This Exploration began eith a learning problem in the economic education course, a problem that’s known so far is that the learning process is pupil-centred, but the learning conditioning carried out are limited to group donations followed by conversation and debates with no follow-up. Closes with the lecture’s evidence, where learning becomes monotonous. For this reason, there’s a need for invention in learning to ameliorate this situation by using a design project-based learning cycle model compared to conventional models. This research uses quantitative methods with a pure experimental approach (true experimental design). A total of 115 students as a population were taken using simple random sampling techniques. So, the exploration sample for the experimental class (R002) was 58 scholars and the control class (R001) was 57 scholars. Pretest-Posttest Group Design as a data analysis tool in this exploration. The exploration that has been conducted shows the results: 1) There’s a description of the differences in scholars’ critical thinking capacities prior to and after using the design project based learning cycle model in educational economics courses; 2) There’s a description of scholars' critical thinking capasities prior to and after using conventional learning models in educational economics courses; 3) oroginal critical thinking capacities show that scholars’ critical thinking capacities prior to using the project based learning cycle model and conventional learning models in educational economics courses are significantly different; and 4) Final critical thinking capacities which show scholars’ critical thinking abilities after using the project based learning cycle model and conventional learning models in educational economics courses are significantly different.

Abstract

Reading, writing and storytelling are much discussed these days. Either based on the Indonesian government's priority program for accelerating the globalization of technology, or as a space for academic and practical conversations across central and regional education. The problem becomes a problem as more and more solutions are applied by previous research, therefore, it became necessary to search for the latest gap to find a gap as a research differentiation with previous research, especially regarding reading, writing and storytelling. Thus, the problem in this investigation is the necessity of a positive narrative of reading, writing, and storytelling that needs to be re-expressed through narrative and then criticized based on field findings. This research method uses a qualitative method with data search through interviews and literature sources as primary and secondary sources. The results showed that the three narratives, namely Pigytpught, Ydkosktep and Ykchaefctkcha, tell about problems as well as empty spaces in reading, writing and storytelling from the context of Central Kalimantan as a user of one of the government programs related to reading, writing and storytelling

Abstract

Students need digital literacy skills to face the 21st century, so teachers must monitor the development of their digital literacy skills. Therefore, instruments are needed to monitor digital literacy skills, but the instruments currently available have not taken into account the psychological, cognitive, and psychomotor development of elementary school children, even though they have limitations in accessing digital devices and limited vocabulary. These problems prompted the need for instrument development using the modified Tiagarajan 4-D development model, Difine, Design, and Development. Instrument development criteria must meet the validity and practicality of the instrument. The instrument was prepared using the Google Form platform, consisting of 13 statements in the form of a Likert questionnaire and 22 statements in the form of an essay test. Qualitative data were analyzed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification, while descriptive statistics and item analysis analyzed quantitative data. The instrument design was validated by five validators with a validation level of 3.4, which was declared valid, although the instrument had to be revised. Then the instrument trials were carried out and the quality of the instruments was obtained with a validity level of 19 questions declared valid, 3 quite valid, and 3 very valid, while the Reliability Level was 0.885 for the questionnaire and 0.871 for the test instrument. At the same time, the level of practicality of the instrument was obtained from the teacher's response to the instrument at 76.1 or practical. Even though it meets practical, valid, and effective criteria, apart from having to present it through digital devices, attention needs to be paid to the ability to use symbols and tools and at a minimum must fulfill information skills, digital tools usage, and digital transformation.
