Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a condition in which blood pressure is above the normal limit of 120/80 mmHg. The normal limit of blood pressure is less than 130/85 mmHg. If the blood pressure is more than 140/90 mmHg then it is declared hypertension. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and low-salt diet adherence in hypertensive patients at Posbindu Kemuning, Margahayu Village, Bekasi City in 2023. The research method used is quantitative with crossectional analytical research type.The population in this study was hypertensive patients at productive age, aged 15-64 years at Posbindu Kemuning, Margahayu Village, totaling 90 people. Data collection technique using a simple type of random sampling based on inclusion criteria and obtained a sample of 73 respondents. The results of the study found that with a significant level of 95% or a value of α 5% (0.05) the Chi Square test results obtained p-value (0.000   ) < a value of α (0.05). This indicates that H0 is rejected. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between family support and adherence to a low-salt diet in people with hypertension at Posbindu Kemuning, Margahayu Village, Bekasi City in 2023.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) known in Indonesia  as "Diabetes"  is a disease whose prevalence is now increasing. The role of the educator itself is to help patients to improve their health by providing health education and medical actions received so that clients or families can know knowledge that is important to patients or families. This study aims  to analyze the relationship between the role of nurses as educators with adherence to Treatment P there is Pasien DM at Rawalumbu Bekasi Hospital in 2023. The research method used is quantitative analytical observational with Cross Sectional Study approach and total sampling technique, which is to select samples based on the frequency distribution of patient respondent characteristics. The samples used in this study were 60 diabetes mellitus patients who were treated in the inpatient room at Rawalumbu Bekasi Hospital. The results of the study identified the role of nurses as good educators with medication adherence in non-adherent diabetes mellitus patients totaling 25 respondents (41.7%). There are Chi-Square  test results with a significant level of 95% or a value of α 5% (0.05) obtained p value (0.000) < a value of α (0.05)  so that it can be concluded from the results Ho rejected means that there is a relationship between the role of nurses as educators with treatment compliance in diabetes mellitus patients at Rawalumbu Bekasi Hospital in 2023.

Abstract

Beckground : The body's physiological function needs, as well as social and emotional needs, everyone needs to eat (consume food) with the right diet. Fulfillment of the amount of food and nutrients that are good for the body will lead to a better quality of one's health and this will have a positive impact on one's education. Adequate nutrition plays an important role during school age to ensure these children achieve their full or optimal growth, development and health potential. Weight is often a problem, triggering an increase in the prevalence of obesity and the emergence of eating disorders (malnutrition). Research Objectives : Knowing the Relationship Between Feeding Patterns and Nutritional Status in Children Aged 11-12 Years at SDN 04 Sepanjang Jaya Bekasi City in 2023 Research Methods : The research method used is quantitative with cross-sectional analytic research. The population in this study were children aged 11-12 years in grades 5 and 6 at SDN 04 Sepanjang Jaya, Bekasi City, consisting of 66 people. Research results : From the results of statistical analysis, it was obtained that the value of α was 5% (0.05) the results of the Chi-Square Test obtained a p-value (0.000) < the value of α (0.05) so that it could be concluded from these results that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. Conclusion : There is a Relationship between Feeding Patterns and Nutritional Status in Children Aged 11-12 Years at SDN 04 Sepanjang Jaya, Bekasi City.

Abstract

  Background: Age 1-3 years, children at this age have several characteristics in common with the previous period. Physically the child is still experiencing rapid growth. Speech and language skills in early childhood are very important because they are not only a means of communication but also for the growth and development of children. children who since childhood are trained and guided to speak well. Watching structured cartoon films can affect children's speech development. So from watching movies that are structured with sufficient time limits, children will quickly grasp the language in cartoons because these cartoons are interesting spectacles for children. Research Objectives: Knowing the Relationship between Watching Structured Cartoon Films and Speaking Ability of Toddlers in Rt 003 Rw 001 Cibitung District, Wanasari Village Research Methods: The research method used is quantitative, with a research design that is observational analytic and uses a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were toddlers who had good speech skills in Rt 003 Rw 001, Cibitung District, Wanasari Village with a total of 80 children. The data collection technique uses simple random sampling. Research Results: It was found that with a significant level of 95% or an α value of 5% (0.05) the results of the Ci Square test obtained a p value (0.000) <α value (0.05). This shows that H0 is rejected. Conclusion: There is a relationship between watching structured cartoon films and the speaking ability of toddlers in RT 003 RW 001, Cibitung District, Wanasari Village. Abstract

The achievement of patient satisfaction is inseparable from the communication applied by nurses. Conditions of dissatisfaction can have an impact on the quality of services provided by health workers, namely nurses. By properly implementing nurse therapeutic communication, it can improve the image of the profession and the image of the hospital. However, in reality the perception of patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy is still found to be unsatisfied patient satisfaction. This study aims to determine the relationship between the application of nurse therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction undergoing hemodialysis therapy at Rawalumbu Bekasi Hospital in 2023. The research method used is observational quantitative analytic with a cross sectional approach and purposive sampling technique based on inclusion criteria and obtained a sample size of 52 respondent. The results showed that with a significant level of 95% or an α value of 5% (0.05) the results of the Chi Square test obtained a p-value (0.000) <α value (0.05). This shows that H0 is rejected. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between the application of nurse therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction undergoing hemodialysis therapy at Rawalumbu Bekasi Hospital in 2023.

