The selection of outstanding teachers is an important process in the education system to recognize and reward the dedication and outstanding contributions of educators. Problems in the selection of outstanding teachers include unclear selection criteria, subjectivity in assessment, limited resources, and fairness and transparency in the selection process. One of the main problems is the inconsistent or inadequate definition of criteria, which can result in unclarity in determining who is worthy of being an outstanding teacher. This study aims to select outstanding teachers by applying a combination of SWARA and SMART methods in the assessment process of outstanding teachers, so that the tone of application of this method can help the school in determining outstanding teachers. The ranking results show that rank 1 was obtained on behalf of Teacher HS with a value of 0.77105, rank 2 was obtained on behalf of Teacher IA with a value of 0.76975, and rank 3 was obtained on behalf of Teacher HSR with a value of 0.73025.

Determining the location for a new café involves careful and strategic considerations to ensure the success of the business. Geographical aspects such as local population, demographics, and level of competition in the area are the main factors considered. The combination of careful analysis of geographical factors, markets, as well as branding and business concepts, will help in determining the optimal location to open a successful new café. This study aims to provide recommendations for new café locations by applying a decision support system model, namely the reciprocal rank method to determine the weight of criteria and MABAC to assess the location of new cafes so that it will produce ranking recommendations for new locations. The application of reciprocal rank and MABAC methods in determining the location of new businesses gets the final results and provides recommendations for rank 1 with a final value of 0.4792 obtained by Location A, rank 2 with a final value of 0.2552 obtained by Location T, and rank 3 with a final value of 0.1512 obtained by Location D.

Goods sales information system is an important infrastructure for companies to manage and track all sales transactions of their goods efficiently. One common problem is the system's inability to handle high transaction volumes quickly and efficiently, especially during busy sales periods. This study aims to create a website-based goods sales information system by applying agile methods in design so that it can overcome existing problems and accelerate when there is a change process in design. In modeling a website-based goods sales information system using the Agile method, the result is the development of a system that is more adaptive and responsive to changing business and user needs. The Agile method allows for gradual system development, focusing on delivering features that have high added value in each iteration. The results of blackbox testing show that the website-based goods sales system reflects a high success rate, reaching 100%. This indicates that the system has successfully passed a series of functionality, security, compatibility, and performance tests without finding significant defects or errors.

Analysis of company satisfaction with supplier services is a critical step in maintaining a sustainable relationship between the company and its suppliers. Problems experienced in customer service satisfaction there is no model that can assess company satisfaction in terms of service from suppliers. Thus, the analysis of company satisfaction with supplier services is not only an evaluation instrument, but also an important strategy in achieving competitive advantage through effective and sustainable supply chain management. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of company satisfaction with supplier services by applying the ARAS method which will produce a decision in the form of a final ranking of company assessment data on supplier services. The final ranking results show satisfaction with the highest supplier service obtained by the name of the Berkah Sejahtera supplier with a final value of 0.9384 getting rank 1, then the name of the Harmoni supplier with a final value of 0.9359 getting rank 2, then the name of the supplier Indah Karya with a final value of 0.9106 getting rank 3.

The best employees are individuals who not only have exceptional expertise in their work, but also stand out in their attitude, dedication, and engagement towards the job and the company. One of the problems that often arises in the selection of the best employees is the lack of congruence between the skills possessed and the lack of transparency and communication in the best employee appraisal process to understand what is expected by the company. This study aims to select the best employees by applying a combination of the SWARA method for determining the weight of criteria and the GRA method for selecting the best employees based on the data from the assessment results that have been carried out. The final score ranking results recommend for the best employee 1 with a final score of 0.1799 on behalf of Desi Puspasari, the best employee 2 with a final value of 0.1147 on behalf of M. Budianto, and the best employee 3 with a final score of 0.1082 on behalf of Akhmadi.

The admission of English teachers in private schools is an important process in ensuring the quality of education in the institution. This process involves several stages, from the announcement of job vacancies to the selection of candidates who match the established criteria. Problems in the recruitment of English teachers, namely a selection process that lacks transparency or inadequate evaluation tools, can also be an obstacle. Therefore, addressing the problem of English teacher recruitment requires a holistic approach that pays attention to various aspects, including the development of effective recruitment strategies, the provision of training to improve candidate qualifications, and the improvement of the overall selection process. The research objective of applying the LOPCOW (Logarithmic Percentage Change-Driven Objective) Weighting and MAUT (Multi-Attribute Utility Theory) method is to provide a comprehensive and effective framework in the selection process, where LOPCOW is used to analyze objective data related to teacher performance and qualifications, while MAUT is used to integrate the subjective preferences of stakeholders such as principals and school committees in decision making. Thus, the main objective is to optimize the admission process of English teachers by considering these two aspects holistically. The ranking results show that the final results of English teacher admissions recommend the first rank with a final score of 0.7421 obtained by HR Teacher Candidates. This result is the application of the LOPCOW and MAUT methods in the selection process for English teacher admission, and becomes a recommendation for the English teacher admission process.

