Abstract

Permasalahan dalam skrips ini adalah bagaimana opini masyarakat Jorong Kubu Rajo tentang akhlak mahasiswa dalam pergaulan, opini masyarakat Jorong Kubu Rajo tentang akhlak mahasiswa dalam berkomunikasi dan opini masyarakat Jorong Kubu Rajo tentang akhlak mahasiswa dalam berpakaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu, penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian misalnya, perilaku, persepsi, motivasi, tindakan, secara holistik, dan dengan cara deskripsi dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa, pada suatu konteks khusus yang alamiyah dan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai metode alamiyah. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Miles & Huberman. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa citra mahasiswa IAIN Batusangkar khususnya pendatang dari luar Tanah Datar memiliki citra yang negatif menurut opini/pendapat masyarakat Jorong Kubu Rajo baik dari segi pergaulan, komunikasi, adab berpakaian.

Abstract

 Abstract: Community empowerment activities are one way to overcome the problems that exist in the community by instilling a culture of information literacy through the use of the regional library and Darul Hikmah Reading House. This study aims to find out the programs that are held by Darul Hikmah Regional Library and Reading House (RBDH in Tanah Datar District) by providing various services that can be utilized by the community. This research method uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. Research data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews and through literature studies. Research findings in the form of community empowerment programs such as group discussion activities, workshops, training, competitions, exhibitions and storytelling.Provision of reading material for the regional library management and RBDH related to the collection based on the needs of the surrounding community. Communities can use the library together to increase knowledge and enrich treasures.Keywords: Community Empowerment, Community Reading Gardens Cultural Information Literacy, Reading.Abstrak: Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan salah satu cara mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dalam masyarakat dengan menanamkan budaya literasi informasi melalui pemanfaatan perpustakaan daerah dan Rumah Baca Darul Hikmah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui program-program yang diselenggarakan perpustakaan daerah dan Rumah Baca Darul Hikmah (RBDH) di Kabupaten Tanah Datar dengan menyediakan berbagai layanan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan, interview mendalam serta melalui studi kepustakaan. Penemuan berupa program pemberdayaan masyarakat menjadi temuan yang dituangkan dalam kegiatan diskusi kelompok, workshop, pelatihan, perlombaan, pameran dan mendongeng. Penyediaan bahan bacaan pihak pengelola perpustakaan daerah dan RBDH berkaitan dengan koleksi berdasarkan kebutuhan masyarakat sekitarnya. Masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan perpustakaan secara bersama-sama untuk menambah ilmu pengetahuan dan memperkaya khasanah.Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan masyarakat, budaya literasi, taman bacaan masyarakat, membaca.

Abstract

Advertising today has become the most widely encountered anywhere in the mass media, and also has many fans. Advertising has become a media mainstay for producers to introduce their products and promote their products. Because it is undeniable that many ads can hypnotize audiences. Basically, advertising is a form of mass communication used by advertisers to deliver messages or information to the public through a particular medium (Suhandang, 2005). The messages contained in the ad had a remarkable influence on audiences to trigger the consumption of the product. Until the end of the product, not consciously aware of, has become part of consumers' lives. Television has become a part of a modern society that functions other than as a disseminator of information and entertainment, as well as a promotional tool products most powerful in herding the public mind the target audience is, to enter the trap through television advertising until in the end the audience was willing to spend pocket, just to follow what is being offered through a series of fantastic images that have been constructed meaning. Ads are part of the promotional mix, which is part of the 4Ps in the marketing mix of products that place, price and promotion. For advertising, promotion strategy serves as the main tool in creating awareness of the products and the state of mind of potential customers to take good purchasing decisions.Keywords : Advertsing, Television, Consumptive Behaviour

Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengkaji tayangan kartun Jungle Beat-Munki and Trunk season 4 episode 3 dengan menggunakan teori sistem nonverbal kategori kinesis dan proxemics sebagai acuan unit analisisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginterprestasikan makna pesan nonverbal dengan menggunakan metodologi  visual Gillian Rose dari sisi site of self dan site of production untuk menemukan makna pesan nonverbal dalam tayangan kartun Jungle Beat-Munki and Trunk season 4 episode 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigm kritis dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang memfokuskan pada adegan-adegan yang menggambarkan pesan  nonverbal dalam visualisasi kartun Jungle Beat-Munki and Trunk. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan jika makna pesan nonverbal yang ditunjukkan dalam kartun Jungle Beat-Munki and Trunk season 4 episode 3 juga tercermin dari masalah yang ada dikehidupan saat ini seperti berjuang, menghormati, bersungguh-sungguh, dan bersabar. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Nonverbal, Kinesis, Proxemis, Metodologi Visual  ABSTRACT This study seeks to examine the cartoon show “Jungle Beat-Munki and Trunk season 4 episode 3” by using nonverbal systems theory kinesis and proxemics categories as a reference unit of analysis. This study aims to interpret the meaning of nonverbal messages using Gillian Rose's visual methodology from the site of self and site of production side to find the meaning of nonverbal messages in the cartoon show “Jungle Beat-Munki and Trunk season 4 episode 3”. This study uses a critical paradigm with a qualitative approach which focuses on scenes that depict nonverbal messages in the cartoon visualization “Jungle Beat-Munki and Trunk”. The results of this study found that the meaning of nonverbal messages shown in the cartoon “Jungle Beat-Munki and Trunk season 4 episode 3” is also reflected in the problems that exist in life today such as struggling, respecting, being serious, and being patient.

