Abstract

The aims of this research are the urgency of implementing the Discovery Learning Learning Model in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at North Sangatta 1 Vocational School, what is the Process of Implementing the Discovery Learning Learning Model in Increasing Student Activities in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at North Sangatta 1 State Vocational School, and how to have a positive impact on students by implementing the Discovery Learning Learning Model in Islamic Religious Education Subjects. This research uses qualitative methods. Type of field research, where to obtain accurate data the researcher comes directly to the research location, namely SMK Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara, using a qualitative research approach. In this research, researchers used data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation with descriptive techniques. In analyzing this data, the author uses data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The findings of this research are (1) the discovery learning model is very good at helping students easily understand the subject matter. (2) In the process of implementing the learning model using the discovery learning learning model using lesson plans as a reference, of course there are three parts, the first is the introductory part consisting of (orientation, apperception, motivation, and providing references), the second is the core part where the application of the discovery learning model is included in This section consists of (stimulation, problem statement, questions/problem identification, data collection, data management, proof and drawing conclusions). (3) The positive impact on students from the application of the discovery learning model in Islamic Religious Education subjects is: Can improve students' ability to solve problems, Encourages active involvement of students, and this Learning Model prepares students for independent learning.

Abstract

Koa game is one of the activities carried out by Minang men that still exists today. Generally, Koa games are played by four people in pairs (Mandan) in a sitting position and facing each other. In the Koa game, there is a game concept called Baradaik. Koa Baradaik is a form of game based on normative ethics applied in each game. This paper aims to discuss the meaning in the game Koa Baradaik and its correlation to social life. The method used in this paper is a qualitative research method of analysis with an ethnographic approach. The data type consists of primary data and secondary data with data sources consisting of field observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using normative ethical theory. The results of the study stated that the Koa Baradaik game is a game that adopts the Minangkabau philosophy which aims to bind and prevent deviant behavior by each individual. In addition, Koa baradaik gives birth to functions consisting of (1). Means of thought (2). Koa baradaik becomes a cultural identity in the form of games that contain normative ethics.(3). Koa Baradaik as a means of forming social interaction.

Abstract

This paper discusses the kutau martial ritual in the people of Suro Village, Muara Beliti District, Musi Rawas Regency. Kutau is one of the ancestral heritage where there are rituals in practice that are carried out. Kutau is in the form of a traditional martial art that developed within the people of Suro Village. Using a qualitative approach, the purpose of this study was to find out the forms of rituals in kutau self-defense and the functions of the kutau rituals in the Suro community. Research data was collected from observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained was then analyzed using a ritual approach by Victor Turner and function by Talcot Parsons. The results of the study show that the kutau martial arts ritual is a communication medium for the kutau group and the ancestors who inherited the kutau knowledge, which is related to the beliefs of the Suro people. The sustainability of kutau is due to the achievement of the latency function of the kutau group, so that the system built is able to survive and adapt in society.

Abstract

The PKBM Bina Mandiri Cipageran package B equality education program has a superior program, namely the skills program. This business is a form of empowerment process for young people who are the forerunners of the nation's successors, especially in the demographic bonus era which requires young people to have competence as capital in the world of business and the world of work. The research we discuss is more about how to manage skills programs combined with package B equality education programs. The research method we use is qualitative using observation, interview and documentation study data collection techniques. From the research results, we found that the integration of equality and skills programs lies in the management of program components.

Abstract

This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The purpose of this classroom action research (CAR) is to find out how far the improvement of student learning outcomes in science subjects in Fermentation material by applying the Inquiry Learning model. In this classroom action research (CAR), it is carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it is proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes by achieving the classical mastery that is set at 85%. Classical completeness 73.3% obtained in the first cycle, can be increased in the second cycle to 87%. In terms of student activity, there was also an increase, namely in the first cycle, the moderately active category increased to an active category. The results of this action research show that the implementation of the Covid-19 Learning Period Inquiry Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in science lessons on electrical. Material with completeness reaching 87 % At the end of cycle II.

Abstract

This research aims to see the extent of perception, stigma and behavior of someone who holds the status of single. The research subjects consisted of students and those who have worked in a company. The stigma of being single can lead a person to be traumatized, less confident, aloof and powerless over themselves and outside themselves. Nonetheless, the four research subjects described being single as activity, creation, self-development, strengthening of the main self and carrying oneself through a good response to something that appears outside oneself. This study is a qualitative research by considering the case of singles, happiness, and unrest through literature review. The literature review comes from journals of recent findings as a secondary source in a study. The statement of this research is that being single is not only a choice, but the ability to build self and dignity in a process and inherent. The results showed that the four research subjects were able to resist stigma with constructive work in the classroom or at work as a stabilization of self-recognition to exist on the onslaught of stigma.
