Abstract

Sri Lanka has witnessed many examples of anti-Muslim sentiment and violence since the end of the civil war, especially in 2014 when an ethnic outbreak affected large numbers of people. Sinhala monks and Buddhists appear to have played an important role in covering it. Long wars and ethnonationalist ideology have resulted in a politico-religious shift related to “Buddhist extremism”, which engages in embracing and attacking Muslims. This study uses the "library research" method, whose main data includes: books, journals, articles, and references related to research. Sri Lankan Islamophobia and anti-Muslim sentiment manifests itself in several dimensions such as campaigns warning of Halal products in food, Muslim women's clothing (Burqa), slaughter of livestock in Muslim religious rituals, attacks on mosques and Muslim-owned businesses, and mandatory cremation. for all Sri Lankans regardless of religion at the time of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) outbreak, and the closure of Islamic schools.

Abstract

The library is one of the institutions that provides services, both traditional (borrowing and returning) and modern (digital). Therefore, the library is important to be able to provide the best service for users. In relation to the digital ecosystem and the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, where the library user model is a virtual community, libraries need to provide innovative services, one of which is the application of the concept of library automation and visitor experience. This paper aims to explain the concept of library automation and visitor experience and its application in libraries during the fourth industrial revolution. The method used to explain these objectives is a descriptive method with observational data collection methods and literature reviews using various scientific reference sources, both printed books and electronic books, articles, and news. The results of this paper show that the application of the concept of library automation and visitor experience in the library can be done in five ways. The first is understanding real customers from digital users; the second is rearranging the strategy from a traditional base to an experiential basis; the third is the latest management and service models; the fourth is individuals and work culture; and the fifth is being aware of human and ecological issues.

Abstract

During the pandemic it is not prohibited by the government and WHO. The public can still carry out activities procedurally. However, religious activities still hold. However, in the religious community they carry out in accordance with government recommendations. One of the activities that do not escape the characteristics of Muslims is the prayer assembly. The sholawat assembly is an activity carried out by a group of people who have such great love for the Prophet and God. The purpose of this study was to look at the views of the Anggaswangi village community, especially Youth Mosques on sholawat assembly activities during the pandemic. The method used is a qualitative research method, because researchers need to make an in-depth approach with the Anggaswangi village community in order to obtain data directly from informants. The theory used is the theory of social behavior from Max Weber. The theory explains that according to Weber, human individuals in society are creative actors and social reality is not a static tool of coercion of social facts. That is, human actions are not determined by norms, habits, values, and so on which are included in the concept of social facts. The initial assumption of this research is that the people of Anggaswangi village view religious activities as a form of love for God, but activities such as Majeliis Sholawat can also be used as activities to pray to God due to the situation during the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

Individuals and individuals who are members of an organization cannot achieve their goals and cannot even carry out their lives if they do not cooperate with other parties. Today, competition among companies in Indonesia is growing, especially in the sale of cars and spare parts. These symptoms can be seen from the price competition for cars and spare parts which vary greatly from one company to another, namely from low prices with standard quality to high prices with good quality. This is what makes a company compete to improve the quality of basic car materials and spare parts at prices that are affordable by the community. Negotiation is a process of interaction in an offer made by two or more parties, who want to achieve their respective interests and realize that in order to achieve all of their interests, they must relate to each other and direct each other's interests in order to achieve the benefit of all parties. Based on the background of the problem described above, the authors formulate the main problem as follows: "What is the role of communication in the process of buying and selling negotiations". Abstract

The Covid-19 virus is one type of infectious disease or infectious disease that emerged in Wuhan, China in December 2019. And began to spread in Indonesia in March 2021. The increasing number of positive cases and deaths due to Covid-19 has led the government to implement several policies, namely restrictions on Large-Scale Social Affairs (PSBB) and working from home. This policy has a very big impact on employers because they experience enormous losses so that company leaders carry out layoffs (layoffs) on a large scale or on a large scale. The impact of the termination of employment is felt directly by the workers concerned. And social changes began to occur in workers who were laid off (changes in religiosity), such as what happened in Dongos Village, Kedung District, Jepara Regency. This study aims to see the impact and influence factors of layoffs due to Covid-19 on the religious level of workers who were laid off and who were not laid off. The method used is a combined research approach (quantitative and qualitative), using a questionnaire and direct interviews. The results obtained indicate that layoffs due to Covid-19 affect the level of religiosity of laid-off workers. Moreover, there is a difference in the level of religiosity between workers who were laid off and those who were not. The factors that influence the impact of layoffs due to Covid-19 on the level of worker religiosity are 1) Ideological, 2) Ritualistic, 3) Expressive, and 4) Consequences
