Abstract

Background: Aging is a process of slowly disappearing – gradually the ability of tissues to repair themselves or maintain their normal function so that they cannot survive the infection and repair the damage suffered. Anxiety the appearance of a fear or worry in something unclear and related to feelings of uncertainty and helplessness Factors causinganxiety in the elderly . Internal factors (biological, psychological, socio-cultural) : external factors (gender, age, social support, economic status). Researcher's Objective:Knowing the factors related to the level of anxiety in the retired elderly at the Seroja Kota Bekasi Health Center 2022. Research Method: The design in this study used Observational Analytics with a Cross Sectional research design, using independent variables of factors causing elderly packaging and a type of random sampling with a total sample of 88 respondents. The instruments in this research used digital questionnaires and interviews and were conducted using Chi Square. Researcher results:Based on statistical analysis with a significance level of 95% or a α value (0.05) chi square test results obtained p value (0.562) > α value (0.05) the results did not have a significant relationship between sex and anxiety level in respondents this showed Ha was rejected, 95% significance level or α value (0.05) Chi Square test results obtained p value (0.134) > α value (0.05) so that it can be concluded from these results there is no significant relationship between age and anxiety level in respondents this shows Ha is rejected, a significance level of 95% or a α value (0.05) chi square test results obtained p value (0.000) < α value (0.05) so that it can be concluded from these results there is a relationship between economic status and anxiety level in respondents this shows H0 is rejected, with a significance level of 95% or a value of α (0.05) chi square test results obtained p value (0.000) < value α (0.05) so that it can be concluded from these results there is a relationship between family support and the level of anxiety in respondents this shows that H0 is rejected. Thus it can be interpreted that "factors related to the level of anxiety in elderly retirees at the Seroja K Health Center ota Bekasi 2022". Conclusion: there is a relationship and there is no relationship between external factors, the level of anxiety level in the retired elderly at the Bekasi Health Center 2022.

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the most dangerous health problems around the world because hypertension is the main risk factor leading to cardiovascular disease. The emergence of health problems is not only caused by the ignorance of society as a result of the lack of correct information about a disease. This is because the low knowledge makes patients not know how to implement a hypertensive diet, where the lack of patients looking for information about the hypertensive diet affects health and a healthy lifestyle. This study aims to find out the relationship between knowledge levels and dietary compliance in the Sukaringin region, Bekasi regency. The research method used is quantitative with a cross sectional type of analytical research. The population of this study is the people in Sukaringin village. Based on the results of the study there is a relationship of knowledge level with adherence to hypertensive diet in Sukaringin village.

Abstract

In the world, 72% of children under the age of six years have started using smartphones since 2013, where the majority of children aged 3 years prefer to use smartphones every day. This figure has doubled compared to 2011 which was still at 38%. Parenting patterns are things that affect the level of gadget addiction in preschool children. The reasons parents give gadgets to children when parents are doing homework are 70%, to keep children calm 65%, and time before going to bed 25% (Kabali et al, 2015). According to Sunita (2018), saying that children become happy playing gadgets because of various interesting things in it, it makes children want to always use gadgets. This can slowly change children's behavior so that they are not aware that excessive use of gadgets can cause children to become addicted to gadgets (Kwon, 2013). To determine the relationship between parenting style and the level of gadget addiction in preschool children in the RT. 003/ RW. 005 East Bekasi District, Bekasi City. The research method used a cross sectional design. The sampling technique was total sampling, with a total sample of 64 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Based on data analysis used by using Chi Square Test with p = 0.001 (p < 0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between parenting patterns and the level of gadget addiction in preschool children in the RT. 003/ RW. 005 East Bekasi District, Bekasi City.

