The data that has been collected is classified and then made into a code that answers the research questions. The answer to a research question is the results obtained and then reported into a research discussion. The manuscript resulting from this research also wants to be further developed as a form of academic reaction to the condition of KAN in several nagari based on the latest regional regulations, such as the dilemma of positioning the role of KAN which is feared to overlap with the role of the nagari government and also for education for the community in increasing policy on the position of the elements contained in the nagari, both government and non-government or elements of society.

Abstract

Teenagers, who should be the golden generation by increasing their knowledge and trying various things, have now become trapped in a superficial consumption of trends, sacrificing their potential for growth. This study aims to examine teenagers' perceptions of modern trends that contradict religious values in Yogyakarta. This research employs a qualitative approach using interviews and documentation techniques. The interview technique is used to gather accurate information from reliable informants, while documentation is employed to obtain data, knowledge, and accurate evidence. The findings indicated that today's teenagers are easily drawn into modern trends that contradict religious values. The main challenge faced by teenagers is the pressure to either follow trends or stay true to their beliefs, which can lead to disturbances in their mental or psychological health. However, this study also finds that some teenagers still firmly uphold and strengthen their faith, making them less susceptible to modern trends that conflict with Islamic religious values. Here, the role of Islam is significantly influential in shaping the character and morals of teenagers in this challenging era of globalization.

Abstract

The teaching of Arabic in madrasas suffers from vocabulary acquisition, especially among students who start learning the language after completing elementary schoolTraditional methods rely on memorization and have no contextualization, thus being unable to inspire students. With technological developments, digital learning media have been developed to further enhance the effectiveness of learning. This research covers the implementation of Canva-based vocabulary flashcards in Arabic teaching and learning activities at MTs. Darul Ulum Batuputih Sumenep, discussing whether or not its application has furthered vocabulary skill improvement in Arabic and mentioning constraints faced in implementation. The case study method adopts a qualitative design, and during data collection, observation, interview, and documentation were carried out, and during data analysis, an interactive analysis model was adapted from Miles and Huberman by looking for applicable patterns and data relationships. Results have shown that the Canva-based vocabulary flashcards significantly enhance the motivation and engagement of the students in understanding, retaining, and applying their vocabulary in speaking and writing. Moreover, teachers find this medium flexible and easy to adapt, despite challenges regarding limited technological access and teachers' digital competencies. Therefore, training and institutional policy support are essential for optimizing its implementation. Further research is recommended to explore the long-term impact of this digital tool on overall Arabic language proficiency.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between social structure and women's decision to work as farm laborers in Batipuah Baruah Village. In rural communities that rely heavily on the agricultural sector, women often face complex challenges in choosing their professions. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, involving in-depth interviews with women who work as farm laborers. The results indicate that although economic needs are the primary factor, women's decisions to enter the agricultural sector are also influenced by social structures, such as gender inequality, limited access to resources, social norms related to family roles, and geographical constraints that restrict employment opportunities. Additionally, women farm laborers in Batipuah Baruah Village demonstrate remarkable resilience and creativity in addressing various challenges, such as low wages and heavy workloads. This study concludes that social structures not only shape women's economic choices but also reinforce patterns of gender inequality in the workplace. Thus, changes in social structures are necessary to provide women with greater access to resources and equal employment opportunities.

Abstract

This study tries to analyze the effectiveness of the Think-Pair-Share strategy in improving the reading and writing skills of Arabic for the students of the eleventh grade at SMK Muhammadiyah 6 Donomulyo. TPS is a cooperative learning strategy where active learning by students is elicited through participation in learning. It is expected that with the strategy, students will raise their comprehension through discussion and interaction with their peers. With TPS, the activities of students in the learning process are expected to be improved. This research was conducted to determine the effect of TPS on student proficiency in the Arabic language. In descriptive qualitative data collection, observation analysis, interviews, and document analysis are used. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model involving stages of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Triangulation methods were also undertaken to validate the results of this research, thereby comparing sources of data and the methods of their collection. This enhances accuracy and credibility in findings. The approach allows for an in-depth understanding of the phenomena being studied. It was found that the reading and writing skills of the students drastically improve with the implementation of TPS. Before the strategy was carried out, only 35% of the students met or achieved the minimum competency standard for reading and 40% met it for writing. It rose to 83% and 90% for reading and writing, respectively, upon using TPS. The model favored enhancing student involvemen, interest, and understanding in learning. The findings will help in devising ways of teaching Arabic language and shall serve as a guide to the educators in implementing strategies that are cooperative in nature.

Abstract

Women's reproductive health rights mean the authority of a woman to obtain a healthy condition, whether physically healthy, psychologically healthy and socially healthy, which is related to her reproductive system and reproductive processes. Women's reproductive health rights have been regulated in many Indonesian laws, namely the 1945 Constitution, Article 28H, Law No. 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights (HAM), Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Law No. 17 of 2023 in conjunction with Law No. 36 of 2009 concerning Health, and Article 5 of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence. (PKDRT). Taking a closer look at women's reproductive health rights, especially in the tradition of consanguineous marriages that occur in Madura Islamic Boarding Schools, the law is considered to provide little guarantee regarding women's reproductive health rights. Therefore, this incident requires legal protection to safeguard and/or maintain society in order to achieve justice, because in essence the aim of the law is to achieve justice. Fulfilling justice for women in reproductive health rights is a form of realizing women's human rights (HAM). The research method used is empirical legal research; obtained from interviews and real behavior carried out through direct observation. Meanwhile, the approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the research found, firstly, that there is neglect of women's reproductive health rights in the consanguineous marriage tradition in Madura Islamic boarding schools, such as the right to choose a partner, secondly, the right to enjoy sexual relations, thirdly the right to determine pregnancy, fourthly the right to care for and care for children, and fifthly, limited access to information about women's reproductive health rights.
