<![CDATA[Sunan Abi Daud is one of the books of hadith mu'tabarah which is the main foundation for Muslims in referring to the traditions of the Prophet. But this book, like the other hadith books, requires an explanation so that the meaning and the law can be understood well. Many scholars have tried to deliberate and explain the laws of their traditions, starting from classical times to modern times, among them is the book of shari'a known as nama AUN AL MA'BÛD ‘ALA SYARH SUNAN ABI DAUD. In this study, the author applies the reseach library method by making the book ‘AUN AL MA'BÛD‘ ALA SYARH SUNAN ABI DAUD as the main book of research objects and supported by various other sources. The problem in this study is to reveal the identity of the author of this book, the background of the writing of this book, and the method used by the author in directing this book. From the research, it was found that the identity of the author of this book was two religious scholars from India who were motivated by Syams al-Haq's desire for his brother Syarf al-Haq to write a simple book of the Sunan Abi Daud which had no length. And the method used by Syarf al-Haq in counseling this book is the simple and simple method of shar tahlli]]>

<![CDATA[The research is titled “Analyses of Crisis Communication Strategy of Humasda PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PERSERO) Operation Area 2 Bandung (Descriptive Study in Case of Evacuation Land in West Station)”, as for the problem are the concept of crisis processing, the crisis communication strategy, the effort in cope with crisis, PR role when the crisis held by Humasda PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operational Area (Daop) 2 Bandung in solve the crisis that caused by evacuation land in west station. This research used case study qualitative research method of case study along with descriptive exposure. The data obtained through observation, interview, and documents. The main informant in this research is Staff of Humasda Expert PT. KAI Daop 2 Bandung, with the support informant are college student activist, and Kebon Jeruk citizen. Result of this research is crisis communication strategy held by Humasda PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operational Area 2 Bandung already implemented, start from the existence of strategy in cope with crisis, existence of crisis center, and strategy of good media communication. However, the weakness of crisis communication strategy implementation by Humasda PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operational Area 2 Bandung is not doing any direct communication event to the society who give a gap for a developing more crisis.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the reading interest of elementary school students 01 and the factors that influence the reading interest of elementary school 01. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were elementary school students 01. Data collection was carried out using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. Interest in reading elementary school students is still low. Based on the results of the study concluded that: reading interest of elementary school students 01 is still low. Judging from the level of student visits to the library that are rarely done. Students prefer to be in class, tell stories with friends, compared to reading books to the library. The low reading interest of students is due to students lacking feelings, attention to books and the benefits of reading, as well as motivation from themselves and from others (the environment). The factors that influence students' mint reading are factors: internal factors (feelings, attention and motivation). The steps taken are by giving motivation, continuous attention to elementary school students 01 and attention to increase reading interest. Factors that influence reading interest from outside consist of the role of teacher, environment, family and facilities. A teacher should use the theory or component of learning strategies as a learning principle so that the learning process can be accepted by students well and more easily. The existence of a library in the school, where the library is a learning resource that is expected to foster interest in reading for students, then it should be managed well, for example a more attractive library design and provide many picture books that can improve the student's motor skills.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the implementation of magical recitation at the Al-qur'an Rabbani foundation. Islamic society is a community that lives according to Islamic law. The Maghrib Mengaji Community Movement in Koto Tangah District in the last 3 years has not been effective. The availability of teaching staff and community participation in the Pengaji Maghrib Community Movement is one of the causes of the ineffectiveness of the implementation of the Maghrib Mengaji Community Movement. The purpose of the Maghrib Mengaji Community Movement activates Muslims to learn and read the Koran at sunset and make the religious community accustomed to reading the Qur'an and having a strong religious character in Koto Tangah District. From the results of the research analysis it can be concluded that the Maghrib Mengaji Community Movement is categorized as unsuccessful. This can be seen from the failure to achieve the desired goals and objectives, such as activating tahfiz houses and directing Muslims to study and read the Koran at maghrib and make religious and accustomed people to read Al-Quran and have strong religious character in Koto Tangah District. Factors that influence the success of the policy are found, namely: the availability of teaching staff and community participation.]]>