Abstract

Background: Based on data from the International Diabetes Federation 2020, the number of diabetics continues to increase in various countries, including Indonesia. The prevalence of diabetes in Indonesia still reaches 6.2 percent with 10,681,400 cases. Diabetes Melitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder disease that affects the work of insulin in glucose absorption. Factors related to the occurrence of COVID-19 in a person with type 2 diabetes Melitus include characteristics consisting of gender, age and Activity Of Daily Living as well as foods that can increase high levels of sugar in the body, this is reviewed from the results of other studies conducted by Smith (2021) in the journal (Apin, 2021). Research Objectives: This study has a general objective, namely to determine the Risk Factors for the Occurrence of Covid-19 in People with Type 2 Diabetes Melitus in the RT community. 006/002 Teluk Jaya Village, Jaya District, in 2022. Research Method: The design in this study uses Observational Analytics with a Cross Sectional research design, the sampling technique used in this study is a total sampling with a total sample of 50 respondents in accordance with the inclusion criteria, measured using a digital questionnaire and carried out statistical tests using Chi Square. Results: Based on the results of the chi square statistical test output obtained.. It can be concluded that the Value of Asymp Significance (0.000) < the value of α (0.05), this indicates that H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between ADL and the confirmation of COVID-19 in the COMMUNITY RT006/002 Teluk Jaya Village, Jaya District, Karawang Regency. Conclusion: Risk Factors for the Occurrence of Covid-19 in People with Type 2 Diabetes Melitus in the RT community. 006/002 Teluk Jaya Village, Jaya District, in 2022.

Abstract

Background: The HIV/AIDS epidemic is a problem in Indonesia which is the 5th most at risk of HIV/AIDS in Asia, reports of HIV cases have increased every year since it was first reported in 1987, the most spike in increase was in 2016 compared to 2015 namely of 10,315 cases. Researcher's Objective: To find out the relationship between knowledge level and HIV/AIDS prevention behavior in Yadika 8 Jatimulya Vocational High School in 2022 Research Method: This research method is quantitative by using a cross sectional design. The population in this study were 110 teenagers at SMK Yadika 8 Jatimulya consisting of grades 10, 11 and 12 majoring in Accounting, Administration and Computer and Network Engineering. by using simple random sampling technique. Researcher results: Based on the results of research conducted by researchers at SMK Yadika 8 Jatimulya, the results of data processing using SPSS obtained Chi Square statistical test results, namely the Asymp Significance value (0.000) < value (0.05), this indicates that H0 is rejected. this shows that H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and HIV/AIDS prevention behavior at SMK Yadika 8 Jatimulya in 2022. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the level of knowledge with HIV/AIDS prevention behavior in SMK Yadika 8 Jatimulya.

Abstract

The empathetic attitude of teachers who are willing to listen to students' complaints, suggestions and suggestions, provide opportunities for free thinking and opinions, will have an effect on realizing the success of the teaching and learning process, but this cannot be understood by students. Teachers always think optimistically about the abilities of students and believe that students are able to achieve the expected competencies, help students' difficulties, make students have motivation and enthusiasm to learn. This is where the importance of the role of the teacher's interpersonal communication skills on student learning motivation must be developed so that students do not always interact with their gadgets.This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher-student interpersonal communication and the level of student motivation with the self-esteem of Class XII TKJ SMK Tridaya Bekasi students.This study uses a descriptive analytic method with a quantitative nature and a cross sectional research design. The population in this study was 140 TKJ class XII students at Tridaya Sakti Vocational School with a total sample of 104 students who were taken using consecutive sampling.the research shows that there is a relationship between interpersonal communication and motivation with self-esteem of class XII students of TKJ SMK Tridaya Bekasi (P value = 0.000) which means there is a significant positive relationship between interpersonal communication and motivation with self-esteem of class XII students of TKJ SMK Tridaya Bekasi.after doing this research there is a relationship between teacher-student interpersonal communication and the level of teacher motivation with self-esteem in class XII TKJ SMK Tridaya Bekasi.

