Abstract

Pulmonary Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Pulmonary TB can be cured with treatment carried out for 6-8 months. To achieve recovery, the patient must have good self-efficacy so that he will be motivated to recover and strengthen himself to complete the treatment. During TB treatment various problems, both physiological and psychological, can arise, one of which is related to self-efficacy. Increasing self-efficacy during the treatment period is important so that management of psychoeducational therapy is needed. This study to determine the effect of psychoeducational therapy on self-efficacy in pulmonary TB patients in the work area of the Gerung Health Center. This study uses a quantitative research type with the One Group Pre-Post Test Design approach. The sample in this study were 16 people. The research instrument was the GFCSES (Guide For Constructing Self Efficacy Scale) to measure self-efficacy in pulmonary TB patients. Data analysis with Paired T Test. The results showed a p-value of 0.000 (<α 0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between psychoeducational therapy on self-efficacy in pulmonary TB patients in the working area of the Gerung Public Health Center. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to include material related to psychological changes such as self-efficacy in pulmonary TB patients during the treatment process provided by health workers through education carried out in activities at the family integrated service post or health services. Abstract

Lavender oil and lime oil contain linalool which has a relaxing effect. This oil has potential as a fragrance in antiaging body lotion products containing Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) in the Nanostructured Lipid Carriers System (NLC). This study aimed to analyzed the physical characteristics and consumer preference level for anti aging body lotion containing NLC-CoQ10. NLC-CoQ10 was prepared using the High Shear Homogenization method. For F1 (Formula 1), NLC-CoQ10 is mixed with a gel base and lavender oil. For F2 (Formula 2), the type of essential oil added is lime oil. These two forms when compared with F0 (Formula 0 = formula without essential oils). The physical properties observed included organoleptic, pH, homogeneity, spreadability, and viscosity. Organoleptic test and homogeneity were analyzed descriptively. While the pH, spreadability, and viscosity were analyzed using One Way Anova. In the preference level test, the aspect that is assessed is aroma. This test was analyzed statistically using the Univariate method. Based on the physical characteristic test, it is known that the three formulas have the same color, consistency, and homogeneity. The difference between the three formulas lies in their aroma. F0 is unscented; F1 has a lavender scent; F2 has a lime scent. The viscosity of the three formulas is also different but does not affect the spreadability value. Based on the aroma preference level test, it is known that F2 has the highest value. The type of essential oil affects the aroma and level of preference of the panelists. The most preferred formula is a formula containing lime oil. Stunting is a condition in which babies are shorter than their peers, With a prevalence of 36.4%, Indonesia ranks third among Southeast Asian nations. The aim is to determine the relationship between the level of mother's knowledge, exclusive breastfeeding and parenting style with the incidence of stunting in toddlers . This study used a descriptive analytic method with a cross-sectional approach, a sample of 81 toddlers stunted and non-stunted toddlers. The sample technique uses a purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is scale likert questionnaire. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between the mother's knowledge level pvalue = 0.000, exclusive breastfeeding pvalue = 0.003 and parenting style pvalue = 0.000 to the incidence of stunting in toddlers. There is a significant relationship between the level of mother's knowledge, exclusive breastfeeding and parenting style with the incidence of stunting. Monitoring and assessing program implementation is necessary, as is periodically treating nutrition cases. Outreach initiatives and support for moms of young children are also important ways to raise awareness of the value of exclusive breastfeeding. Abstract

Stunted toddlers represent a chronic nutritional problem that is influenced by maternal conditions. The intra-uterine growth and development of the fetus, as well as the postnatal development of toodlers,  are influenced by maternal factors. This study aims to analyze the effect of maternal age during pregnancy on the inscidence of stunting in toddlers. The design of this study is a comparative analytic method with a retrospective approach. The population is all mothers with stunted children aged 0-59 months, totalling 178 toddlers. A sample of 123 was taken using random sampling technique.  Data were collected using observation sheets. The obtained data then were analyzed using chi square test. There was no effect of maternal age during pregnancy  on the incidence of stunting in toddlers (p value = 0.649). Very short stunted in toddlers is observed among those whose mothers were in the category of healthy reproductive age (20-35 years). Maternal age during pregnancy is not the main factor causing stunting.  So it is necessary to research other causal factors.

R. Koesma Tuban) in 2022. This research method uses a correlational analytical research design that examines whether is a relationship between variables with a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of all nurses in dr. R. Koesma Tuban Hospital, totaling 320 nurses , with a sample size of 155 respondents selected through simple random sampling technique. The Instruments used in this study included a Self-compassion questionnaire consisting of 11 questions and a documentation completeness questionnaire  including models source-oriented record consisting of 11 questions. This study utilized the Spearman test with a significance level of   = 0.05, the results obtained = 0.02 obtained = 0.02 were less than 0.05, thus accepting the alternative hypothesis (H1). This study concludes that there is a significant correlation between nurse workload and the completeness of nursing documentation with a source-oriented record model during the pandemic in dr. R. Koesma Tuban Hospital in 2022. It is suggested that further research investigate additional causal factors influencing the completeness of the source-oriented record model of nursing documentation.

Abstract

Vision is one of the problems that need to be considered because vision is crucial as it plays a vital role in various aspects of life, including the educational process. Vision is additionally a factor that contributes to a decline in an individual's quality of life. The increasing use of gadgets raises concerns about the negative effects it has on vision function. The objective of this research was to identify the relationship between the habit of using gadgets with physical eye complaints and visual acuity in students. The research design was cross sectional with a population of 196 with a sample of 100 respondents. The variable of habit of using gadgets was measured using a questionnaire, subjective complaints using a questionnaire and visual acuity was measured using the Snellen Chart. The statistical test used is Chi Square. The results showed that the majority of the habit of using gadgets was in the bad category (69%), the majority of the eye physical complaints were low (55%), and the majority of the visual acuity was normal (75%). The results of the chi square statistical test between the habit of using gadgets with physical eye complaints did not have a relationship (p = 0.648) and the relationship variable between the habits of using gadgets and visual acuity also had no relationship (p = 0.708). Several factors that are thought to influence this result are the age of the respondents, the majority of whom are teenagers (92%), the indicators in eye physical complaints are dominated by eye fatigue (60%) while other complaints have a low impact on complaints in general. Other physical complaints do not appear much. presumably because when the respondents felt tired, they rested their eyes. The decrease in visual acuity is a long-term damage, while the habit of using gadgets in the majority of respondents is classified as a bad habit, but due to other factors such as young age, nutritional intake, and maintained activity patterns can slow down the process of decreasing visual acuity. It is hoped that this research can develop how long the use of gadgets can have an impact on decreasing visual acuity.priority in various child health and education programs. With the right understanding and action, we can help create a healthier and more potential future generation.