Salesperson is an important part in a company that is responsible for selling products or services to potential customers. A salesperson's job is not only limited to selling, but also includes building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. The best salespeople are those who have a combination of strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the product or service they sell, and a dedication to providing the best service to customers. One of the main problems in choosing the best salesperson is finding a balance between technical skills and interpersonal skills. While having a solid knowledge of the products or services they sell is crucial, the ability to communicate effectively and build good relationships with customers is also crucial. The Preference Selection Index (PSI) method is an approach that allows evaluation and ranking of alternatives based on preferences relative to established criteria. The PSI method of selecting the best sales can be used to evaluate sales performance based on a number of predetermined criteria. By applying the PSI method, this study seeks to provide a more systematic and structured approach in assessing and selecting the best sales, which is expected to produce more accurate and objective recommendations. The ranking results show, for the first rank with a final PSI value of 0.912 obtained by Sales GS, the second rank with a final PSI value of 0.901 obtained by Sales HR, the third rank with a final PSI value of 0.888 obtained by Sales YP.

Problems that often occur related to school exams include the risk of cheating in exams, the problem of cheating in exams is a significant challenge in the education system. Cheating can take many forms, from cheating, communicating with fellow students during exams, to using tools that are not allowed. This can be detrimental to students studying hard and create inequities in assessment. The online exam information system is a digital platform that allows the implementation of online exams using information and communication technology. Through this system, students can access and take exams from anywhere with an internet connection, reducing geographical and time limitations. The system also facilitates efficient examination management for educational institutions. In the test results black box testing shows results obtained by 100% for the online exam system, each feature tested has passed all planned test scenarios successfully. These results provide confidence that the online examination system has been comprehensively tested and is ready to be used with high quality, increasing user confidence in using the platform for evaluation and assessment purposes.

Employee leave is a right given to employees to take free time or vacation without reducing salary or wages. This leave is important to maintain the health and well-being of employees, as well as to ensure that employees can feel valued and given the opportunity to live free time or vacation. Prioritizing employee leave is often a challenge, especially when there are many leave applications submitted simultaneously. The purpose of this study is to develop a system or model that can assist managers or human resources departments in making more informed and structured decisions regarding the provision of leave to employees. Using entropy and SMART weighting methods, this study helps to assess and give weight to the criteria that influence the priority of granting leave. The ranking results showed results, namely rank 1 in the provision of employee leave with a value of 0.8449 obtained by Employee 6, rank 2 in the provision of employee leave with a value of 0.8061 obtained by Employee 1, rank 3 in the provision of employee leave with a value of 0.5442 obtained by Employee 2, rank 4 in the provision of employee leave with a value of 0.465 obtained by Employee 3 and Employee 5, and 4th place in the provision of employee leave with a value of 0.0581 obtained by Employee 4. The results of this ranking become a recommendation for companies in setting leave priorities for existing employees, thus assisting company stakeholders in making decisions based on the results of recommendations carefully.

Outstanding students are those who stand out in various academic as well as non-academic aspects. They not only have high achievements in terms of grades or exams, but also show dedication and perseverance in pursuing their interests and talents. One of the problems in the selection of outstanding students is the potential for bias and injustice. Non-transparent assessment processes or unclear criteria can lead to inequalities in opportunities for students to be recognized for their achievements. This study aims to develop a recommendation system that can assist schools or educational institutions in identifying and supporting outstanding students effectively, based on a structured and measurable approach using PIPRECIA weighting methods and WSM (Weighted Sum Model). In determining outstanding students, the use of a combination of PIPRECIA and WSM weighting methods can be an effective approach. The first step is to use the PIPRECIA method to establish the relative priorities of various assessment criteria. Once the weight of the criteria is established, WSM is used to assess each student based on the criteria that have been identified. The results of the ranking of outstanding students showed that students on behalf of Yulistio with a WSM score of 50.163 got 1st place, then students on behalf of Annisa with a WSM score of 49.95 got 2nd place, and finally students on behalf of Ferdian with a WSM score of 49.039 got 3rd place.
