor in improving students' abilities as well as providing emotional support. Educator training in the use of digital communication tools is recognized as a prerequisite for the implementation of effective communication strategies. The study concludes that the development of educators' digital competencies and the availability of adequate technological resources are factors that support the achievement of communication effectiveness in distance education. Implications for educational practice include recommendations for the development of educator training programs, the integration of communication tools in learning platforms, and the formulation of policies that support the use of technologies that are innovative and responsive to student needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of electronic books on reading behavior and reading comprehension in senior high school students. Education has undergone a significant transformation in the era of information technology such as the emergence of electronic books. This change will certainly affect students' reading culture which includes reading behavior and reading comprehension. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results showed that students felt the ease of access, flexibility, and interactivity in using electronic books, thus encouraging them to use electronic books to support their academic needs. The findings of this study are the influence of electronic books on reading behavior and reading comprehension in high school students in the form of increased interest and good learning outcomes. The challenges that need to be overcome in order to maximize the potential of electronic books in high school learning are to ensure that students remain actively and critically engaged in the reading process, as well as to maintain students' focus and concentration when faced with electronic books.

Abstract

Student problems are obstacles experienced by students in their efforts to study each subject studied at school or things that can result in failure in their learning progress. Teachers play an important role in helping students overcome learning problems, improving student achievement and learning outcomes as a reference for teachers in teaching so that they can become better materials for students in facing and overcoming student learning problems, and for schools contributing important information that is good for schools in order to improve teaching and learning process of Islamic Religious Education. How to overcome The results of this article show that: (1) Choose the right PAI learning method, so that students do not get bored and fed up with PAI subjects, especially reading and memorizing the Al-Qur'an. (2) Use of varied media, whether sourced from print, electronic media and so on, to support the learning process. (3) Always provide motivation to students after completing learning activities and strengthen the enthusiasm in their souls so that the students are happy with the teacher and their brains become receptive to lessons.

Abstract

The development of digital intelligence in education is an area that continues to receive academic and practical attention amid rapid technological advances. This research aims to analyze and synthesize the results of recent studies on digital intelligence implementation strategies in the school environment and the challenges faced. By using the literature research method in accordance with the theory of the research context. The results show that unequal access to technological resources, deficiencies in educator training on educational technology, and disparities in digital skills among teachers are the main challenges in integrating digital intelligence in schools. Our findings also emphasize the need for strong technology infrastructure development, comprehensive teacher training programs, and collaborative learning initiatives among teachers to overcome these barriers.

Abstract

This study examines bullying behaviors and their psychological impact on victims in Muhammadiyah elementary schools. Bullying is defined as intentional or unintentional acts of violence, either verbal or physical, carried out by individuals or groups. The research methodology used is a qualitative case study. Data was collected from teachers, principals, and students who were victims of bullying (primary data) as well as journals and books (secondary data). Data collection techniques included interviews and observations. The results of the study showed that two types of bullying occur, namely physical bullying and verbal bullying. The psychological impacts of bullying on victims include decreased self-confidence, anxiety about the surrounding environment, trauma and reluctance to make friends again, embarrassment, speaking softly, and avoiding eye contact, anger that peaks when bad treatment is continuously received. This study is expected to provide a better understanding of bullying and its impact on the psychological well-being of victims, as well as assist in efforts to prevent and combat bullying in schools.