<![CDATA[Murtadha Muthahari was one of the greatest Muslim philosophers in the 20th century. Muthahari saw philosophy for him only as a tool and method in the practice of thought used to understand religion and as a basis for maintaining it. In this paper, the author tries to discuss Muthahari's thoughts on Tawheed and justice. In his mind, Muthahari always departed from the truth - the truth of religion, to then understand it, interpret it and defend it with philosophical arguments, in the sense that Muthahari was a philosophical theologian.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out the preparation of the preacher in packing messages and the impression of the tabligh in Nagari Pakan Rabaa, Koto District Parik Gadang Di Ateh, South Solok Regency, West Sumatra. The method used in this research is field research with a qualitative approach. The source of this research data is the Mubaligh and worshipers of the mosque and mushalla in the Pakan Rabaa kenagarian, and are supported by theories in books that are related to research problems. Data were analyzed by purposife sampling method, that is selecting samples from the population based on certain considerations, data were analyzed descriptively, analysis of data obtained through interviews and other written data would be linked to one another. From the research carried out, it was concluded that in general the preachers in Kenagarian Pakan Rabaa, Koto Subdistrict Parik Gadang in Ateh, Kabupaten Solok Selatan made preparations before going high and could be said to have fulfilled the ideal category. However, there are still deficiencies on some sides, such as the totality of the mubaligh in applying their tablighic material which is still considered minimal by worshipers, so that the impression of a tabligh message that has been built spontaneously becomes faded.]]>

<![CDATA[Motif and Impact of Early Marriage in Indarung Ngalau Batu Gadang.Penelitian is motivated by teenagers who married early on. Today, young men and women have a tendency to be less prepared to enter the home life, they are only ready to marry (ready here can be interpreted, maturity in terms of financial, understand what the meaning of marriage according to marriage law) is the bond of inner birth between a man and a woman as husband and wife for the purpose of forming a happy and eternal family (household) based on the Supreme Godhead while they are not ready to set up a home, whereas to build a household requires preparation both physically and spiritually . <![CDATA[Information and communication technology is the most important part of IAIN Batusangkar library. The development of e-library or digital library in IAIN Batusangkar library is a solution to overcome various phenomena such as individual phenomenon, the distance location, social environment demanding fast and accurate information needs without having to visit the library and data collection requirement that can be accessed at any time. Responding to this phenomenon, IAIN Batusangkar Library developed a computerized automation system directed to improve the service process to the user library with good quality and speed, as well as to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of library management. The approach used is internet-based visualization. Digital Library is built by using Zi-shof e-library application of e-campus model. In the Digital Library is available a variety of collection of books, theses, journals, and research reports. The development of E-Library can be accessed either by students or not through the campus application of IAIN Batusangkar with the access library port http: //pustaka.iainbatusangkar. It answered a challenge and an important goal for an institution to develope the library in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[Zakat, beside to the pillars of Islam and ritual-vertical worship, is a socialhorizontal worship. Because basically zakat is allowed to the ummah of Islam in order to strengthen the economics of Muslims. This matter can be seen from the cues of the meaning of zakat in the language of al-numuw (growing and developing). To relize it, zakat must be paid by muzakki in accordance to the system that has been established shari’a. Among the systems that have been neglected are the payer of zakat which is done through amil formed by the government. Because the zakat workers who are collected through amil then managed professionally will be able to make zakat as a power of potential economic for ummat economic empowerment. Based on the Law No. 38 of 1999 and revised into Law No. 23 of 2011, the Indonesian government has adopted a part of Islamic Shari'a about zakat. In the Law, it is stated that the institution which have authority to carry out the duty of the Country in the zakat management in Indonesia are the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) with each level and the National Amil Zakat Institute (LAZNAS).]]>

<![CDATA[This study is the students' perceptions about the teachers’ psychological sense of humor toward the learning motivation of grade VII SMPN 3 Batusangkar showed a positive relationship. There is a relationship between students' perceptions about the sense of humor with the learning motivation. This research is a correlation research that shows a positive relationship. The population of this study was the students of grade VII SMPN 3 Batusangkar which amounted to 214 people with the sample of the study amounted to 54 people taken with random sampling. The instrument in this research is questionnaire which Likert scale with four choices of answers consisting of: SS (Strongly agree, S (Agree), TS (Disagree), and STS (strongly disagree) The results of this study illustrates that there is a positive relationship of humor with the students motivation to learn who give a good impact in learning process with a pleasant situation and comfortable and not rigid so it can improve the spirit of student learning.]]>
