Abstract

Capital markets play a significant role in enhancing a country's economic development, as well as national development. The millennial generation is expected to be the leader of growth in the economic field. This research uses quantitative methodology with the Partial Least Square Technique approach to test data instruments. The sample size was determined using Hair's formula. The research findings show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on millennials' investment interest, while perceived returns and technological advances have no significant effect on millennials' investment interest. The results of this study can be utilized by agencies and the government can work with the financial industry to help millennials understand investment work and help millennials understand financial concepts.

Abstract

Indonesia is ranked as the second largest plastic waste producing country in the world. Plastic waste is decomposed within 1 millennium or around 1000 years. Plastic waste has a negative impact on the environment, such as accumulation of rubbish, resulting in environmental pollution. Anticipatory and preventive steps are needed to overcome this problem. One of the right strategies is. We should apply the 3Rs, namely Reduce, Reuse and Recycle in dealing with plastic waste. Management of waste products, if managed well, will have an impact on the community's economy. The problem of this research is how the financial management carried out by Kenanga UMKM is based on ecobricks, a review of sharia financial management and what are the efforts and obstacles of Kenanga UMKM in improving the ecobrick-based economic welfare of its members. This research is research with a qualitative approach with 6 research respondents and the sampling technique uses saturated samples. The data collection technique uses observation, documents and interviews with primary sources, namely the Kenanga UMKM Unit, and secondary source data, namely documents. This research shows that financial management still uses manual and simple recording and is recapped every Saturday. The Kenanga Unit UMKM management is in business development/efforts to improve the welfare of its members.

Abstract

This study examined the effects of auction fees, state receivables management costs, and state property management costs on the realization of non-tax state revenue at the State Asset Service Office and Medan Auction from 2019 to 2021. The Medan KPKNL Performance Achievement Report, which contains the Budget Report and Realization of PNBP for the 2019–2021 year and has a total population of 36, is the population in this research. Due to the large population in this study being relatively small (limited), the sample was chosen using the saturation or census sampling approach. To characterize each variable in this study, this form of research employs a descriptive quantitative technique utilizing secondary data. The Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 25 will process the data. The data analysis method used in this study employs multiple linear regression analysis tests, a coefficient of determination test, a partial hypothesis test (t-test), and a simultaneous test (F test) with a significance level of 0.05. Each variable is stated to have a positive and significant effect on Non-Tax State Revenue based on the results of data analysis tests that have partially been conducted on Auction Fees, Administrative costs for managing state receivables, and Management of state property, and the consequences of research simultaneously stated that all independent variables have an effect positive and significant to PNBP simultaneously with the test results of the coefficient of determination showing in 72.1%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effect of profitability, independent board of commissioners composition and managerial ownership on earnings management. This study uses data analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis. Partial research results show that profitability has no effect and is not significant on earnings management. The composition of the independent board of commissioners also has no influence and is not significant on earnings management. Managerial ownership has no effect and is not significant on profitability.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of financing policies for MSMEs by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) based on national economic recovery objectives and determine whether or not the national economic recovery objectives have been achieved. This research uses normative-empirical research methods. This research examines primary data, namely the results of interviews with parties related to the distribution of MSME financing, then examines secondary data consisting of primary legal material, secondary legal material and tertiary legal material. Research data collection methods are carried out through books, journals and articles and interviews related to the problems being researched. The type of research approach used is a qualitative research approach with descriptive presentation. The data collected is analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this research are the implementation of financing policies for UMKM by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Kuala Simpang during the COVID-19 pandemic in the form of margin subsidies as regulated in Minister of Finance Regulation Number 138/PMK.05/2020 concerning Procedures for Providing Interest/Subsidies Margin in order to support the implementation of the National Economic Recovery Program and restructuring policy stimulus as regulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK. 03/2020 concerning National Economic Stimulus as a Countercyclical Policy for the Impact of the Spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 has been implemented in accordance with Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking and the Fatwa issued by DSN-MUI.