Abstract

Background: The interaction of the mother with the child becomes an important part of the child's development. By interacting can be established an approach, giving attention to affection, instilling the ethical teachings of manners, improving his ability to learn something, as well as knowing everything that happens to him. The form of interaction between mother and child can be in the form of eating together, playing, accompanying studies, reading storybooks or fairy tales before going to bed. Speech delay can be seen from the fact that if parents not only speak to their child but also use a wide variety of words, the child's speech skills will develop quickly. Speech delay is a child who has speech delay usually due to watching too often so that it does not stimulate the child to speak and only makes the child to listen instead of speaking, but in its treatment can be done speech therapy involving gross motor and balance. Research Objectives: To determine the relationship between parents and children with speech delay in children aged 18 months – 3 years in Wanasari Housing in 2022 Research method: This research method uses a cross- sectional design. The sampling technique is Non probability sampling, with a total of 72 respondents. The analysis in this study used a fisher exact test with a meaningfulness level of α = 0.05. Results: Based on data analysis used using the fisher exact test P Value 0.03 < 0.05. Conclusion: There is a relationship between parents and children's interaction with the risk of speech delay in children aged 18 months – 3 years at Kartika Wanasari Housing in 2022.

Abstract

The discomfort in pregnant women is the increased intensity of urination caused the uterus that pushed forward so that the bladder feels full. The way to deal with this discomfort is by doing Kegel exercises. This exercise serves to train and strengthen the pelvic muscles. This can help pregnant women control their bladder and reduce the frequency of urination. The purpose of this study was to provide midwifery care for pregnant woman on third trimester with Kegel exercise to overcome the problem of increasing the intensity of urination at night. This study used a qualitative research method in the form of a case study using a Varney management midwifery care approach. The research subjects used were Mrs. W with complaints of increased intensity of urination at night. The research was conducted for 14 days at UPT Puskesmas Selakau, Sambas. The results showed that the intensity of urination decreased after doing 10 repetitions of Kegel exercises and doing them 3 times a day. It can be concluded that Kegel exercise therapy can help overcome the problem of frequent urination. Advice that can be given to pregnant women to overcome the problem of frequent urination is to do Kegel exercises regularly.

Abstract

Pregnancy is a meaningful experience with all the changes, both physical and psychological. One of the uncomfortable changes that occur in the third trimester is lower back pain. Low back pain can have a negative impact on the quality of life of pregnant women because it interferes with daily physical activities. In addition, back pain in pregnant women also has an impact on reducing the quality of sleep of the mother which can reduce the quality of life of the mother and fetus. This study used qualitative research methods in the form of case studies by providing Holistic Pregnancy Physiological Midwifery Care. The research subjects were pregnant women Mrs. D, 31 years old GIIIPIIA0, 37 weeks pregnant with lower back pain. The results showed that at the 37th week of pregnancy visit the respondent stated that back pain in cirrhosis pain showed a number of 6. After Endorphine massage the results of the pain scale became 4. This shows that giving Endorphine massage can reduce complaints of back pain in third trimester pregnant women.

Abstract

Beckground : The body's physiological function needs, as well as social and emotional needs, everyone needs to eat (consume food) with the right diet. Fulfillment of the amount of food and nutrients that are good for the body will lead to a better quality of one's health and this will have a positive impact on one's education. Adequate nutrition plays an important role during school age to ensure these children achieve their full or optimal growth, development and health potential. Weight is often a problem, triggering an increase in the prevalence of obesity and the emergence of eating disorders (malnutrition). Research Objectives : Knowing the Relationship Between Feeding Patterns and Nutritional Status in Children Aged 11-12 Years at SDN 04 Sepanjang Jaya Bekasi City in 2023 Research Methods : The research method used is quantitative with cross-sectional analytic research. The population in this study were children aged 11-12 years in grades 5 and 6 at SDN 04 Sepanjang Jaya, Bekasi City, consisting of 66 people. Research results : From the results of statistical analysis, it was obtained that the value of α was 5% (0.05) the results of the Chi-Square Test obtained a p-value (0.000) < the value of α (0.05) so that it could be concluded from these results that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. Conclusion : There is a Relationship between Feeding Patterns and Nutritional Status in Children Aged 11-12 Years at SDN 04 Sepanjang Jaya, Bekasi City.