Abstract

Batik is one of the cultural icons of Indonesia which is known by the whole world. Batik is the national identity of our nation, namely the manifestation of values that grow and develop in aspects of the life of a nation. The current phenomenon of the younger generation and adults no longer has a sense of interest and interest in indigenous Indonesian culture. Even worse, there are some groups who are apathetic to their own culture. Therefore, this study aims to look at the development of culture among Indonesian youth, by looking at the Young Generation's Perception of Batik. Methods This research uses qualitative methods which aim to be able to describe according to what the researchers in the field are studying. To obtain data using three ways, namely by observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques, namely the perception of students of FISIP, Riau University. The results of this study are positive perceptions of batik from FISIP UR students are loving batik not only because it is a legacy of wealth from their ancestors. Meanwhile, the negative perception regarding ibat is that batik is considered only an ancestral heritage

Abstract

The role of government public relations in the era of technological and information advancement is now no longer as a transmitter of information, but as a strategic element in supporting the successful implementation of government programs. Especially creating a reputation for good governance in the community. Therefore, the role of Public Relations Public Relations needs to be developed to be more proactive so that it is able to package information, oblique news that develops in the community and straighten it according to true, balanced and proportional facts so that people do not have bad perceptions about the government. The focus of the problem is the role of government public relations (Government Public Relations) in creating a good government reputation in the eyes of the community, as well as the objectives and functions of Government Public Relations (Government Public Relations) in creating a good government reputation in the eyes of the public. The research method uses literature study. Public Relations is designed based on serious research, planning and evaluation. The work process of Public Relations is a continuous circular process, and is a continuous process in the form of a spiral. In the implementation of the function of public relations or Public Relations requires, a variety of reliable expertise, people who can be trusted, supervision, coordination, attention to every detail and carried out in a professional manner. Public Relations must be able to master technical skills in disseminating information to achieve the goals that have been determined by the Public Relations. In this approach, Public Relations can use various communication channels, including interpersonal, public, group communication, mass media, both print and audio-visual and New Media.

Abstract

In the current reality, the decline in the value of income related to the UMKM sector, especially in food, has a negative impact. This can happen related to economic conditions, regulations issued by the government such as PSBB, or other terms PPKM. Of course, this can make people more selective in buying food outside the home. This phenomenon indirectly interferes with the sustainability of UMKM in the food sector, due to the tendency of prospective consumers to be more selective in order. Of course, business owners are encouraged to maintain their business, especially midwives, by looking at new possibilities and business models, instilling a "New Normal" method for sustainability, and maintaining the existence of their business. The purpose of this study is to look at the role of integrated marketing communications for UMKM in maintaining its existence during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using the Literature Review method.

Abstract

This research raised about the effect Organizational Communication Climatic of CISRAL’s Library Performance at the University of Padjadjaran, and also tells about every point of the indicator: trust, participatory decision making, openness in communication, listening in communication up to and think about the goals of high-performance. This research use survey descriptive and quantitative survey explanatory with path analysis which is used to determine the influence of the independent variable of organizational communication climate dimensions (X) with the confidence indicator, participatory decision making, openness in communication, listening in communication up to and think about goals high performance to the performance of the library (Y). Based on the results of this study can be concluded the discussion of organizational communication climate influence directly and indirectly to the performance of the library at the University of Padjadjaran CISRAL.

Abstract

The city of Pekanbaru is a strategic area where the population is increasing and becoming a metropolitan city. The rapid development of Pekanbaru City is also reflected in the rapid growth of businesses in various places, with various business sectors. One of the most prominent efforts is the business in the culinary field. Almost in every corner of the culinary business available in the city of Pekanbaru with a variety of culinary choices. The great desire of culinary entrepreneurs in the city of Pekanbaru in carrying out their business, maintaining, developing to become bigger and then reaching the peak. In this case, three culinary ventures in Pekanbaru, namely Martabak Djoeragan, Mini Chef and Waroenk Baper, require marketing communication in the introduction of their culinary business to the community, not only as an introduction but also to maintain the existence of their business. This study uses quality methods. The results of this study indicate that the clinical marketing communication of the clinicians in Pekanbaru Kta through advertising activities, sales promotion activities, public relations and public relations activities, personal sales activities, direct marketing activities, event activities and experiences. Besides marketing communication is also associated with brand equity, which is seen from brand awareness and response to the brand. The use of New Media is very important in maintaining, introducing, and developing its business.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of librarians in managing libraries during the corona virus pandemic. The corona epidemic is an epidemic of globalization that cripples all access to services, including library services. Library services are a central aspect that will support the dissemination of the latest information related to the corona virus while maintaining the health and safety of readers through new innovations in the role of librarians in open access libraries. This research is a library research or library research that utilizes all journal literature related to librarian pran in developing pandemic service through online services and maximizing the librarian's function and role as an information management center. The results showed that many libraries have closed due to the epidemic, but many libraries have also opened online services so that online and offline visitor data is not too significant. It seems that the government provides more innovative means to support the innovative thinking of librarians in order to create online services that are more optimal, safe, healthy and environmentally friendly.
