Abstract

Productivity is an important aspect because it will affect the sustainability of an organization/company, as well as PT. X. Based on the results of data collection, it is seen that there is a decrease in production productivity shown by the amount of production that is below the target. The purpose of this research is to analyze the causes of the decline in productivity. This study uses quantitative and descriptive methods in measuring the dimensions of employee productivity where the research data used is population data which is all employees in the production section. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the decrease in productivity is caused by the poor attitude and behavior of employees at work. This is indicated by the presence of other movements in addition to the core movement in making products such as using a mobile phone, chatting, etc. at work. Although the majority of the dimensions can be said to be good but with the lack of good attitudes and behavior of employees, it has a very large influence on the productivity of the company.

Abstract

Treatment of liquid waste using iron coagulant produces a by-product in the form of sludge which requires large handling costs. To reduce environmental pollution and sludge treatment costs, the sludge will be used as raw material for the manufacture of iron coagulant. This study aims to determine whether the sludge from textile WWTP can be used as raw material for iron coagulant. To determine the effectiveness of coagulants made from sludge, this study will compare the results of the coagulation-flocculation process using commercial iron coagulants and iron coagulants made from sludge as well as mixed coagulants with ratios of commercial iron coagulants to iron coagulants made from sludge of 70%, 60%, 50%, 40%, and 30%. The water quality resulting from the coagulation-flocculation process was indicated by pH, color turbidity, Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) and Total Suspended Solid (TSS). The results showed that the water quality of the coagulation-flocculation process was worse when mixed coagulant was used with a smaller ratio of commercial iron coagulant to iron coagulant made from sludge. A mixture of commercial iron coagulant and iron coagulant made from sludge that meets the quality standard for the TSS parameter is a mixed coagulant with a v/v ratio of 70%, while those less than 70% do not meet the quality standard.

Abstract

Forecasting is one of the company's efforts, which is the decision making for the strategy carried out. A good company will predict the production of products that will be achieved, for the future and can help solve the problem of fluctuating conditions which generally often become a problem in the company. Forecasting demand (demand), is very helpful for companies to consider in carrying out the production process in the next several periods. Furthermore, to find out what method is suitable for the forecasting method, it is used by knowing the patterns and historical data. Accuracy in using the right forecasting method is expected to assist the company in determining the level of production in accordance with consumer demand in the future. Time-series models are methods that predict the future using historical data. Time-series models make the assumption that what happens in the future is a function of what has happened in the past. The advantage of time-series models is that they can see what has happened over a period of time and use a series of past data to make predictions. The application of the right and directed forecasting method can support the company to make optimal sales in order to achieve the maximum level of profit.

Abstract

The process of sewing the front body of an order for H&M Pajamas Jogger Pants has a fairly high quality, but the target for setting production targets is based on experience and estimates only. The setting of a fairly high production target of 640 pcs/day is often not achieved because the determination of the production target is not based on the level of difficulty of the work carried out by the operator (easy, medium, or difficult), the operator's skill as well as the condition of the machine used in the process. condition is good or not, so that the target set is often not achieved because it is not in accordance with the condition of the operator's ability in general. Based on the observation of the operator's working time measurement, the total standard time for the 26 manufacturing processes for the front body component of the order of H&M Pajamas Jogger Pants was 23,029 minutes. After getting the total standard time for making the front body component of the order for these H&M Pajamas Jogger Pants, a new production target can be determined, which is 542 pcs/day. This new production target is made to represent the general working conditions of operators and has taken into account the factors of slack, work fatigue and other unavoidable obstacles.

Abstract

Puskesmas is a health service center in Indonesia that serves the community in the closest scale. Almost all people in Indonesia today, if they want to do treatment or referrals, they must go to the puskesmas. So this study tries to analyze the services of the puskesmas and evaluate the queues in the puskesmas using the Promodel simulation. Simulation is considered as a suitable tool for analyzing service queues at puskesmas. The results of this study indicate the need to increase the number of doctors to 2 to 3 people to reduce the number of queues that accumulate waiting to be examined by a doctor. If the additional doctor points cannot be met, then the puskesmas can provide adequate waiting room facilities for patients to be examined by a doctor, the ideal number of waiting room seats for patients waiting to be examined by a doctor is 38 seats.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the % solid content to the determination of the concentration of the dispersing agent / leveler. Therefore, in order to determine the correct concentration, the % solid content varied, namely 43.930%, 21.975%, and 14.650%, with each concentration of dispersing/averaging agent 0 g/l, 0.5 g/l, 0.75 g /l, and 1.5 g/l. Furthermore, preliminary testing of solid content and dispersing power was carried out before the immersion application. The results of the most optimal dispersing power test were obtained at a variation of the concentration of the dispersing agent/average 1.5 g/l with a solid content of 43.93%. The results of the dyeing process were evaluated related to testing for color evenness, color aging, color fastness to washing, and rubbing. Based on the results of tests and evaluations, it shows that the variation of %solid content and concentration of dispersing agent/leveler has no effect on the value of color fastness to washing and rubbing. However, solid content and concentration of dispersing agent/leveler have an effect on color evenness, and color darkening. In this experiment, it can be seen that the most optimal color darkening is 28.1380, while the most optimal standard deviation of 0.187 is found in the concentration of dispersing agent/average of 1.5 g/l with a solid content value of 43.93%. The value of color fastness to wet and dry rubbing is 4-5.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the evolution of research on green intellectual capital in exploring opportunities for future research directions. An author will try to clarify knowledge about the application of the green intellectual capital paradigm by reviewing the findings about the results achieved by industries that apply the green intellectual capital paradigm and the factors that enhance this process. A systematic review was carried out involving a final sample of a total of 23 articles published from 2011 to 2021. The database sources used in this study were Emerald, Science Direct, Publish or Perish with API Key based on a set of inclusions/exclusions for analysis and synthesis in meeting the paper's objectives. The findings suggest that green intellectual capital offers a significant framework for promoting sustainability in the industry. Despite highlighting the increasing trend of green intellectual capital, it turns out that there is still little reliable data on this issue, especially discussing the role of green intellectual capital as a framework for promoting sustainability in the industry. This paper seeks to contribute to and analyze limited articles on green intellectual capital and identify areas for further research. In theory, it would be possible to synthesize the results of green intellectual capital as an illustration of how it affects the industry and the environment. Practitioners are expected to open an understanding of the actual results of green intellectual capital to overcome the gap between theory and practice, make this value more accessible to practitioners and managers, and choose green concepts in their industry.
