Abstract

The problem that occurs is that there is no decision support system method to determine the selection of the best honorary employees in the Lampung Provincial Cooperative and MSME Office. The decision support system for selecting the best honorary employees uses the VIKOR method (visekriterijumsko kompromisno rangiranje) case study of the Cooperatives and MSMEs Office of Lampung Province. Design of decision support system for selecting the best honorary employees using the VIKOR method (visekriterijumsko kompromisno rangiranje) case study of the Cooperatives and MSMEs Office of Lampung Province using extreme programming methods which have stages, namely planning, design, coding, and testing. The ranking results use the VIKOR method in the decision support system for the Best Honorary Employee, the VIKOR method recommends Honorary Employee 5 as a candidate for Honorary Employee 5 with a VIKOR index value of 0.045 and get a rank of 1.

Abstract

A sales information system is an infrastructure specifically designed to manage and support the sales process of a company. This research aims to design a sales information system by applying the Scrum method so as to accelerate the sales information system design process. The Scrum method in modeling goods sales information systems also promotes close collaboration between development teams, stakeholders, and end users. Through regular meetings such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, and Sprint Review, teams can openly communicate about project progress, obstacles faced, and changing needs that may arise. The results of black-box testing show results of 100% in accordance with the goods sales information system, providing an overview of the readiness of the system to meet the functional and performance requirements that have been set.

Abstract

The performance of administrative staff is very important in maintaining the smooth operation of an organization. The quality of the performance of administrative staff has a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of various departments in the organization. The ability to manage high workloads, maintain information confidentiality, and interact with various parties, including internal and external employees, are important aspects in assessing the quality of administrative staff performance. This study aims to assess the performance of administrative staff by applying the Weighted Product and Centroid Order Rank methods so that it can be a foundation for leaders in assessing the performance of administrative staff. The results of the alternative ranking for rank 1 with a value of 0.1755 were obtained by an alternative on behalf of Haris, rank 2 with a value of 0.1711 was obtained by an alternative on behalf of Yuni, rank 3 with a value of 0.1710 was obtained by an alternative on behalf of Andini.

Abstract

The determination of scholarship recipients is a very important process in supporting the development of individual potential and the empowerment of human resources. This decision not only focuses on academic achievement, but also considers other aspects that reflect leadership values, social contributions, and economic needs. This study aims to apply the SMART method and the Reciprocal Rank weighting method in producing a decision to determine scholarship recipients at SMP XYZ. Weighting using Reciprocal Rank (RR) involves determining the relative weights for each criterion in decision making, and the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) can enrich and enhance the assessment process. The final result of ranking scholarship recipients with the integration of the Reciprocal Rank (RR) weighting method and Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) showed rank 1 with a SMART final score of 0.752 obtained for alternative Student C, 2nd place with a SMART final grade of 0.679 obtained for alternative Student A, 3rd place with a final SMART score of 0.665 obtained for alternative Student B.

Abstract

Employee performance evaluation is an important process in human resource management that aims to assess the achievement, progress, and contribution of an employee to organizational goals. The problem that occurs in employee performance evaluation is that there is no method used in evaluating employee performance, but in the evaluation of performance appraisal carried out there are already criteria used for employee performance appraisal. This study uses the Grey Relational Analysis method in evaluating employee performance appraisals and the Entropy method for weighting criteria. The results of employee performance rank 1 with a final GRA value of 0.1638 was obtained by Kusnanto employees, rank 2 with a final GRA value of 0.1546 was obtained by Hariawan employees, rank 3 with a final GRA value of 0.1502 was obtained by Yoseph employees.

Abstract

In cash loan credit service companies, the determination of creditworthiness to consumers is carried out by the credit analyst. The Credit Analyst Department is required to work quickly and thoroughly in the selection of the number of incoming credit applications so that it does not rule out the possibility of miscalculations, misreading data, and so on. This study aims to apply the SAW method in determining credit consumers who are eligible for credit loans. There are 4 criteria used, namely Personality, Ability, Credit Guarantee, and Economic Conditions. In determining the eligibility of credit, 2 comparative values are used, namely the eligibility criteria (value 60) and the current criteria (value 100). Consumers are declared eligible for cash credit loans if the calculation of the preference value is more than 60. According to the calculation results in 10 alternative data, 7 consumers were obtained who were eligible for cash loan loans and 3 consumers who were rejected because their preference values did not meet the threshold value.