Abstract

HIV transmission occurs due to lack of knowledge about HIV/AIDS. Adolescent knowledge about HIV/AIDS is part of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) indicators, if not immediately given knowledge and understanding about HIV/AIDS, especially its treatment and prevention, it can have an impact, for example, because of ignorance adolescents often have sexual intercourse with more than one partner. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge about HIV/AIDS and preventive behavior among adolescents at SMAN 15 Bekasi City in 2023. This research method used a cross sectional design with simple random sampling technique and used a questionnaire through google form to 151 respondents at SMAN 15 Bekasi city. This study used the chi-square statistical test to determine the relationship of the two variables. Based on the results of the chi-square test analysis with a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.050), it was stated that H0 was rejected. So it can be interpreted that there is a relationship between knowledge about HIV/AIDS and preventive behavior among adolescents at SMAN 15 Bekasi City in 2023.

Abstract

In therapeutic communication, one must pay attention to the therapeutic communication phase, this communication phase will be formed with a behavior, namely caring behavior. The application of caring behavior needs to be based on the knowledge and application of the therapeutic communication. But in reality nursing students are still found to have poor knowledge of therapeutic communication and caring behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between therapeutic communication and the application of caring behavior in students of the Indonesian Medical School Nursing Study Program in 2023. This research method is observational quantitative analytic with a cross-sectional approach and simple random sampling technique and using a questionnaire via Googleform to 65 respondents at STIKes Medistra Indonesia. This study used the chi-square statistical test to determine the relationship between the two variables. Based on the results of the chi square test analysis with Sig. (2-tailed) and a value of 0.050 is obtained by a p value = 0.000 so that it is stated that H0 is rejected Ha is accepted. So that it can be interpreted that there is a relationship between therapeutic communication and the application of caring behavior to nursing students at STIKes Medistra Indonesia in 2023.

Abstract

Contact lenses are visual aids that are placed on the cornea of ​​the eye, easy to use, comfortable for activities, provide a wider field of view, and are aesthetically better. Contact lenses were originally discovered as technology developed as a substitute for glasses in people with refractive disorders. Most refractive errors in the eye can be treated with refractive correction, refractive errors can be done by using vision aids such as glasses. However, the existence of contact lenses to help vision and LASIK surgery is starting to become an alternative for eyeglass users. The design in this study uses a cross sectional approach. Cross Sectional is an analytical research design that aims to determine the relationship between variables where the independent variables and dependent variables are identified at one time. the results of statistical analysis using the Chi Square test, it was obtained a p value of 0.000, it can be concluded that the p value is (0.000) < (0.05) so that it can be stated that H0 is rejected, namely there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of adolescents on the use of contact lenses and the risk of dry eyes in high school students 1 Rawamerta in 2023”   Lensa kontak adalah alat bantu penglihatan yang ditempatkan di kornea mata, mudah digunakan, nyaman untuk beraktivitas, memberikan lapang pandang lebih luas, dan lebih baik secara estetik. Lensa kontak pada awalnya ditemukan seiring berkembangnya teknologi sebagai pengganti kacamata pada penderita gangguan refraksi. Kebanyakan kelainan refraksi pada mata dapat diatasi dengan koreksi refraksi, kelainan refraksi dapat dilakukan dengan penggunaan alat bantu penglihatan seperti kacamata. Namun keberadaan lensa kontak untuk membantu penglihatan serta operasi lasik mulai menjadi alternatif bagi pengguna kaca mata. Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekanan Cross Sectional. Cross Sectional adalah sebuah desain penelitian analitik yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel yang dimana variabel independen dan variabel dependen di identifikasi dalam satu waktu. hasil analisa statistik dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square diperoleh p value 0,000 dapat disimpulkan p value (0,000) < (0,05) sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa H0 ditolak yaitu ada “hubungan tingkat pengetahuan remaja pada penggunaan lensa kontak dengan resiko dry eyes pada siswi SMAN 1 Rawamerta tahun 2023”.

Abstract

Backround : Compliance with medication among hypertensive patients is a crucial factor in improving their health and quality of life. Family and healthcare providers can significantly influence blood pressure reduction programs. Successful treatment can only be achieved through collaboration between patients, healthcare providers, and families. Healthcare provider support plays a significant role in preventing hypertension, such as through health education, awareness campaigns, and early detection. Purpose : This research aims to determine the relationship between healthcare provider support and medication adherence among hypertensive patients at Bekasi Jaya, East Bekasi Public Health Center. The study was conducted from May 3rd to June 3rd. Methode : This is a quantitative research using a cross-sectional method. The research population consists of registered hypertensive patients at Bekasi Jaya, East Bekasi Public Health Center, with a sample size of 123 individuals who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Result : The research results indicate that the significance value of the relationship between healthcare provider support and medication adherence is p-value (0.000) < (0.005), indicating that H0 is rejected, meaning there is a relationship between healthcare provider support and medication adherence among hypertensive patients in Bekasi Jaya, East Bekasi in 2023.

Abstract

Nursing services provided by nurses greatly affect the quality of nursing care in order to achieve optimal health levels. A good quality of nursing care can be achieved if the nurse's work motivation is high. The existence of a reward will raise the spirit to work. So if the nurse already feels this enthusiasm from within herself, there will be motivation to increase productivity and show the best performance at work. By giving rewards with the aim of maintaining the motivation of these employees to always be in good condition, so that the quality of hospital services is increasing. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between giving rewards and the motivation of implementing nurses at Pinna Tambun Bekasi Hospital. The method in this study used a cross sectional research design with a total sampling technique and used a questionnaire via google form to 47 respondents at Pinna Tambun Bekasi Hospital. This study uses the chi-square statistical test to determine the relationship between the two variables. This study used the chi-square statistical test to determine the relationship between the two variables. Based on the results of the chi-square test analysis with a value of p = 0.001 (p <0.050), it is stated that H0 is rejected. So that it can be interpreted that there is a relationship between knowledge about Giving Rewards and the Motivation of Implementing Nurses at Pinna Tambun Bekasi Hospital in 2023.