Abstract

The selection of candidates for school committee chairman is an important process in maintaining the smooth management of the school. The role of the committee chairman is vital in coordinating committee activities, communicating with school stakeholders, and making strategic decisions. Key problems in selecting school committee chairmen can include objectivity in the selection process, lack of transparency in selection criteria, lack of participation from all relevant parties, and the potential for subjective preferences or biases in selecting candidates for school committee chair. The research objective of using the decision support system with the WASPAS method in the selection of candidates for school committee chairman is to provide a structured and measurable framework in selecting the most suitable candidate for school committee chair, as well as to integrate various criteria relevant to the role and responsibilities of school committee chairs and provide more objective and measurable decisions based on careful data analysis. The WASPAS method will help in solving complex problems in the selection of candidates for school committee chairman by integrating various relevant criteria and providing objective values based on the weights set by users. The use of the WASPAS method can provide strong support in the decision-making process that has an impact on selecting candidates for school committee chairman who are optimal and in accordance with the needs and goals of the school.

Abstract

Building refurbishment is a process that involves restoring, maintaining, or improving the physical condition of a building so that it can function optimally and safely. The purpose of building refurbishment is to extend the service life of the building, improve user comfort and safety, and maintain the aesthetic value and investment value of the property. One common problem is the inability of contractors to complete projects according to the expected standards or within the set time limit. In addition, lack of transparency in bidding, unexpected additional costs, and lack of communication between the building owner and the contractor can also be obstacles. The combination of ROC and COPRAS weighting methods allows users to benefit from both approaches. ROC provides flexibility in determining the weight of criteria based on user preferences, while COPRAS makes it possible to handle the complexity of the relationship between criteria and alternatives. By combining the two, users can optimize the decision-making process by taking into account various relevant aspects in the evaluation of alternatives. This provides a solid foundation for assessing the relative performance of each alternative comprehensively and efficiently. The results of recommendations in the selection of building repair construction services ranked first with a value of 100% obtained by PT BPS construction services, ranked second with a value of 93.63% obtained by PT HRB construction services, ranked third with a value of 93.68% obtained by PT SKL construction services. Based on these results, it becomes a recommendation for companies to make more informed and precise decisions in selecting construction services for building repair projects.

Abstract

The design of a digital library information system involves creating a framework and infrastructure that enables efficient management and access of library information through digital platforms. Problems that are often faced by libraries are related to challenges in keeping up with the development of information technology, as well as facing competition with digital information sources available online. This stage of design includes identifying user needs, mapping library business processes, selecting appropriate technologies, and developing intuitive interfaces for users. In addition, the design also includes a database structure for storing collection information, integration with library management systems, and the implementation of features such as search, borrowing, returning, and user account management. With careful design, digital library information systems can improve the accessibility and quality of library services for users as a whole. The results of system testing using blackbox testing show results of 100% that the system has successfully passed all well. This indicates that the system has met all established functional specifications, provided appropriate responses to various inputs, and met quality standards and user needs. This conclusion provides confidence that the system is ready for implementation and use by end users, with a high level of reliability and minimal risk of errors.

Abstract

Employee performance Incentive is an additional income given to employees as a form of appreciation for their contribution and performance in achieving company goals, this Incentive can be given based on the results of performance evaluations conducted by the company. The problem in determining employee incentives is the unclarity of performance evaluation criteria which can result in unfairness in determining the amount of incentives for each individual. In addition, if the incentive system cannot accurately consider individual contributions, it can hurt employees who work hard and are innovative but do not get the recognition they deserve, and potentially increase turnover rates in the company. Application of the Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) Method in employee performance appraisal involves several steps. First, determine the relevant performance appraisal criteria. Next, use the GRA method to calculate the level of relationship between each employee's performance and predetermined criteria. By using GRA, it can determine the relative performance rating of each employee based on the level of conformity or relation to the criteria set. The final results of the employee ranking showed the results of the first rank with a GRG value of 3.4881 obtained by YSF Employees, the second rank with a GRG value of 3.1667 obtained by MD Employees, the third rank with a GRG value of 2.5238 obtained by PMB Employees. This result becomes a recommendation for companies in determining employee incentives using a decision support system model.
